Review: I first contacted the customer service to get this return resolved in april. They sent me full instructions on how and where to send back the return to get my refund. I followed the directions and got a tracking number when I sent the package. I see on the USPS website when I type my tracking number in that they received my package on 4/22/13 yet when I contacted them about my package in May 2013 they still hadn't gotten back to me. I have given them well over a month to get me my refund they told me I would get. I have the conversations from customer service on hand that says since their size chart wasn't working (like I explained to them) that they would give me a full refund after I returned the clothes. I returned the clothes well over a month ago now and they are blatantly ignoring me as a customer and not fulfilling what they said they would do for me. I spent 79.00 for the clothes that didn't fit and now 11.25 just to send it all back. I need that refund asap so I can put it towards something more important.

Review: I purchased clothing from this company on August 8th 2014. I never recieved my order. I contacted them through ETSY (who they were selling through) and from outside via my personal e mail. I have tried over and over to contact this company with no response. Now the email listed for them is no longer active See below I have proof of purchase through PayPal. Unfortunately you seem to have purchased your item through an individual on Etsy who is not affiliated with Design By Humans. Design By Humans does not have a presence on Etsy per their marketplace guidelines.

You will need to contact Etsy for further assistance since we were not involved with the transaction or with Etsy.

Review: I ordered a t-shirt from Design by Humans. The order#[redacted]. The item was returned to Design even though you had my correct address which can be verified by the email you sent me. In the email you asked if the address was correct and if I wanted you to resend the item. I emailed and confirmed the address was corrent and to please resend. I have heard nothig back for Design by Humans and you have already taken money out of my account. I would like the items I purchased or the total refund for what I purchased.

Hello! We've replied to every email correspondence, and indicated we were working to reship the package as soon as possible. Due to the way the label was written on when the package was returned to sender, and the condition of the packaging, we have had to repackage your items and print out a new shipping label. The package should hopefully be going out today. Again, as indicated in our correspondences, which you have replied to, we wrote on Friday, March 4 at 9:40am: "Hi there!Your package will be reshipping as soon as possible. It will be reshipped via [redacted] which has final delivery through USPS. Your FedEx.com tracking number will be [redacted]. For final delivery through USPS, tracking will be [redacted]. Please let us know if you have further questions!" Again, we are working to repackage and reship your package as soon as possible and would recommend you talk with your local post office about why they initially marked your package as undeliverable as addressed. The email on 3/4/16 just states they recieved my email/request and it takes a couple of days to respond. I have all emails sent by them. Again, your package was reshipped and was picked up by [redacted] on Monday, March 7. [redacted] Final delivery will be made through USPS with tracking number [redacted]4. Therefore, this issue has been resolved, as we have done as you've asked and reshipped your package, as indicated in the previous emails we've sent you. I'm sorry again for any confusion!

Review: This company transacted an ON LINE charge against my credit card number for a product without my authorization. I did not order any product. The transaction occurred through their IT systems at 12:48:48 AM ET. Their security practices are non existent and the charge was fraudulent. I did not contact them, order any product and the credit card charge was not authorized. They may even be a business front for a phishing scam where many credit cards are hacked. Their security processes and procures are allowing fraudulent actions to occur. They are not following PCI compliant regulations and I have also contacted the PCI Security County and the local Police Department to file similar complaints. I am requesting their ability to conduct on-line credit card transactions be stopped until they deploy comply with all PCI regulations and/or their business is shut down. Should the Revdex.com want further information, they can contact [redacted] Visa Fraud Division.This company also does not provide any phone or address information on their website (www.designbyhumans.com) which is fraudulent and is very misleading to consumers whom might have a complaint. Please fully investigate this situation and contact me via email.Desired Settlement: Contact me only by the Revdex.com and then a clear understanding that the situation has been resolved. Once that has been accomplished, I am willing to negotiate a fare settlement. I am formally requesting that the Revdex.com do not share my personal contact information with this company. The individual who filed the complaint has obviously done no research or they would have found our contact information using the "Contact Us" link in the footer.It sounds like the individual has been the victim of credit card fraud and should take any appropriate actions with his financial institution.We reviewed all credit card transactions from February 11th which is the date the individual provided and we have no transactions, attempted or successful, from any customer with the last name [redacted].Given that none of the information provided in the complaint is verifiable, we consider this matter closed and will not continue to respond.

Review: The iPhone case we ordered was defective. It did not fit the iPhone 5c as advertised. Also, the two free t-shirts that were supposed to be included in the order (the reason we placed an order in the first place) were never shipped. My son emailed about this and was told they were never included in the original order (which I can assure you is incorrect, as I was sitting with him for a long period of time making sure it went through properly because the site continually crashed as we were trying to place it) and that you cannot "add" items to an order once purchased. Since email was not successful, I called to speak with someone. I called repeatedly and left messages over several weeks, and never received a return call. I emailed once again and was finally told that everything would be shipped. It has been several months since that response and we have not received the products, nor will they return any further emails or phone calls.Desired Settlement: We would still like at least the products we were promised.

I am rejecting this response because: it is not true. I have emails to prove that I did respond in a timely manner (1/10/14) and they did receive my response. I made many calls and left many messages between my response to their request on Jan. 10 and my last email stating I would be taking action on March 3 (because I had not received the products or any correspondence either by email or phone). Also, in the attached timeline of emails, you can see that they closed the ticket deeming it solved upon their initial response before it was resolved.

Review: After purchasing two shirts, one tore after washing (on gentle cycle and low tumble dry) as directed by the company. There is no phone number for customer service, so I sent them a polite email requesting a "Return Authorization" number to return the defective shirt, as well as the second unworn tee (which I did not want to risk tearing, too).Their response was from a woman named "[redacted]" who asked me to send them a picture of the defective/torn garment. I did so without complaint. I received no response. I emailed again and no response.I looked on [redacted] and saw numerous other customers had the same exact experience with their "customer service". When I looked up their phone number on the Internet and called, I heard only the long beeping sound of a fax, but no person or voicemail.As back-up, I have saved the emails to me from this company.Thank you for your time reviewing this complaint.Desired Settlement: I would very much appreciate a full refund for the two tee shirts, which totaled $41.28I have the receipt should you need it (ORDER #[redacted]).

Since our phone number is easily locatable and the customer has been contacted prior to this complaint being filed we consider the complaint closed and the customer can resolve their issue through customer service.

I am rejecting this response because:Firstly, while the company did in fact finally contact me after this complaint was made, I am awaiting an RA# fromthem so that I may return the one defective and one unwornshirts. Once I receive this and ship them back to the company,I will need to see a confirmation that a refund/credit wasprocessed, via email preferably. At that point I wouldconsider this case closed.I would still urge the Revdex.com to investigate their customer servicespractices; as is evident on Yelp, others like me have encounteredsimilar experiences.
