Dear Revdex.com, Thank you for your response to this complaint We did offer to come to this customers home to trouble shoot this complaint We stated that if the vibration was due to workmanship we would repair at no charge Understand that this furnace is from and is well past its useful lifeWe are not in the business of customers performing the diagnose of repair There could be other reasons there is a vibrationIf this customer would like to have the part exchanged, have him remove, give us advance notice and I will exchange for him at our office Best, Roger

Apologies for the unwanted order;sometimes free food is not wanted and that is our fault for not checking first [redacted] is commited to satisfaction and this situation does not sound like you were satisfiedWith mimimal information, I may not be able to track down the person who placed the order, but I will contact our corporate sales department and give them your info to prevent further unwanted deliveries

They did contact me but told that the vendor stands behind their decison which still doesn't reflect that I was treated
poorly and she should receive a a full refundThey gave me a credit to use but I would never want to use Grub Hub again after the way I was treated so the complaint hasn't been resolved

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID ***, and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint. For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear belowWhen I called I asked if they worked on *** FurnacesThey said
they did and I explained the problem I was havingTheir Repair Man came
and informed me what was wrong and said he had to Drive to the Supplier
in DepewThey charge me for their Man to drive to Depew from Angola in
Rush Hour traffic to pick up the partWhen they acknowleged they can
Service Carrier units I assumed they carried the parts with themNot
charge me $99/ hr to drive across town to get themTakes Min to
install only two clips and six screwsNow the unit installed vibrates
to the point it sounds like an Airplane is going directly over the
HouseThis is why I think they should replace the part or attempt to
remedy the vibration issue if possible at No ChargeI can have a local
Handy Man put the part in if they won't complyThey can send me the new
Part and a tag to return the deffective Part See Attached ***
