While we agree with the [redacted] assessment for the time
period that this home has taken, we do not agree with the assessment that we
are trying to cover anything up.  We have
gone to great lengths to ensure that the home was built correctly.  Our inspection process goes far and...

anything the city requires.  All of the
issues that have been noted as defects or discrepancies have already been
addressed or are being addressed.  We
have already heavily discounted several change orders in order to show good
faith.  We have changed the manager on
the job to insure that this home continues to move forward and complete.  Per our contract our company does not insure
completion dates and we will not pay any compensation due to a completion date
not being met.

We have reviewed the Homeowner's request and will reimburse the $800 paid for the work that was done.

I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me. As it pertains to the response by the business, I will state that there should not have been any confusion. I did request multiple times (verbally and in writing) a change order from the builder during the building process. Even to the extent of providing a copy of the pricing addendum to the builder with the item highlighted to be credited.Unfortunately, it took issuing a complaint with the Revdex.com to resolve this issue. Water under the bridge though, as long as compensation is received in a timely manner.

We are addressing the issues with the homeowner. The sheetrock repairs are done and the roof repair should be complete this week.

We have reviewed the claim of the Homeowner and are evaluating his request.

We did sign the release form.   I will close this case once received the reimbursement check.

I am going to be contacting the homeowner and arranging to visit the home. I hope to conduct the visit during the next week, depending on the availability of the homeowners. We will be discussing how to resolve this matter and to address their issues.

I have reviewed this issue in depth.  There seemed to be some confusion as it related to what was installed.  After a review of this issue we will be issuing the client a credit.  This should have been handled as a change order during the build process, which would have kept this...

Only reason for the rejection is when the job is finish...

I understand the pothole in the driveway is not covered in the home warranty, but the pothole was created by DTH and their contractors while building our home. The issue is "DOING THE RIGHT THING". It is a small job.
And I understand it might take a while to find another contractor to do the job since their first one is no longer in service by DTH
