Review: I responded to an online offer for a skin care product. I got what I took to be a sample for the cost of shipping - $4.95. I didn't care for the product and think any more about it until I got my credit card statement with an unauthorized charge of $87.41! Just this evening I was finally able to speak with a representative of the company who tells me that they will only refund 50% of the unauthorized charge! I feel foolish and outraged! I would NEVER have agreed to accept a product that included automatic shipments or required me to return a sample within a certain number of days or be charged! I detest those kinds of offers! This one was misleading at best and a downright scam at worst!Desired Settlement: I want this company to refund the entire amount they charged my credit card without authorization! I will return the unused portion of the cream if they so desire!

Review: A few weeks ago I took advantage of an online offer to try a wrinkle reducing skin cream for free is I would pay the shipping cost. I agreed and it cost about $5.00 to ship. Today my debt card was charged $87.00 for the automatic renewal of the product. I was never told that this was the way it would happen, I was never told that I would automatically be charged for a cream in 2 weeks. There was no information in the shipment about the conditions or that I was signed up for a continuing supply. When I called to complain they told me it was a condition for getting the free cream and I could cancel my membership and automatic shipments now but there was no refund. I was very angry and told them that I considered them to be running a big scam and that I was going to contact the Revdex.com. they called me back and offered to give me a 15% refund. That is $13.00 and I told them that was insulting.Desired Settlement: I want them to refund my $87.00 and accept their package of cream which I did not order.

Review: I excepted the trial offer that said" TRIAL INFORMATION: You will shipped a 30-day supply of DermaVie Hydrafirm Anti-Aging Créme for the non-refundable Shipping and Handling cost of $4.95 (all figures in USD). I may cancel within 18 days from today to avoid being billed for the trial bottle. I read this part of ad ,figured if it didn't work or I didn't want it all I had to do was call and cancel.WRONG! Upon calling to cancel I was told I had to pay ,$38.71 which would be charged to my Credit Card,.(I had to pay The $38.71 to cancel)I feel this is a scam to lure you in then they switch what there saying in the beginning ,so it's a Bait and Switch also.Desired Settlement: I would hope this Company would make there Cancellation Policy more understandable!Also I want my account cancelled with NO charge to my Credit Card .

Review: I order a trail offer on 11/28, order # 29505, online. I broke out in a rash, called the company to return the product for a refund within the trial time frame. I was given an [redacted] returned the product via USPS on 12/15 with tracking and delivery on 12/18/14.I recieved and email that they did get the product back. Refund was issued on 12/30/14 according to customer service of $38.71. As of today 1/12/15 I have not rec'd my refund and I have called them several times, but got no results. I also been working with my bank to track this transaction ID# [redacted] When I asked them to prove to me they sent a refund to my debit card, they can't.Desired Settlement: At least $38.71, if deem fair, something for my agrevation.
