This company charged me for work that was never completed, and tried to charge me again for the same reason. This company also also made another change to my credit card that I did not authorize.

I purchased a service from the company to have a website created, but the product they offered was not according to the designs I was satisfied not did it function in any way that I needed it to function. The product was something which I could not use or would need to pay another company to engineer it in a way that would be useful to me. Throughout the entire relationship I expressed my disappointment and concerns of which The company pleaded they could correct the problem if they had more time. I agreed to grant them additional time and I was guaranteed a Full Refund if I was still unsatisfied. I was still very unsatisfied with the new design results and functionality they presented of which I demanded a full refund of $1794. They agreed to grant the refund but asked for 30 days due to the COVID-19 pandemic was having on the business and I agreed. After the 30 days they refunded only $847. I received a partial refund along with an email and voicemail asking for respite until July 2nd to pay the remaining monies of $947. From then until the present I have not received the $947. Senior Manager - Client Retention and Dispute Resolution has written me via email and left several voice mails guaranteeing me the remaining refund of $947 but every time I call at the number he referenced on his emails the individuals I speak with always ask mt to leave a message and he will call me back but I never receive a call from him. I have been chasing this company for my refund and they keep running from me.

Design Eminent Graphics is SCAMMING customers out of money

They charged me for services they haven't and cant deliver. They then tried to up-charge me an additional $500.00 and told me that if I didn't pay it I couldn't get what I paid for. I told them I don't like the work, and the project was simply taking too long. I told them just to refund me my money and they refused., they told me that it was impossible to get my money back, I complained on social media and they said they will only give me 45% of my money back,. On their site it clearly says Money Back Guarantee %100 which is false advertisement.

Now I am forced to hirer a lawyer to sue them

I contacted the company to do a website for me. I asked about their guarantee if I did not like the website and Daniel M told me that I could cancel at any time if I was not happy with the design and I would get my money back the same day. I told them that I wanted the same design as my current website and they did not do it even close to it or the colors that are on it It was not even written in english. I tried contacting them for 5 days with no reply and now I have spoke with Ferris M and Peter K. Which they all keep saying - "Let us try again to make you happy" We want to give you 100% Customer Satisfaction" I do not like what they have done at all and it gets worse instead of better. I just want my money back as promised. I contracted with Design Eminent on May 15, 2020 to design a website. I had a website through Go Daddy, but couldn't get the help I needed. I will be 80 in December, I live on Social Security and I used my stimulus money to to pay for this. They had my old website to use and improve. They had to do it with their own software system, but they had an idea of what I wanted. I paid an original $400. for the web, then $322. to host the domain for 3 years, then $199. to make the web page work on cell phones or IPADS. They want an additional $475. to pay off Go Daddy and transfer the domain. (They won't get that one) After talking to Go Daddy today, D.E. "coattailed" my domain back to Go Daddy to host it. (I don't quite understand this). I have copied all of our email type communications. I published a book "Chasing the Carrot" the website is "Catchingthecarrot.com" The book is basically for the people that have been asleep, It went to the publisher 11-17-18 and has been on the market since 9-15-19. I haven't promoted it yet, due to impeachment and pandemics but now is the time and I need the website which is a continuation of what has gone on since 11-17-18. The website is supposed to allow people to reply and comment so we can build a future we all agree on, with Justice for All. These people are rude, incompetent and deceitful..

I have to date paid $1640.00 to Design Eminent the bulk of which was paid in December 2019 to build my company (Freedom Energy LLC) a website. I was told maximum time taken would be 2 months but we are now almost in August and my website is nowhere near complete. I have repeatedly sent updates, text changes, images, language additions and all the things that I was promised when I was purchasing at the point of sale but nothing ever happens! I am constantly told “don’t worry” “i will fix everything” “I’m taking over to complete your site”.My website is nowhere near finished and I couldn’t afford to waste anymore time so I had a company on standby that I was going to pay to fix it as Design Eminent was so reluctant to do so, so I asked for access to the site immediately which they told me in 48 hours I would have access. Well as you can guess 48 hours came and went and I lost the company that was going to do the work. I went back to design Eminent furious at their lack of professionalism and costing me potential customers for the past 6 months and requested a full refund as was promised only to be told I was no longer entitled to the refund because of 1. They sent the (woefully incomplete) website live and 2. Because they had now given me access to fix the site myself! Which they say negates my money back guarantee. And throughout the entire 8 months that I’ve been dealing with them they are been asking for more money for “extras that I really need”!

