Review: An order was placed on August **, 2014 for a Kichler ceiling fan. Designer Supply House had it listed as in-stock. The fan was listed as $182.40 and was charged to my credit card immediately. I waited a couple weeks to hear anything regarding the order with no update. Finally on September [redacted] I contacted the company. Mind you, in order to contact them you have to email them as they do not allow phone calls. It took them a week to respond to me (September [redacted]). They stated that it would be in by the end of the following week (September [redacted]). Waiting further, I did not hear anything. I contacted them again on September [redacted] asking for an update. I did get a response the next day stating it was delayed and that it would be in the first week of October. Waiting again, I contacted them on October [redacted] asking for an update. I received no response. I attempted again on October [redacted]. I received no response. I then logged on to my account on their website and it stated that my order was cancelled. I never received any communication and likewise I never received a refund for the purchase. I have now submitted a credit card dispute to my credit card company for reimbursement of my money and now am submitting this Revdex.com complaint. This company does not live up to what they say and do not deliver what they say they will.Desired Settlement: I expect a refund from this company ( I am certain that my CC company will likely assist with this as well). Most importantly, I want this company to clean up their act and deliver the products they are selling.

Review: I purchased 3 lights on 3/**/14. They were $240 each.

I received them in May 2014.

I returned 2 of them, with proper return authorization from them, and they were received by Designer Supply House on 7/**/14.

They have NOT refunded my money. They said on 8/*/14 that I will see my refund in 3-5 days. Then on 8/**/14 they said "accounting said they can't do it electronically anymore. They will issue a check for you" and I confirmed my address.

I have still not received any refund in the mail. They have stopped answering my emails.Desired Settlement: Refund of $480

I have concerns about the online business, Designer Supply House.

There is a light fixture (Kichler Rocklin Brushed Nickel Three-Light Bath Fixture 45143NI) that I have been trying to hunt down. Most sites that I tried going to had it discontinued. This one didn’t so I was very excited.

I put my order in on 2/*/14. A couple days went by and I didn’t hear anything about the order. I tried emailing them through their site to find out if they actually DID have it in stock. A couple more days went by and I sent another email. Then another. Finally, on Sunday the [redacted], I got a response from [redacted]., apologizing for the late reply. He said the items were due in early that week and that they’ll ship the same day as recieved.

On February [redacted] they took the $182.00 from my credit card. Their site claims to only bill the credit card before shipment or once they place the order with the manufacturer.

I recieved an email 2/**/14 that my order had entered the shipping process and I was given a tracking number for FedEx. The tracking number stated that the ordering process was ‘Initiated’ and the anticipated ship date was 2/** and estimated delivery was 2/**.

2/**/14 came and nothing. That night I checked the tracking number again. It still said ‘Initiated’ and that the anticipated ship date was 2/**. Except now, for the estimated delivery it said N/A.

I sent an email to [redacted]. on 3/* asking why my order hasn’t shipped yet and have not gotten a response.

As of 3/*/14 (1 month since the ordering date) FedEx still says ‘Initiated’, 2/** shipping and N/A delivery. There has also been no reply from my email to [redacted]. on 3/*.

Needless to say, if I had come to the Revdex.com site before, and read the reviews, I wouldn’t have ordered from this business.Desired Settlement: I just want my $182.00 refunded back to my credit card. No more. No less. I do not wish to do business with this company.

Review: I ordered #2 lighting wall scones for the amount of $730.62 on August [redacted], 2014. When I checked on them in September, the web site indicated that they were on back order. I have since called and emailed their customer service repeatedly with no response. At first their customer service phone number reached a recording that instructed me to send an email with my questions. The emails were never responded to. Most recently, 10/**/2014, the phone response is a recording which says "your account is locked" .VERY OMINOUS!!!

Infuriatingly, [redacted] will not support me because the purchase is over 45 days old.Desired Settlement: I demand a refund immediately for transaction [redacted], 8/**/2014.

Review: Have not received order [redacted] which was ordered on Sept ** Credit card was charged for $1200. Contacted company on Sept ** and was told order would arrive 1st week of Oct. Have tried to contact them since but the phone number tells you to contact them by email. Sent 3 emails and have yet to receive a response.Desired Settlement: I want my order if they can deliver or a refund if not.

