Im in my early 40s however, I look years old I wanted to try the very tempting advertisement flashing across my computer, Dermavie Hydrafirm Creme to see if I could improve my skin I used the product for a week and instead of me looking youthful, I looked years older I have skin and the cream caused my foundation to look like cracked elbows under my eyesApplying the cream by itself still caused my skin to be very dry I am returning to my faithful OLAY products and hoping it will reverse the damage I would not recommend this product to anyone The Worst product ever!

This company is a complete scam merchant, I ordered their product as a free trial for $weeks later they took $from my account when I contacted them they were very rude and put the phone down on me, on my next call to them I was told I would not get a refund as I had signed up for a subscriptionI never signed or agreed to any subscription, they make you believe that they are just charging for shipping and handling then link your debit/credit card to allow them to fraudulently take money from your accountIt has taken me almost weeks of numerous phone calls to rude people, reporting this company to my bank and the Revdex.com and then a phone call from a lawyer to finally get my money back that they stole from my accountThis company needs to be stopped from conning peopleAnybody tempted to try this product please beware!!

Im in my early 40s however, I look 36 years old. I wanted to try the very tempting advertisement flashing across my computer, Dermavie Hydrafirm Creme to see if I could improve my skin. I used the product for a week and instead of me looking youthful, I looked 10 years older. I have normal skin and the cream caused my foundation to look like cracked elbows under my eyes. Applying the cream by itself still caused my skin to be very dry. I am returning to my faithful OLAY products and hoping it will reverse the damage. I would not recommend this product to anyone. The Worst product ever!

My husband was online and a survey came up from Verizon. He wasn't able to navigate away from the survey until he completed it. He was offered a free gift of DermaVie and TruVe for completing the survey and all he had to pay was the shipping. We were charged 3 shipping charges ($4.95, $5.95 and $1.95) and only received 2 packages. The only thing in the boxes were the "free" products. About 18 days later our credit card as charged $93.12 for Beautiderm Eye Serum and then a couple of days later another charge for $87.41 for DermRight Moisturi. When I called the number that was on my statement for one of the charges, I was told that it was a 14 day trial and that if I wanted a refund I would have to return the product, which could take at least 2 weeks. They said if I expedited that I could get my refund quicker. So I was charge 3 shipping charges for 2 packages and I never received anything about a 14 day trial. After I hung up with them I received to cancellation emails. Strange since I never received any notice about a 14-day trial. TOTAL SCAM!!!!

Review: I responded to a Facebook ad & ordered a free sample of a beauty product from DermaVie with a shipping fee of $4.95. It was received...and weeks later I have an additional charge to this company for $87.00 and the product has already been shipped. I phoned the company...and the only option they give is to cancel future products - unable to speak with a representative...and I am stuck with the charge fee for a product I did not request. THIS is a SCAM!Desired Settlement: This company knows what they have done and need to stop their false advertising of the free product. They need to return my money. Thank You!!

Review: Ordered product from this company under their advertising that said $4.95 for S&H only...returned the product and cannot get a refund. Got a big run around with offers for a 30% refund, then a 50% refund and then 70% refund. They charged my Debit card twice. Once for $93.12 and again today another $87.41...This company is one big SCAM!!!! On their Facebook page , EVERY SINGLE remark or comment is SCAM SCAM SCAM!!!! I filed a claim with my bank and also notified my attorney, in case I don't get the refund they promised. This company should not be in business, along with their sister company "Truve"... Same issue, same problem...Desired Settlement: All I want is my money back and for this company to0 be out of business, so they don't SCAM anyone else...

This company is a complete scam merchant, I ordered their product as a free trial for $4.95 2 weeks later they took $87.41 from my account when I contacted them they were very rude and put the phone down on me, on my next call to them I was told I would not get a refund as I had signed up for a subscription. I never signed or agreed to any subscription, they make you believe that they are just charging for shipping and handling then link your debit/credit card to allow them to fraudulently take money from your account. It has taken me almost 6 weeks of numerous phone calls to rude people, reporting this company to my bank and the Revdex.com and then a phone call from a lawyer to finally get my money back that they stole from my account. This company needs to be stopped from conning people. Anybody tempted to try this product please beware!!

