Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.I've attached a summary of the issues with this fake company who are NOT Dermasoft as you'll readTheir name is [redacted] restore but payment is to [redacted] cream, eye serum, revive anti aging, essence healthy skin, & other names as you'll seeThey have not made full refunds, only partial and since my 1st complaint, there's been another round of charges, for $eachI called and spoke with different call center people, said I'd have to call another number to cancel 2nd charge-she refunded $of the When I did, he said she shouldn't have done that-sitting in same roomHe refused to refund anything then asked if I was going to file a letter of dispute with my bank, then threatened that he'd make sure I didn't get any refund if I didCalled a third time-more to confirm they were all in close proximity-and the guy said no refund, you were already toldAnd by the way, everyone I spoke with hung up on meMy last call, I asked again that they confirm everything was cancelled, there would be no further charges & was told yes, it's cancelledI checked my bank statement 2/& there was another charge for $to eye serumCalled, they said yes, they see it's been cancelled & refunded the amountI asked again to have the previous $refunded, refused and hung up on me.You notice there's no name or signature on their letterAnd as I wrote originally, once you click on the site, you're basically trapped & products are addedOther women have responded with similar stories on [redacted] and now I don't see their pop up ads any more Regards, [redacted]

*** ***Please know that the page I ordered from was definitely not as straightforward as the one the company sent youJust look on the internet and you will see all the complaints about the ordering process and how you cannot move to the next page without ordering another productAlso the time period for your trial is ridiculous considering how long it takes packages to get to youThis is definitely a company that is trying to to trick you into a subscription program, very deceptive advertissing and ordering pageMy money HAS been refunded but the Revdex.com should still look at their truth in advertising and ordering practicesThey leave a lot to be desired to the average consumer!Thank you Revdex.com for this resolution, now protect the rest of the folks who unwittingly fall for their shameful ordering practices

I did not get a full refund!!!! I got half of what I paid and offered to return the product untouched!! Your front page of advertising states a sample for $and does not say you will be taking out almost $without my permission on a product that I didn't even have a chance to try or to see if I liked it before paying $for a face cream which is ridiculous in my world Nobody would agree to pay $for a face cream that they haven't even tried You double talk in you advertising and in the Terms and Agreement it is NOT clear what your cost intent is If you were not trying to rope people in for money, you would make this clear and understandable to the average consumer, especially the older consumer who still has trust in the sales online world I would NEVER order another item like this online because I have lost my trust and money with this transaction Get honest!!!! Get clear and not doubletalking to confuse people of your actual intent This is a SCAM It's too back you have spoiled it for so many honest online companies I would like the remainder of my refund as I contacted you within a week of receiving this product and should be allowed a full refund *** ***
