http://mydermallure.com/terms.html which outlines that the 15 day trial starts from the time of purchase.  Usually shipments arrive in 3-5 business days which allows our customers a chance to try the product and then decide if they wish to continue.Again, I apologize for the confusion with this.Also, we reviewed the phone calls you made into our customer support team and appreciate you bringing your experience to our attention.  Those agents have been removed from our customer service team and I am deeply sorry that those calls were not handled better.I have issued you a full refund on both of the products.  There is no need to return them.  Please enjoy them on us.  We stand by our product and know our formulas are some of the best on the market.Please let us know if there is anything else we can do to help.  Again our deepest apologies. Respectfully, Dermallure Customer Service[redacted]

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find this resolutions satisfactory as long as the business has truly processed a refund towards my account.  Since the business advised to allow up to 5 business days for the refund to show on my bank account. I would like to be given until the 18th of January  (due to holiday on Jan 16 and banks will be closed). to send a response to Revdex.com indicating if I have received a refund also disclose the amount of the refund to ensure the matter has fully been settled.
