My grandson only wanted a pricey hoodie and a t-shirt for Christmas. I pre ordered the hoodie and his mom got the t-shirt . Only the t-shirt never arrived and her inquiries have not been responded to. My many attempts for replacement of the hoodie that was XL and we ordered small have had automated responses only. Your phone # isn't valid! Ive used the Messaging too since it is suppose to be live help. We felt bad for your company at first with xmas rush and covid but a month is too long to not get any valid reply.

Where is my order??
I ordered 3 items on 11/26 and was told I would receive it by 12/10 for Christmas. It finally shipped on 12/18 and I do not have it for Christmas. There are 3 people that will not receive presents. There was no tracking number provided.

Due to the busy holiday season, the backpack shipped out as soon as possible, but seems to have hit a small transit delayFrom what we can tell, we informed the customer that the USPS tracking number we originally provided should be updating soon, but may take a day or two for it to finally scan into the USPS system, especially considering it's the Christmas holiday weekend.Tracking does show the package is in transit to be delivered ASAP: [redacted] We will try to respond via the website as best we can, but again, at this time, I'm not seeing the access link that is normally availableThank you and have a good day!Regards, [redacted] DBH Supportwww.designbyhumans.com

I am rejecting this response because: I never received an email from Designs by Humans that they were going to reship my item on March 4th or any other email received from them The email on 3/4/just states they recieved my email/request and it takes a couple of days to respondI have all emails sent by them I do not want to close this complaint until I have the item I paid for in hand or the total refund paid for the item I never recieved [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: it is not trueI have emails to prove that I did respond in a timely manner (1/10/14) and they did receive my responseI made many calls and left many messages between my response to their request on Janand my last email stating I would be taking action on March (because I had not received the products or any correspondence either by email or phone)Also, in the attached timeline of emails, you can see that they closed the ticket deeming it solved upon their initial response before it was resolved

The message attached to the complaint can only be characterized as false. The individual who filed the complaint has obviously done no research or they would have found our contact information using the "Contact Us" link in the footer.It sounds like the individual has been the victim... of credit card fraud and should take any appropriate actions with his financial institution.We reviewed all credit card transactions from February 11th which is the date the individual provided and we have no transactions, attempted or successful, from any customer with the last name [redacted] .Given that none of the information provided in the complaint is verifiable, we consider this matter closed and will not continue to respond.

I am rejecting this response because:I never received an email from Designs by Humans that they were going to reship my item on March 4th or any other email received from them. I ordered a hoodie, never received an email with a tracking link as their policy states will happen. After 11 days of waiting, I reached out to them and they did reply promptly but only because I used Amazon Pay and they contacted them! They lost the order but sure took my money! Still waiting for my refund. Long story short, read and believe the reviews, I read them but still thought I would try it since some reviews were positive. You live and you learn!

new shipping labelThe package should hopefully be going out todayAgain, as indicated in our correspondences, which you have replied to, we wrote on Friday, March at 9:40am: "Hi there!Your package will be reshipping as soon as possibleIt will be reshipped via *** *** which has final delivery through USPSYour FedEx.com tracking number will be ***For final delivery through USPS, tracking will be ***Please let us know if you have further questions!" Again, we are working to repackage and reship your package as soon as possible and would recommend you talk with your local post office about why they initially marked your package as undeliverable as addressedThank you for your time and patience

up with more emails than we anticipated, however we answered him as soon as we were ableSee attachment reply We informed the customer that our sizing regarding the stickers is only approximate (as it shows in the attachment sticker size), as the stickers are made using a die cut method and any effort to make the stickers an exact 3" by 4" size would distort and diminish the quality of the designsWe do try to get our stickers as close to that 3x4" estimate as possible, but some designs will never perfectly match that.
This was explained in the email response and the customer did not write back indicating further issue.
On Wednesday, July 6, the customer wrote back again with basically the same initial message from June We responded in kind within minutes (see attachment reply 2), and informed the customer again that the sticker sizing was approximate, as it states clearly on the sticker pagesWe also informed the customer that he was welcome to request a return authorization for the merchandise if he so choose.
We recommend that the customer reviews both his spam and junk mail and I'm confident that he will locate the replies we've sent him.
The offer for a refund of the merchandise of the stickers ($USD - $each, with a 10% discount) is still valid if the customer would like to email us and request a return authorization as instructed in the Wednesday emailLet us know if further information is required

independent artists from all over the worldArtists can open a storefront on our site and we handle all of the printing, packing and shipping of their products This complaint has been filed by a contributing artist from our site As a part of the Terms and Services this artist agreed to, Design By Humans has the right to “disqualify a Design submission from being posted on the DBH Site for any reason or no reason.” In this case, the artist’s design titled “GanChrist” was rejected by our art moderation team for “Offensive Content.” The artist emailed us requesting an appeal of the rejection which was reviewed by management Management agreed with the original ruling by the art moderation team and informed the artist that his design would not be posted to the Design By Humans website We feel that the decision to remove the artwork from our platform is well within the policies of our business and the Terms and Services that the artist agreed to upon the submission of his design

I am writing this negative review in the hopes that I might finally get a response from this company. I have sent several emails and I have submitted photos of mis-printed shirts that I am requesting a refund for and I have heard nothing back from this company. I placed a large order on 6/25 during their 20% site wide sale and 6 of my shirts were extremely mis-printed. I keep getting email responses that say "Please allow 24 - 72 business hours for a customer service agent to respond to your request" but I sent an initial email back on 7/3 (still no response) and I submitted the photos and request for replacement shirts on 7/9 (still no response).

However after registering a complaint with Revdex.com I received a different tracking number than the first one provided and this one was valid and indicated that the product that I ordered was not shipped until my complaint was received
