I was only refunded one month. I went online to get a number to call them because I had thrown the package away assuming it would be a good product. I had a physician tell me it was 2nd degree burns around my eyes. When I went online to get a number it would only let me order new product I COULD NOT CONTACT THEM IN ANY WAY......A TOTAL RIP OF!

This company claims skin improvement and a 14 day trial period then takes and auto draw from your account. BEWARE - the product does not work and they don't refund money based on the 14 day (hard to find notice) in the "Trial" period.
They sound trained to repeat the same mantra over and over while distracting from request for money back. They Do Not give a full refund and I have Not received more than the sample product which cost me nearly $200.00 for what appeared to be $10.00 charge on the front "trial".

We have many customers that thoroughly enjoy the timely, monthly delivery of our quality product to their door. The product the customer received was our 30 day supply, we do not send out trial sizes of our product. The charges that the customer incurred was the end of trial charges per the terms of our offer. To date, the account has been cancelled per the customers request and the customer will receive no further products or charges.
