Purchased a logo for a $45 Package. Spoke on the phone with an employee. They Charged me $500 (Canadian) and I requested an explanation for the extra charges through their messaging service. I sent this message during business hours and have not heard anything so far.
I only opted in to part of that charge, which shouldn't have been more than $300 at the high end. I am not happy, as no notice was made visible on the packages for additional charges.

I paid this company 600$ for an e-commerce website package, at first they were very helpful and friendly but once they recievec my payment they stopped all communication with me..havent sent me anything regarding my website or designing or anything they are scam artist

I had signed up with them to rebuild and write the copy for my website in April 2019, the complete package was $1499. Everything was going well and they were working on the first design draft. They have a money back guarantee that if you dont like the first draft you can get all your money back. They delivered the first draft and it look like it was built by a 5th grader learning web development. I voiced my concerns and I gave them another chance. At this point the communicate was very poor and they would go weeks without replying to me. I decided it wasn't going to work out and requested a refund. They tried to talk me out of it for about a month but finally agree and said that it would be refunded to my account. I waited for weeks and the money never showed up. After months a new account manager contacted me and tried to start the project again and I just said I wanted a refund, now they have become unresponsive and I still do not have my money back.

When I started working for the company I was so impressed with how fast they worked and the professionalism of the team when they designed my logo. Once the website design started it was absolutely terrible. Not only do they hit you with hidden fees, promise you there are no more fees, then hit you again with more but they STEAL your money and commit fraud. I asked to have the login for the website so that I could help them fix spacing errors instead of trying to explain over the phone or messaging system. I didn’t hear back after a week so I asked again and then received a notification from my bank that $350 was taken from my account from them. I immediately talked to Ferris Marven (my account leader) and was told that’s what it cost in order for me to get a login. I related that they most definitely did not have my consent to take money from my account. I was told that day (Monday) and the next (Tuesday) that the refund was processed on Monday. Tuesday I talked with Dennis Taylor who is Ferris Marven’s boss who again told us the refund was processed Monday. By Friday we talked again with Dennis who related no refund was processed but was assured that the refund would be processed after the phone call. The next Tuesday comes around with still no refund. We talk to Dennis again who assures us the refund was processed on Friday and that he will provide receipt of refund. By Thursday we have continued to not receive money that was stolen from our account. We talk to Dennis who says he will provide receipt. We eventually talk to the CEO of the company Jerry Miller who relates they do not refund money. Remind you this is money they have stolen from my account without authorization. Jerry Miller the CEO says he is doing us a favor to refund our money in a MONTH! I cannot in good faith recommend this company to anyone. The worst customer service I have ever received, I’ve been lied to, I’ve been stolen from, and even the CEO does not care!!

I made an order with design eminent for a logo for my company. I thought that they would be credible because they were listed in a *** advertisement. That was foolish. They took my order and took the time to call me to walk me through things but it was really just to try to upsell me to a more expensive package and to try to get me to buy a website from them. There was supposed to be a 2 hour turn around. After 24 hours I contacted them in the site portal where I was told to contact my “project manager” and was told I would receive my options for logo in 24-48 hours. Now 48 hours later I get an email telling me my project is done. The login information that they gave me to get into the portal to see the logo options does not work. The reset password link that they then provide does not work. I then went to their original site to try to contact someone. They chat window immediately freezes as soon as you hit submit. Yet when you’re a new customer they message you as soon as you enter the site. I called their phone number and no one answers when selecting the “returning customer option” as well as when selecting the “new customer” option. They are clearly a scam and I wish I had read reviews on them first but like I said I thought *** vetted the company’s that are promoted in their search advertisements. I was charged $28 between 3 different small transactions which seemed weird. I am canceling my card to prevent any further charges or fraud.

Numerous issues with this company. They never delivered on their promise to build a credible website in 4-6 weeks. There designers were unprofessional and did not build site to my specifications. They failed to deliver on their promise to refund my 250 dollars if not completely satisfied. They also will not release the domain name they registered for my company's website. The code given to me for release was not accurate or expired. They falsely claimed the UD Department of Trademarks charge a variable $150 fee and they have to pay it themselves.

I have a complain about Mark S customer service practices. He is the sales representative, he was very knowledgeable and helpful during the process of getting my logo design done, but since April 16 I I have not receive the status of copyright.
It is been 1 month and ½ since I paid all the fees but not communication, so I will wait the 2 weeks because we already start working with this logo.

