They just scammed us out of close to $200 and will try to continue to charge each month. Closing credit cards and reporting company Rejuvenate and N T Naturals

This company is an absolute fraud. They advertised FREE Samples, then called to get a credit card number to cover $4.95 shipping and handling. I supplied a number, but This was a mistake because two weeks later, a charge of $69.99 appeared on my account. No additional merchandise was requested or received.

I have disputed the charge and will not pay it.

I also am filing charges with the WV attorney General.

Warning! Cancel your credit card before you call within the 14 days to cancel any future orders!

That way, when you do they will not be able to charge you for the scam they have going!

My experience with this company leaves a bad taste in my mouth.

They are crooks!

I should have known better….than to give my credit card number on line for a free trial of Juvenate wrinkle reducing serum….I feel like I was misguided thinking I was just paying only for the shipping cost! PlusI have been using the product for a few weeks and have not seen any difference as far as reducing my wrinkles I had to call my credit card company to get some suggestions on how to stop this company from taking more payments out of my account!They suggested to call this number X-XXX-XXX-XXXX and cancel my subscription right away which I did! They sent me a cancellation notice with a number 5 minutes after contacting them…I also took the name of the representative I was talking too on the phone but Im sure it wasn't his real name…don't think too many men from India are called [redacted]
Is this the end of my ordeal…I guess I'll have to wait and see!

I completed a survey online after completing a transaction with a reputable company and was offered a free trial offer of this face product for the cost of shipping. As an educated person leery of online offers, I read it through carefully and decided to proceed. I received the product with NO invoice or terms of agreements enclosed and my Visa was debited the

I was told that I would be charged $88.00 and set on automatic shipment. The product does not work and actually made my skin worse. When I went to cancel my registration and it was the first option on there and you are not able to speak to a live person. Please look into this-I think it's just an online scam.

Do not deal with this company. There was no information on the site to state they would start monthly billing when I ordered, prior to receiving the product I was charged $120.00 to Visa. I complained to them, a very difficult phone call and finally was told my visa would be credited if I returned the product, which I never used. Visa was only credited $84.96. The cost of return was $15.00! I wish I had started with The Revdex.com before being scammed by this company.

Like others here I fell victim to this company because I searched everywhere and found absolutely no refernece to the fact that when I got the free sample I was signing up for a monthly shipment of 2 products for about $200. Sadly, ythis is a really good product and the company if they marketed in a more traditional way the would probably be successful and have happy customers.

Do NOT fall for this free trial sample for just the shipping. Apparently they tell you there is a 14day trial period to cancel before they charge you for the bottle of "water based gel". I would not recommend anyone else ordering this product as it is a scam. I let my credit card company know I did not authorize this $89 charge as I thought my $3.99 shipping charge was all that I had to pay to try their product. Wrong.... they get your credit/debit card and then they think they have the right to just say look at the tiny print and you owe us.... Sorry about your luck. This is wrong in every way. I do not recommend this company or their product. When I called them asking about the charge I got this, sorry but you have to pay it because we have fine print and there is nothing you can do but I will cancel further charges and give you 50% off if that helps.. I told them they were a scam company and that I would be posting as much negative things about them as possible.

I too thought I was only paying for a trial sample. ($5.95) Then my credit card was charged for a full membership $89.95! When I called today to get answers, I was told because I opened the bottle and tried it, (HELLO FREE SAMPLE!), I was not eligible for a refund. It has been 1 month today since I ordered it, I told the representative that the bottle now smells rancid. He said he could offer me a 35% discount on future orders, I said NO! I don't want any more and never wanted to become a member!!! This is a very dishonest business! Buyer BEWARE! [redacted]

I placed an order for this product. Did not get any kind of instructions on what to do or how to cancel. I googled the product to find out if in 14 days you did not cancel you would be billed monthly and sent a new product.

I called to cancel and spoke to a gentlemen he accepted my cancelation of the service and said I will receive a notice of cancelation with in 24 hours. I asked If I have to send the product back and if so what is the return address or what is the process to send the product back, He told me to keep the product I did not need to send it back. I asked him if he was sure, he said the lines are recorded why would he lie to me then hung up on me.

Do not order this "free" trial. Free cost $89.71. I was not aware that I would be enrolled in some monthly subscription until I saw the cost on my credit card. The two samples I received had no disclaimer stating I had 14 days to cancel or I would be charged. When I called the company the first time to cancel, I was placed on hold for 17 minutes. I informed the person I talked to that I wished to cancel and to have my money refunded. He said he would take care of it and send me a confirmation e-mail which I never got. 6 days later I called again when the money had not been refunded. At this point I was told that the $89.71 was for the "free" trial and I wasn't getting my money back because the 14 days had expired. I have since changed by charge card and will never order a "free" trial again!!! PS. the cream did nothing!!!