I've paid for this company to redesign my website (June 15th) due to prior issues with another company. Nathan W assured that my company would not receive the same experience. He Promised personal attention to this project but then it was passed on to Steven C without notice. As of July 17th, my website is officially live...with errors and extra stock pictures that were specifically discussed with Mr.C*** and Kevin P to remove and correct but was not honored. In addition, final discussion of website look was suppose to be personally reviewed in real time with web design manager PRIOR to going live and with personal final approval from Notary Zone CEO...that also WAS NOT HONORED!! My Company website does not look professional,and projects my company in a negative light..based on the look of the website.

Started with getting a website built. The website is done but I was told that I have lifetime web hosting. When I called to see why my website was down I was informed that the host is down and was asked did I get the package or did I pay for the hosting separately. I informed the person that I got the packaged. I was then informed that the hosting only last one year. I was infuriated with this information and demanded my money back. Was informed that there is no manager on duty at the time of the call which is unheard of. It seems that every time I need something done it just cost more and more money than originally quoted. I was informed that I do not have a lifetime hosting with this company when I paid for that so I have been scammed in more than one way. The domain name is gone which I was not told about. I did not know that you have to renew the lease of the domain name. They just did not make an uneducated customer in regards to website buidling.

Design Eminent is responsible for miss leading me with my project.They were not 100% Transparent and they over charged for services that they never delivered.I have the meials to prove this.They had numerous Hidden fees. They also do not perform all of the work in house.They have claimed to have one out of Buisness Due to COVID 19 per Mark S. I am also a former Private Investigator whom was licensed in Texas. I was verbaly told by Mark S whom claims to have COVID. Mark told me that our website was completly funtional and was ready for Buisness. None of thier deliverablkes were complete.

I purchased a Web Package for website and logo development services on 4/25/19 for $410. I asked the company if they could wait to start the development work since I was working on obtaining a business certification that I wanted to be able to list on my website. They agreed and a couple of the company's reps kept in touch with me by email over the next few months to check-in with me and see if I was ready for them to start the work. Since I wasn't ready yet, I was asked to get in touch with them when I was ready for them to start. I contacted the company in May of this year to request them to begin the work. However, I was told that my web package expired and the expiration period is 60 days from the date of purchase. I was given the option of reinstating the package for a fee almost equal to the original cost of the web package! I told them that there was no such rule when I purchased the package and in fact, the company's reps had contacted me after the initial 60 days to check in with me and they would not have done that if the package expired in 60 days. I then requested a refund from the company so I could engage a different business to do the work but the company refuses to provide a refund either.

I purchased a website development package from this company on 22nd of May in 1000$. I paid 500$ upfront and balance due on completion of project in 2 weeks. After more than 3 weeks they contacted me yesterday with a new amount of 1800$. They forced me to pay this amount in full otherwise they will not be able to complete this job. They asked for extra 800$ by blaming their representative that he mistakenly sold this package in 1000$ where as the actual price of this deal is 1800$. I simply requested them to refund me the money I paid upfront because I don't want to pay this extra 800$ for this project. They start threatening me that if I will close this project I will have to loose the money I paid upfront. They are now offering me a refund of 250$ when I asked them why they are deducting 250$ since I never received any product from them. They said since they allocated my job to their employees they have to deduct 250$. This is big scam, I request authorities to take action against this company before they scam other people.