Moreover Yesterday I request a refund of the first installment for a website $250 which he told me is 100% refundable if The church staff decide not to use It.
He told me he will call me back but he never did and all I get is he is out the office. I call again and spoke with Dennis he told me he will need $270 to finalize the process of registering my logo but I refuse to give more money to this company I paid $719 for logo and copyright fees that never I was told, only I receive call from them telling me a discount if I paid the amount they want it for the copyright. Now I am not able to use the logo because I have no rights after I paid my fees. this is not a credible company and the customer service is horrible. I do not advise people to use their services.
All I want is my refund for the initial fee that I paid for a webdesign that I never use.
this company take advantage of customers and their are not professionals on dealing with customer and solving problems

Can someone help me get this things resolve?

All I need is the status of my copy right logo and my refund since I am not going to use the website services.

In February 2019 I purchased a package for a logo design. I got with the company in April apparently they were trying to reach me by phone but I requested to be text via sms, or by email due to my heavy work schedule. My logo consultant is Ally S which has been great! On Thursday May 16th I spoke with Ryan who dealt with my logo finalization via phone. He discussed copyright completion and that there was a fee and that I would be emailed info on the steps moving forward. By the way Ryan speaks with an accent. I am not sure of what country and he speaks fast. To my understanding I would be receiving an email on the finalization of the logo. Instead I have not received any email what so ever. But was charged $399 to my debit account. I called them today May 17, 2019 and apparently everything is finalized and I am unable to receive a refund according to Ryan . I explained that I need my money back. I feel blind sided because I was not aware of the charge. If this charge was stated I did not hear the charge. Towards the end of the call Ryan did not do a recap of the discussion that took place to further ensure that I am aware of the proceedings moving forward. I am not happy how Ryan apparently mentioned the money charged fast and only once. When money charges are done via phone a recap is usually done to ensure that everyone is on the same page. I did not hear Ryan state that I would be charged $399 May 16, 2019. To my understanding the charge we be done in the near future. It made me feel like they are trying to scam me. So I want a refund. I no longer want to do business with this company. They can cancel any copyright proceedings that they have in place.

I wish I had pay attention to the negative reviews on this company, They did deliver my website late, however, I was pleased with the outcome. The Problem is they have a lot of hidden fees. What's promised to you is not what's delivered. When you question them over
the telephone, they have the nerve to get indignant. They will refer you to their "positive reviews". BUYER BEWARE WHEN USING THIS COMPANY!!!!

This company is a scam of the worst kind! Had a logo design done and they offered to file trademark and copyright for an additional cost.
After receiving payment for the logo and the agreed amount for the trademark and copyright they attempted to charge my credit card (I keep my card locked) an additional $550 for the trademark. They told me the original $275 for trademark was just to do a search, NOT WHAT I WAS TOLD! I asked for a refund and was told they would do it for additional $200. I again demanded refund and was told that they would go ahead and file for what I have already paid but he would have to fire two reps and asked if I could live with that.. I again demanded refund and was told I would get it, I never did.. I disputed charges with credit card.

I had asked for a new template for my site and the company created a whole new website. That’s not what was delivered. I was okay with this before we ran into so many other issues.
I asked for a mobile update that needed to be done before the site was launched. It wasn’t. The site was launched before the update was made. It was an important update because it changed the look above the fold and added search functionality that was already on the site that I wanted to keep.
I asked to be notified as soon as the site was launched. I wasn’t. I found out myself that the site was launched over two days earlier.
I was told that if the site went live, the URLs wouldn’t change, and they would be the same as they were on the current live site. They were not the same.
Knowing this, I asked for, and was told I would get login information when my site went live, so I could add redirects. I didn’t get a login when the site when live. My website had been showing 404 messages because SERPs were sending them to dead pages because redirects weren’t in place. I was given no way to log in to add redirects. My site was throwing 404 errors for over 2 days.
I was charged $250 for a licensing fee after my contract said my $500 was a 1 time fee and I was not liable to make any further payments upon completion of the project.
I was not told that the site wouldn’t be mobile friendly under the contract when this is now a mobile first world. I was charged another $250 for this when this should have been in the original contract with appropriate fees.
Note: I was trying to be okay with a lot of these things, sacrificing satisfaction, but when the site was launched and there were non-mobile friendly elements that I wanted corrected before launch, coupled with the fact that I wasn’t informed of the launch and had to find out about it myself over two days after launch is unacceptable, and at that point I had enough. I no longer trust the company and the company has no intention of giving a refund.