Review: We placed an order with this company on 7/**/14, our credit card was charged right the way for a full amount of $589.92, the product was not shipped till middle of August. We tried to contact the company multiple times ti cancel the order because we found the product elsewhere sooner and cheaper. They ignored our requests. After we recieved the product we shipped it back on August **, 2014, they received it on August **, 2014 . I called them multiple times to get our money back, but they don't do anything. Today is 9/**/2014 and still no refund.Desired Settlement: We need to get our money back.

Review: Company took money out of my account through PayPal and never sent merchandise. I have called them three times and they keep saying the product will be sent within a week and it never is. Apparently this is par for the course with this "company."Desired Settlement: I want my money back. I don't want anything to do with these thieves. This so called business should be shut down.

Review: Order placed 1/**/2014 for 4246OB Hinkley Plymouth light fixture. Credit card was charged $503.16 on that date. Delivery status requested 1/** and 1/**. On 1/** I was told via email it would ship to me by 1/**. On 1/** and 1/**, I again requested a staus via email and attempted phone calls to Designer Supply House (DSH). On 2/*, [redacted] from DSH stated it would ship the week of 2/**. Nothing has been received, so I sent an email and called today, 2/**, and was told it would ship this week (third time I was told "it would ship").

I requested the order be cancelled and a full refend be sent via check sent to my address on file, since the original credit card is now closed due to the death of my spouse.Desired Settlement: Refund via check to my address on file, immediately.

Review: I order two (4394-57 Sonneman Zylinder 1 Light Pendant in Black & Chrome - 4394.57) pendant lights on 12/**/13, then received an email on 12/**/13 staing the following:

Sonneman is approximately two weeks from the date of purchase. Once it ships, we will send tracking info VIA emaiol.

My complaint is that the order was placed on 12/**/13, I followed up on 12/**/13 for an estimated delivery date, did not recieve a clear response, but the response was the product ships approximately 2 weeks from order date (which Iwas unclear as to when it would be delivered, as I do not know where the shipment originates from)

Review: I purchased two light fixtures online from this company on 7/**/14. After several weeks, they did not send the light fixtures even though they were listed as "in Stock" on the website. I called and emailed and they promised one at least would be in in a week and will be promptly shipped. It never came and they ignored further emails abut this. Finally I emailed them on 8/**/14 to cancel the entire order and they agreed to refund me the total amount, however they have not refunded my credit card- it has been 2 months. [redacted] (the person who wrote the email regarding my refund) is not responding to any of my numerous emails regarding my refund.Desired Settlement: Refund to my credit card of $354.15

Review: On October ** I ordered a light fixture from this company. The light fixture was received and my credit card was charged immediately upon ordering. Unfortunately, the light fixture was too large for my space so I had to return the item and exchange it for a smaller fixture. My credit card has never been credited for the original fixture even though they confirmed receipt of this item. In addition, I have never received the 2nd light fixture which was ordered on November ** 2013 and was "in stock" at the time the order was placed. I have contacted the company several times and cannot get a response other than the item is supposed to ship the first week of January. When I contact the company via phone, no one answers even after being on hold for over 30 minutes. Please help me get my nearly $1300 I have lost with this company.Desired Settlement: Receipt of item ordered and credit for item returned

Review: I tried to purchase a lighting fixture back on August **, 2014. After a few weeks I inquired where the fixture was as I had been told it would take up to 2 weeks to receive the order. After this time had passed I emailed the customer service department. This was on August [redacted]. I received an email back from [redacted], stating "The order is due into us early next week. Once it ships, We will provide tracking info VIA email."

I patiently waited until September [redacted]. I emailed [redacted] on 9.**.14 asking what the status was, as I had yet to receive my order which had been paid for in advance. He stated again, "Its a bit delayed. Its in transit to us, due in at the end of the week to ship to you. Do you wish for us to cancel at this time?" I stated that if he truly was getting the light that week I would wait. No email confirmation came.

On September [redacted] I emailed again asking where the light was. The reply from [redacted] was "The order is due into us today or tomorrow. We will provide tracking info VIA email."

This company does not allow phone conversations and directs customers back to email. So I was forced to deal with [redacted] only by email. Once again I did not receive tracking that the light had shipped.