THIS COMPANY WILL STEAL YOUR MONEY .. I hired them to build and host a web site for my non-emergence transport company and it was one thing after another they will take your site down and hold for more money saying you were hacked and need protection software that if you look comes with the platform they wright in.. they will make or try to make unauthorized draws from your accounts they keep your info and just keep trying . in the end I wanted my money back they say 100 percent satfied or money back well good luck with that they will just hit your account again

For 1000$ design eminent was to deliver by march 31st a very simple web store where design and content was already provided. Now mid may they have already taken almost 2500$ from me for unagreed work they claim to have started and do not even return money they accidentally got but where no contract has been agreed.
On the website even simple ordering isn't properly working and the planned automation of logistic interface and data collection and customer communication completely missing. Api with payment gateway is faulty. During the process the vandalised the live website asking people for their political background. They clearly lack technical skills,project management skills and customer service they have never heard of.
There is no words for the level of bundled incompetence and ignorance in that company. When they are 2 months in breach of contract for gross neglience finally jerry who calls himself a supervisor gives me the honour to speak to me ." Normally I do not talk to customers directly.....do not worry about the work you are in safe hands." Sorry to be so harsh but they are taking money for terribly bad work which caused me thousands $ extra costs, sales losses, reputational and health damage.

I reached out to Design Eminent last April to create a logo and it has been hell since then. They did create the logo and we also ordered business cards from them to which we have received.
However they charged our credit card for trademark, copyright, state categorization and domain without any authorization from me or my business partner ( $277, $602, $492 and $552). DENNIS T my Project Manager did mention other services to me and even tried to sell me their website service to which I refused. Before I realized Design Eminent had charged my credit card and everything went south from there.
To make matters worse when we contacted the USPTO office they couldn't find our application in their system even after DENNIS T told me it had been filed and had to go through STATE APPROVAL. They refunded a partial fee for the Domain even after he mentioned in a text that we were going to get all our money back. We finally filed a dispute with my bank in January and because we had exceeded the time frame for a dispute my bank couldn't help. We have nothing from DESIGN EMINENT after taking over $2000 from us with no authorization.
Dennis T and Sarah M are the project managers and I don't even know why we have two project managers. I neem a refund for the money they took for all the Trademark Process and Domain. We are a small business and we started and I don't need this Trauma and financial headache. This company has very bad reviews and it seems unauthorized charges is their Mode of Operation.
I am speaking to others who have been scammed by this company so we can file a class action suit against them. They need to be stopped from operating in this country.
We work hard for our money and this is unacceptable. THIS IS SO UNPROFEESIONAL AND UNETHICAL. I need a refund for all those charges! I am willing to send over all correspondence from day one as well as a letter from USPTO stating they are aware of their fraudulent activities.

I am trying to get my refund as per their policy; However after sending out a few or more messages stating I wish for a refund I have been getting no response back. They were to fix the issues I have with my website that I have through Webflow after speaking Asher M N or sometime goes by just Asher M He agreed to a flat fee of $220 for fix the minor issue in which I have troubles with and still have. They said they could do this. I told him that I needed a Collaborator through Webflow; However they took it upon there self to just do a whole new site for what ever reason and then expect me to give them feed back about it. I told them that is not what was agree upon and thus wish for a refund. I believe if simple instructions can't be followed their is NO reason to go any further with anything other than to get my money back as per their policy. After seeing all the complaints on here and other places I wonder now how hard is it going to be to get my money back. The guy who is suppose to have been doing the work is a Steven J. I also notice now that the address given in there website details is a place that can be rented day by day or even have a "Virtual" office their without ever setting foot in the building so now I understand why the Revdex.com can't find them. AM I SCREWED OUT OF MY MONEY?

I got this company thru an online search (www.designeminent.com) last year to create and design a logo and image for my brand. This whole process started very kindly and nice with back and forth emails where we were designing for my brand. After an inicial payment for the services I was told that the fees included my registration with later on resulted surprisingly that it not. On December 6th and after trying to get this completed and being unsuccessful to get a refund I made an additional payment of $699.00 to finish the registration process where I was confirmed by email that NO additional payments were needed and AGAIN that my registration in process and should expect my documents 4-6 weeks after.
Following up today and requesting by email a status, I received a call from Dennis (the head of the legal team) where he told me that my process was not approved and they have been trying to reach me (to a different address) to tell me that I needed to pay $360.00 additional to finish the process claiming that there was an additional state registration.
Every single contact with them is about getting more money and I can't continue with this. They seem to exist and have an acceptable reputation, so I only expect for my service to be concluded and if not look for a full refund.

