The air-conditioning unit was installed over a year ago and has had no issues until recentlyThe customer’s issues are not a Northeast Mechanical installation problem or a failure of the equipmentThe issues with the leaking were caused by the customers insulating contractor who sprayed foam
insulation over the unit and in the process broke one of the drainpipes and crushed several of the heat runsWe were unable to diagnose anything until the customer had some of the insulation removedAt that point, we did assume it was a crack in the drain pan, so we special ordered the replacement pan immediatelyOnce we went back after the insulation was removed, we realized we were incorrect, we found that the damage was to the drainpipe and not the coil or drain panAlthough the damages sustained to the customer’s air-conditioning were Northeast Mechanical’s fault, we honored our warranty, corrected the problem and did not charge the customer for any of our workWe have since rectified the issue, and have gone back one additional time, again at no charge to the customer, just to make sure that everything was still okay

As far as this customer is concerned.  Replacement parts do have a one year warranty and labor on replacement parts is 30 days. This part was installed March of this year.  There for the labor portion of the warranty has expired. Roger J. H[redacted]   President   Northeast...

lost and a dozen other unexpected issues beyond a restaurants control, can cause an order to be late. Though we are not directly involved in most deliveries, we give feedback and advice to restaurants when they have an issue. That being said, we don’t like it when diners are hungry, so we are here to assist when an order is late or other problems that may arise. Because your order was late, we issued you a credit for your next order.  And in lieu of the prior orders, I will send you an additional discount. As far as the refund goes, we process the refund immediately. We use the largest and one of the most trusted payment processors in the world. The refund request is usually sent to your bank within 24 hours. Your bank then processes the request in their own time, usually pretty quickly. We always use the 3-5 business days as a reference as different banks have different time frames. We apologize for any inconvenience this may have caused.

There will be a refund coming for the circuit board. The check will go in the mail on Friday, we process check once per month.

reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID# [redacted], and have determined that my complaint has NOT been resolved because:

We are not satisfy with the response from Seamless and [redacted], they claimed that there was no corruption within Seamless, but a outside company which paid to boost payer restaurant's rating and pulled down their competitions' rating which included our restaurant. Seamless and [redacted] show no initiative to help their business partner solve the problem. They insist that they only filter our some of the fraudulent reviews in which it should not effect us, because we did not put any of the fake rating on our site, I asked them why our rating changed so dramatically. They  could not explain us why our rating went from 212 Votes with the FIVE stars to 543 with the Two Stars, and back to 212 votes with the two stars. They could not explain why one the old version of the seamless site we have a five stars, but on the new site only two stars. The only excuse that I got is Seamless has new system calculate the reviews and rating in the different way.  Different way?????? from a 5 stars to 2 stars with 212 votes. Can you please do you math!! You have to add 300 one stars to balancing down to two stars.   Please go to our [redacted] page at [redacted] to see all the pictures and the video that we posted as evidence, and we also have our customers as witness willing to testify in public!!Thank you for your time!!A frustrated local business owner.

The issue is currently in resolution . I spoke with the customer Both of the customers accounts are expired and disabled on our site . One account was disabled on 10/**/14 and the second account was disabled on 5/*/15. As far as the moblie app is concerned, it is up to the customer to delete the app...

from his phone. Sorry for the  delay , there was a technical issue that will be resolved in the next 48 hours to complete the task.

This issue was resolved and refunded within 24 hours. Because the person who sent the complaint is not the person who placed the order, nor are they listed on the account, we are not able to provide any further information

Sorry for the delay.Because the consumer had multiple accounts , we missed closing one of them. We have checked and double checked and have now closed all active accounts. The consumer will not be able to access any prior account that belonged to him.

Dear Revdex.com,  Thank you for your response to this complaint.  We did offer to come to this customers home to trouble shoot this complaint.  We stated that if the vibration was due to workmanship we would repair at no charge.  Understand that this furnace is from 1988 and is well past its useful life. We are not in the business of customers performing the diagnose of repair.  There could be other reasons there is a vibration. If this customer would like to have the part exchanged, have him remove, give us advance notice and I will exchange for him at our office.  Best, Roger

Hello [redacted], In response to your concerns, I want to apologize for any confusion on the discount codes. While we do believe overall that the language stating that the discount was for first time users of Seamless was pretty clear, the confusion about how the discount was distributed and not applied...

at checkout is understandable. We have issued an additional $5 discount off of your last order and I have sent a larger discount code that is a reward for being a loyal Seamless customer. Thanks again for your patience and feedback, we will  work harder to be clear and accurate with our discount codes. Thanks for being a Seamless Customer!