On the [redacted] I emailed [redacted], being very frustrated at this point asking what the story was as of that day. And that at this point, (September [redacted]), I wanted to cancel the order. I only received an email back on the [redacted] stating that the request was made to cancel the order. "I have sent over the request to cancel your order. Once the order has been cancelled, we will email the confirmation of your cancellation to you and a refund." To date a refund has not been received. I emailed [redacted] on the [redacted] of October stating that if he did not refund me the lighing amount I would be forced to make a claim with the Revdex.com. Not response has been received since then nor a refund.Desired Settlement: All I would like is to be refunded the total amount of $109.56 on my credit card.

Review: I ordered a lighting fixture (Kichler) on 8/**/14 online. I received confirmation of the order( [redacted]) and the full amount of the order ($255.40) was deducted from my account on 9/*/14. I received an email confirmation stating that there was a 2 week lead time from the manufacturer. I did not receive the fixture by 9/**/14 and received no status. I went to the website that had a contact telephone # but when I called the number you could not talk to anyone, but they referred you to the website. When you tried to contact them online it was refused. I emailed them on 9/**. I was then referred to another email address [redacted] and I resent the request for status to them on 9/**/14. On 10/*/14 I received an email from [redacted] apologizing and saying that the fixture would be available by mid October. To date I have neither received the fixture or a status of the order. I cannot contact them by phone. I have tried calling both of the numbers that I have and I get a recorded message the "your account is locked". I have also sent three emails rquesting sttuts of the order. The emails are not returned nor is any response sent.Desired Settlement: I would like to have the order cancelled and the sales amount of $255.40 returned to the credit card used.

Review: 9/**/2013 I purchased a floor lamp from Designer Supply House/Bath Kitchen Decor. Within a few days I received a call to let me know the lamp was not available until November & was asked if I wanted to wait. I said I would wait. November came & went - no lamp. In December, the website indicated the lamp was in stock so I called. I was told it could be delivered between 12/**/13 & 1/**/14. I would not be in town to accept delivery so it was scheduled for the week of 1/**/14. I received the lamp 1/**/14. It was damaged - it leans & the finish is damaged. I tried to level the lamp by placing felt under the leg(s) - it did not work. 1/** I emailed to inform the company the lamp was defective & to request a refund - no response. 1/** I sent the same message. 1/** I received an email stating the return process would be started and asking for pictures, which I sent. 2/** I emailed to ask for confirmation the pictures were received & update. 2/** I received an email to let me know the pictures were received & I would receive an update soon. 2/** I emailed to request an update. 2/** I received and email to let me know there was no update. 2/** I emailed to request a quick response & resolution - no response. 2/** I emailed to request response & explanation of the return process & why the process has taken such a long time - no response. 3/** I called both customer service & sales lines. Was on hold for >30 minutes. I left a message w/call back number - no response. 3/** I messaged via the company website & via my email account - no response. Communication has obviously stopped. I also filed a dispute with Paypal under their Buyer Protection Plan - no response or acknowledgment from Paypal.Desired Settlement: In January 2014 I requested a replacement from Designer Supply House. Today, 3/**/2014, I am requesting a full refund - including shipping/freight. The company policy states freight will be withheld from refund for returned defective items if no replacement. I was willing to abide by their policy had DSH honored their agreement to resolve the issue of defective merchandise. I received a defective product & have tried for almost 2 months to receive a replacement.

Review: I placed an order and paid for 2 sconces on 9/*/14 for a total of $547.92 which they have already collected. There is a lead time of 2 weeks and I should have received an email from them with shipping information. I have not received any news from them. I emailed them last week to request info. on product whereabout and shipping and have still not heard back from them. You can't call them, you can only email. Review: I have placed an online order for 3 lighting fixtures from designer supply house on May [redacted] 2014. I received 2 of the products. The lighting fixture called Physics was still missing. After long wait and multiple calls to customer service I requested the order of Physics to be cancelled and I purchased another lighting fixture through another website in July 2014. I kept calling designer supply house for my refund without answer. In September I received 2 Physics lighting fixture. I called them back and "[redacted]" asked me to ship those products back in order for me to get the refund. I have sent it back in the end of September. No refund yet.