Review: I ordered a sample bottle of cream off an ad, I received it, absolutely no paperwork came with it back in April,. The end of June I received a bottle of their product with no paperwork and couldn't figure it out, in the mean time my mother passed away so I forgot about it, however I received my bank statement and $92.36 was deducted from my account. I called them immediately and asked they refund my money and stated I would return their product! I was told they would refund my account 30% and did not want me to return the product, I said not acceptable. She then said 50% would be refunded I said unacceptable, I explained I did not order this product, and no paperwork came with it. She said I should go to their website it states if not canceled in 14 days after free trial they consider you want the product. I have never been on their website, I ordered product from a third party add! She then offered 70% refund and immediately stated it would be processed today, I once again said this is not acceptable, she replied anything else I can help with today? I said No, she said goodbye and hung up. I am beyond furious, I feel this is a scam.Desired Settlement: I want a 100% refund! Thank you for your assistance

Review: ordered two samples for $4.95 each . Products received and then saw I was charged additional $87.00 on my Visa. Ugh HelpDesired Settlement: I sent back the samples and requested my money back...

Review: Sent product back on June 16, 2015 to Dermavie. I have called and talk to 5 representatives from Dermavie to get a credit on my Debit card. Each time I was told my acct. will be credited 5-7days. It has been 2 months now and I talked to a supervisor today and was told they could not credit my debit card. They would try to issue a check that would take another 5-7weeks.Desired Settlement: My refund to be credit back to my Debit Card.

Review: the company ofered a $5.. trial that I ordered. Then they took out $100 which was not stated anywhere, then they took 87.41 unauthorized from my bank account. I got a return number for the product and sent it back to get a refund. they gave me transaction numbers and said they already refunded. but they did not refund me. They said it would be no later than May 14 and still no refund , I called again and they said they already refunded but it is not in my account. A lot of telemarketing people who do not speak English very well. I think it is a very fraudulent businss. They have a link for customer service on line that does not work. ?The phone number hangs up. Thank you for any help. they are bad people saying they are out of Savanah Ge. now it is De. ??Desired Settlement: Refunded to the bank number that they got it from.

Review: I ordered a free sample. Upon receiving the sample the company tried to charge me $90.00. After staying on the phone extensively I managed to cancel my order. While on the phone they kept trying to trick me into buying the cream for a discounted price. They made it extremely difficult to cancel and I was very confused. I had to get my daughter to help me and it took us over an hour to get it done.Desired Settlement: I would like this business to be shut down or at the very least have to post all their terms on their Facebook page.

Review: I saw the Dermavie online, a free 14 day supply for the cost of shipping. There was no mention of this being a recurring shipment, and nowhere was the full price mentioned. Yesterday (30 MAR 2015) I received another jar of the cream. I called this morning and they said they could only give me 30% of the cost back. Then I looked at my credit card statement and saw 2 charges for this product. They charged me for the free one!! After a long conversation with a representative, she would not let me speak to a supervisor, but said one would call me back within 48 to 72 hours which is unacceptable.

If I had known this was this type of business, I never would have fell for it. They get you roped in with free, but they don't tell you the price of the product or that they are sending recurring shipments.Desired Settlement: I want to be reimbursed for the 2 charges of ~$93.00 each. Any help will be greatly appreciated.

Review: I ordered a free sample paying shipping and handling. Then without my knowledge or consent this company sent more jars of this cream and charging my bank account for 4 shipments at $90.00+ a month.Desired Settlement: I would like to send the cream back and get a refund. I get cut off everytime I call the customer service so I haven't been able to talk to a representative for this company.

Review: A trial order of Dermavie product was made. After trial I contacted the company to cancel any further shipments. They have continued to send product and charge my card.Desired Settlement: I do not want to receive any more of the Dermavie product and I want the charges on my credit card refunded.

