Review: I have tried to get this company to stop contacting me over and over again. The STILL continue to send me emails and call. I have blocked them. I am on the DO NOT CALL list, I have told them on the phone, ETC. It is getting to the point that I am feeling harassed and targeted.Desired Settlement: For them to stop CONTACTING me. I don't want to be contacted by this company at all.

Review: I believe that this company has to be a fraud or they customer service is just plain and simple awful. I reached out to WPM in regards to an idea that I had. They absolutely loved it and charged me $1200 dollars to research the Idea. Then after all this research they came back all excited stating that my project could be patented. Which I must admit that something was filed to the US patent attorney (not sure if it is correct or not because I reached out again today and it is under review. I reached out to the US patent office myself because they do not respond) after I paid an additional $14,000. After working month and months with this company explaining thousands of time what I wanted they finally got it. I literally took like 25 times to try to get them to understand my idea. More importantly it took numerous emails for them to respond to each of my attempt to communicate with them. In the last month, emailed them 3 times and no one has gotten back to me! I literally copied every single person I ever spoke to at the company. I emailed 8 people all 3 times and not ONE person responded. I am just hoping at this point that I actually receive my patent and go do my own thing promoting it because they have clearly voided the contract by the treatment I have received. I would not recommend this company to my worst enemy! I just really hope something valid was filed and I receive a patent. I have been waiting for over a year!Desired Settlement: I would like a copy of the entire packet that was sent to the US patent attorney. I believe that once the patent is issued if they actually did it correctly, the contract will become void because they have not kept there end of the deal. They are requesting 10% royalty, but they have truly done nothing except ignore me! If the patent is not issued, I will sue this company for damages! Honestly, because the entire experience has been awful, I should be entitled to a full refunded! I am literally concerned with this company being a fraud and I just cheating me of all my savings, but more importantly my time and Idea. I am concerned that my idea will not come to life because they have neglected to give it the importance it deserved.

Review: IWANT MY FILES FROM WORLD PATENT MARKETING SUBMITTED ON TUESDAY, AUGUST *, 2015 AT 11:59AM. AND AFTER THAT I SPOKE TO MR. ALLEN P[redacted] A PRODUCT DEVELOPER WITH THE COMPANY FOR 56 MINUTES. HE SAID HE NEEDED A MORE INDEPTH DESCRIPTION OF THE IDEAS FOR THE SAVING GRACE PROJECT. AND THEREFORE GAVE HIM A DESCRIPTION OF THREE PRODUCTS FOR DEVELOPMENT.Desired Settlement: MY FILES BEING SENT TO MY EMAIL ADDRESS AND TO MY ADDRESS.

Review: I first received conceptual drawings of my invention idea on December **, 2014. The drawing was incorrect; one of the key components of the idea was wrong despite this being very clear in the drawings and descriptions I sent. I submitted a marked-up version of World Patent Marketing's (WPM's) drawing on January *, 2015. WPM sent me new drawings on January **, January **, and February *. Each time the drawings were incorrect, sometimes with a previously-corrected mistake re-appearing on a revised drawing. I asked for a refund of the fee for their research on February *. On February **, I received a phone call from the [redacted] at WPM assigned to me. He asked me to send an email describing my complaint and to remind him whether I paid by check or credit card, and he would make sure my refund got processed. I sent this requested email the same day.

I have not received the refund or any further communication from WPM on this issue. I sent a reminder email on March **. The only communications I have received from WPM since are periodic publicity emails and a computerized publicity phone call.

In addition to the inaccurate drawings, I had asked questions and expressed concerns over the company's adherence to and compliance with the 1999 Inventors' Protection Act, and whether the company is being completely honest in their advertising. I never received answers to many of my questions, several of which I reiterated in my refund request.Desired Settlement: I paid $1,295.00 on October [redacted] 2014 by credit card. I want this amount refunded. I do not care how WPM refunds it, whether to the credit card or by check. They should have my credit card information, and I don't want to re-send it in an email.