Design Eminent is a big fraud run by b*st*rds. I hired them for a building a small website in Mar 2019 and paid USD 1000 for the package. They started by doing a couple of webpages and suddenly one fine day someone calls from Design Eminent and tried to scare me about the trademark about logo and sell me a package for additional USD 300 and had no answer on why I should buy that from them. They stopped work on my website and till date no progress. Suddenly on 21-Feb-2020 I see three transactions made on my debit card for $1, $2 and $887. These are all fraud transactions without my consent. They saved by card details fraudulently and charged by card. These is don't understand that they will be tracked and jailed for all these frauds that they have done. For everyone who has been the victim of the fraud by Design Eminent, I suggest taking following actions -

3) Additionally, if you or someone you know of lives in Newark area, tell them to go to a local police station and file a criminal complaint against Jerry M Sarah M *** and Reza M They will all be tracked and jailed for fraud which is a criminal offence.
4) Report domain fraud at [email protected] and +*** providing the details of the fraud and their domain will be marked as fraud and a case will be registered against them.
5) Publish your complaints on every posting of their *** (https://www.***.com/designeminent/) and ***.
It's our duty to teach them a big lesson and make sure that they get punished and are behind bars and the companies dies!

I have paid for a service I have never received and in addition each time I speak with them it requires more money to get what you paid for. They are con artists. This entire process started in July 2019 when I asked them to fix a color in my logo. The price was $49 I believe at that time and you got all files in all formats for that price. After they fixed the minor color issue I had asked for they claimed the logo was now their creation and I had to pay another $275 in order to receive all the files that were supposed to be included in the price and I had to copyright. Taken back is an understatement. After much frustration they offered an additional logo at no charge and to drop the price to $249 to copyright all logos. A total of three. I have called numerous times since asking where my paperwork is. It got delayed due to the holidays, it has already been approved and just numerous other excuses. Today I get a text from a gentleman I have never spoken with and actually called an complained out because he texted and told me I needed to copyright when I had already paid the fee months earlier. So I called and they put him on the phone he insisted I talked to him previously, no I did not. I asked for a supervisor. Long story short they are asking for an addition $250 now. I am told that was to file the copyright not get it and now you have to pay an additional fee to actually get it. I told him forget it they are scammers and I would do it myself. He said it will cost you thousands. So I called a real trademark / copyright company. Their fee is $49 to file the paperwork, the USPTO, government, sends you the customer an email with their filing fee $275. Your are assigned to an individual in which you must complete the process within 3 months or you have to start over. This to to copyright / trademark your logo, it doesn't matter if you have a name in it. You do not have to separately trademark if there is a name in it. However, you may trademark your name and if

it took 3 months fighting with these people to reestablish my website #1
Finally we proceeded to build website #2 and the requested $400 extra from me
basically holding the website hostage and never fully complete the website
most horrible experience with a bunch of people that work remote in india or pakistan .. not sure ... the have a virtual office in NJ ... thats it
Then when I asked me to transfer website #2 to my hosting ... they tried to tricked me into paying $499 fee which I did not paid

Worst exeprience ever

I ordered a suite of services for a website, logo, and social media design in October 2019. My account was closed in January because apparently there was a deadline to get the project completed. When I asked that my account be reopened, my account manager said yes but that it would cost me another $499. I put in writing “NO, I do not have another $500 to pay for something that was never finished.” Well he charged my credit card $1, then $2, then $537. Of which 1) I said no up front and 2) it wasn’t even for the price he quoted. I did not authorize this charge and have a text exchange reflecting that I specifically said “No” prior to them charging my credit card three times.