Review: I backed out of this site without clicking ordering when they erroneously started changing their price of the same product to get someone suckered in. My fraud department at my bank said they charged my card anyway. I called this Dermavid company [redacted] and they hung up on me three times and I kept trying and finally someone did answer that said his name was Milan and I told them I do not want their product and therefore not to send it the same day of looking at their website. They said I had to receive it anyway and that I could put a number on it and send it back. I asked their address and he gave me a Savannah, Georgia address. I called the Revdex.com and they informed me that they did not have one in GA and that number was a Wilmington, Delaware phone number. I do not want them to have my charge card to charge different figures they say. I do not want them to charge my card anything. I do not want their product. I backed out of the site without completely the order and do not want to order this product at all. I think this is a fraud company that is charging different amounts for the same product. I told them I do NOT want their product.sincerely,Joyce NallDesired Settlement: Refund my money and never use my card to send me me any of their products!

Review: ordered 2 FREE SAMPLES - 1 moisturizer, 1 eye cream, pay $4.95 shipping on each one - charged $87.41 on my credit card - looked them up on line (should have done this prior to ordering) and there are about 4 or 5 pages of complaints same as mine and some for a higher amount - and many claiming fraud - when I called the company, I was told I did not read the fine print and the ad did not say FREE SAMPLE - she never heard any response from me because she simply continued to talk as if reading a standard answer -- the ad most definitely said Free - pay postage only -- as so many other women have statedDesired Settlement: a refund would be great -- would also like to have a modification of discontinuance of their fraudulent ad I would like to add to

my original complaint -ID # [redacted] submitted to you on 6-11-15 -- today I

received another skin cream from Dermavie -- no invoice attached -- not ordered

by me -- have had no contact with this company since I originally contacted you

-- I do not yet know if my credit card has been charged again or not. Shipping info attached

says order id [redacted] --

this "account" was to be closed the day I initially called Dermavie

and contacted Revdex.com - complaint filed 6-11-15.

Review: add online advertising beauty products! The ad said for 4.95 you can try different products-like l'oreal, estee lauder etc. You answer 6 questions and they pick what beauty product you will be sent .In my case it was Dermavie !But on another occasion I answered questions different and they still picked Dermavie! They sent me a couple products one a month and I was not happy so I cancelled my order. When I called again because my bill is $92 instead of about $15 they said hey have no record of me canceling and I should have read fine print! She said she would send me $26 back and cancel my order now (which is a couple after 1st time)It is a shady business because when they send you the product there is nothing on box so you can locate them!Surprise surprise the online add is only around once in a blue moon!Desired Settlement: I want my money back-It's totally false advertisement and overcharge!

Review: I purchased a sample of the dermavie product for $4.95. They charged $87.41 then $92.36. I only authorized the $4.95 for the sample not the other charges and an email was sent to them to cancel after the $87.41 but was not cancelled.Desired Settlement: A refund in my checking account of $179.77.

Review: I signed up online for a sample of the product and to pay shipping charges only. When I received another Dermavie product the next month, I shipped it back by US Postal service unopened. I received a charge of $92.36 on my Visa account and called Dermavie. I spoke with [redacted]. He said I could disenroll from a program that I DID NOT AGREE TO ENROLL IN, which I did on that day 8/18/15. Then [redacted] said more product was shipped today and I would owe another $92.36 if I did not return it with a number written on the outside, which he gave me. he told me I could not receive credit for the first returned product since it did not have this kind of return number on it. When I said the USPS says to return unopened UNSOLICITED mail and not pay charges, he said it was not the policy of the company to do that. He then offered to let me keep the product I HAD ALREADY RETURNED for 15% off. I refused. He went on to offer up to 50% off for a returned product. I refused and asked to speak to a supervisor. His supervisor was very busy and could not take my call. I said I would wait. He said it would be a VERY long time before they were available. I asked to speak to a supervisor again. He refused and I hung up.Desired Settlement: Dernavie should state IN LARGE PRINT that the "free sample" enrolls the customer in an unending monthly shipment of product for close to $100 per month.

A supervisor should be available to help unresolved issues.
