Warning! Cancel your credit card before you call within the days to cancel any future orders! That way, when you do they will not be able to charge you for the scam they have going! My experience with this company leaves a bad taste in my mouth They are crooks!

I was told that I would be charged $and set on automatic shipmentThe product does not work and actually made my skin worseWhen I went to cancel my registration and it was the first option on there and you are not able to speak to a live personPlease look into this-I think it's just an online scam

Do not deal with this company There was no information on the site to state they would start monthly billing when I ordered, prior to receiving the product I was charged $to Visa I complained to them, a very difficult phone call and finally was told my visa would be credited if I returned the product, which I never used Visa was only credited $ The cost of return was $15.00! I wish I had started with The Revdex.com before being scammed by this company

I placed an order for this productDid not get any kind of instructions on what to do or how to cancelI googled the product to find out if in days you did not cancel you would be billed monthly and sent a new product I called to cancel and spoke to a gentlemen he accepted my cancelation of the service and said I will receive a notice of cancelation with in hoursI asked If I have to send the product back and if so what is the return address or what is the process to send the product back, He told me to keep the product I did not need to send it backI asked him if he was sure, he said the lines are recorded why would he lie to me then hung up on me What customer service from this company

Do not order this "free" trial Free cost $ I was not aware that I would be enrolled in some monthly subscription until I saw the cost on my credit card The two samples I received had no disclaimer stating I had days to cancel or I would be charged When I called the company the first time to cancel, I was placed on hold for minutes I informed the person I talked to that I wished to cancel and to have my money refunded He said he would take care of it and send me a confirmation e-mail which I never got days later I called again when the money had not been refunded At this point I was told that the $was for the "free" trial and I wasn't getting my money back because the days had expired I have since changed by charge card and will never order a "free" trial again!!! PS the cream did nothing!!!

When you first go on the automated system it does not let you cancel both bottes at the same timeYou have to cancel the first one hang up then call in and cancel the second oneEach call tells you you will be charged a one time fee of So you cant send back the product and not be charged anythingEach call tells you you will be charged $and changeSo expect a $billIn using the product I have not noticed any difference to my skinI took pictures on day and after every week since to see if there was a difference

This business is a scamIt's a very dishonest way of doing businessthey have their hidden agenda (of taking $Cdn out from your visa if you don't cancel your product within days) burried within the fineprint - which is ridulousNo one would ever purposely request a free sample (& agree to pay shipping) just to have a $charge

SNEAKY Ordered a TRIAL Sample of eye cream and face gel and only needed to pay for the S&H for each of them which showed up on my credit card A couple of weeks later, they billed my credit card again for the FULL amount of the product $and $ I immediately contacted the phone number shown on the crcard statement First person I spoke to claimed he could not find any informatiion on me and that a Rep would call in 24-hours I opposed and wanted to speak to a manager; but he hung up on me
I called the number again and got a different guy, ***, who argued every word of what I said to him I insisted on speaking to a manager, he too, hung up on me

Do not order anything from this company, and DO NOT give them your credit card number They charge huge amounts for products they don't deliver, and then charge you monthly from there on And never tell you anything about any of this I ordered a trial, they charged me the shipping, and then never shipped anything They held me off for months saying the product had been reshipped, but never did Then they told me they couldn't reverse the shipping charges even though they never shipped anything DO NOT USE this company Go online and read all the negatives before you do anything

I recently had the misfortune to purchase Dermajuvenate onlineThe product did not work as described and while it is not a terrible skin cream the company itself sets customers up to be scammed You order the product and it arrives within about a week However you have only days from ordering the product to cancel or you are automatically charged for the product You have very little time to judge the product and unfortunately by the time I actually found a number to call and cancel the product my days had expired and even though I was not happy with the product the company would not return my money The product arrives with absolutely no information re how long you have to cancel or any number to call so that you can cancel It is a scam Do not purchase and do not be sucked in

Please beware of this scam. I was sent 2 samples for postage only for a trial. Two weeks later I was billed 89.71 on my card and when I called to inquire I was told that I had missed the deadline for cancelling the shipment that was mailed the same day. I never received the shipment and when I called to inquire I was given the runaround and basically told that it was too bad. I basically have no recourse but want to warn others that this company is making its money by scamming the consumer. The product is trash and the method of getting payment is fraudulent.
