A 2 week lead time from [redacted] was given. I never received a tracking # or any other further information. I began inquiring after 3 weeks by calling the phone number listed

There was only a pre-recorded message to send inquiries via e-mail to either

The pre-recorded message stated that I should receive a response the same business day. I have not.

I sent messages to both e-mail addresses.

I have since read customer complaints with similar issues on-line. Rather than attempting to receive this order, I simply want a credit, rather than risking continued aggravation with this very nonreputable company.Desired Settlement: Credit card credit for $142.20

Review: I ordered a Kichler light from Designersupplyhouse.com on June *, **14. I paid $11 for shipping to my home in Florida. It is June ** and I have not received the light. After the contacting the business several times, they promised I would receive the light by June ** and I would receive tracking information via e-mail. I never received the tracking information and I never received the light. I will be contacting the Attorney General of New York also. They have lied several times and I will be starting a civil lawsuit against them.Desired Settlement: I need the light and compensation for their ineptitude and inefficiency.

Review: Order placed to company on Aug. **, 2014 for a Kichler light fixture. Money immediately taken out of account. Receipt email from company stated allow 2 weeks "lead time" for shipping from manufacture. After no contact from company concerning shipment tracking information or update regarding any delays, an email was sent requesting the order be cancelled and monies refunded on Sept. **, 2014. Response received from [redacted] over Beth Kitchen Decor, stated the order would be sent out the 1st week of October with email tracking information. No shipment has been received as of this date, and no contact from the company via email. Attempts have been made to email since then with no response from the company. It was over the 45 day period for [redacted] to become involved, so [redacted] is now conducting a complaint.Desired Settlement: Refund of the original charge of $96.22 to personal [redacted] account.

Review: I ordered 7 Eurofase lights on 7/*/2014. I received 5 of those lights ONLY. I have called them many many times and they never pick up the phone.

I emailed them several times and finally received a response on 9/**/2014 which stated the following: Hello [redacted], We should have the other two here. I will look into our warehouse and let you know. Thanks, [redacted]".

I emailed again on 10/*/2014and received the following response: "Hello I have sent over the request to cancel your order. Once the order has been cancelled, we will email the confirmation of your cancellation to you and a refund

I have not heard anything from them sine and they do not answer any calls.

I subsequently checked my [redacted] card to see the address and name.

It seems they run a crooked business. Payment was made to DESIGNER SUPPLY HOUSE but the website I purchased the items from is [redacted].

The phone numbers are different as well.Desired Settlement: They obviously do not have the lights I ordered, thus I am asking for a refund. The refund should be for $264.00 (price of 2 lights) I have ordered the two additional lights I desperately need elsewhere.

They should be CLOSED for FRAUD as the business name does not match the business accepting payments. ([redacted] vs DESIGNER SUPPLY HOUSE)

Review: We purchased a fixture back in March. Our credit card was charged even though we have not received the product. When we finally received the product, it was broke. We returned the product back in June and as of today, we still haven't received a refund. WE made many calls, sent emails... and even though we were told that we will get the refund, we didn't receive it.Desired Settlement: We want to receive our money back, essentially this business is unethital and when we looked up this business online and the number of claims that were submitted against it, I am surprised that teh authorties didn't close it down.

Review: I placed the order for landscape lights on June [redacted], 2014. Received confirmation of order through email and account was charged $492.80 for the purchase of the items. Item was to be shipped in 1 to 5 days per the information on the website. I sent an email to the company inquiring on the shipping date. No email response was received by the company. I called on June [redacted] to check on the shipping date of the items. Was told by a woman ([redacted]?) that the item was out of stock and that it would ship in a week or so. Called on June [redacted] to check again on the shipping date. I spoke with [redacted]. She told me that the items would ship no later than the [redacted] of July and that I was guaranteed to have the lights that I ordered no later than July [redacted]. I would also receive a confirmation email by the [redacted] that the items shipped and would have a Fed Ex tracking number. I called the manufacturer of these lights and asked if they were in stock and if they have been out of stock for the past month. I was told by their rep that these lights have always been in stock.

I still had no confirmation that the lights shipped. I called again on July [redacted] and spoke to [redacted]. I voiced my concern and that I wanted a refund on the purchase and expected a credit confirmation email. He said that I would receive the email in 24 to 48 hours. This did not happen...

I called again on July [redacted] after the 48 hour dead line. I spoke with [redacted] again. She claimed to check into the problem and said that her manager would be taking the order to have it refunded asap and that I would again have a email confirmation within 48 hours. I strongly voiced my concern to her about this problem and let her know that I researched the company and found numerous complaints about this same problem. She gave me her word that this would be resolved. IT DID NOT HAPPEN. I STILL HAVE NO REFUND OR PRODUCT.Desired Settlement: I DEMAND that this company issues an immediate refund to my credit card. They also need to be honest on their website and put down true and factual information that pertains to the item people are shopping for.

I expect that I have the refund and NO PRODUCT. I WILL TAKE MY BUSINESS ELSE WHERE.........

Review: I purchased a item(Minka-Lavery Agilis Black Five-Light Chandelier) from [redacted] on 9/**/2103, the item was supposed to be delivered within two weeks of being purchased. I contacted them 3 weeks after order date and was told that their distributor would not allow them to sell the item at the price it was advertised and sold at and that they were going through another distributor to get the item. At that time they said the item should be shipped within two weeks. I contacted [redacted] again on to ask if my item had been shipped on 10/**/2013, since no shipping information had been sent to me. I was told that they still had not received the item and it would be shipped within two weeks again. On 10/**/2104, I received a track number and approximate delivery date of 10/**/2013 from Fedex. I called again on 10/** when the track information was updated and delivery date was unavailable and I still had not received my item. I was told that they should be getting their shipment in that week (10/**-11/**) and that I would be shipped by the end of the week (11/**). I called on 11/** to see if they had received my item and if it had been shipped to me and their response was that it would be shipped out by Monday 11/**.Desired Settlement: Delivery of order(shipment by 11/**/2013 with tracking number from Fedex) or a full refund of $196.72 and an additional $110.66, so the item(Minka-Lavery Agilis Black Five-Light Chandelier) can be purchased from a local store without any additional cost to me. [redacted] still advertises the Minka-Lavery Agilis Black Five-Light Chandelier for $196.72 but if they are unable to sell or deliver the item at that price it is false advertisement.

Review: Placed order on 08/**/14, now it's October ** still no product!! Made numerous attempts to contact company, can never get through on phone, left a message once and did get a call back several days later, told me 10 more days and that was in august, I sent 10 emails I got response to two of them telling me same thing, 10 more days and I will receive tracking number via email. The last one was on october 8 apologizing telling me 10 more days again, and asking if I wanted to cancel order. I told him I waited this long, I will wait another 10 days but if not here by [redacted] I will be canceling and wanting my refund. I waited until the 26 tv then cancelled order and asked for refund, no response, I sent 2 more and still the same !!! This company is terrible and an embarrassment to hard working companies. Review: On April *, 2014, I ordered four light fixtures from Designer Supply House. They immediately sent one but said the others were on "backorder," but promised they'd be delivered by June [redacted]. June [redacted] came and went and thus began the process of the never-ending "they're on backorder again" saga. They have given me several dates now that the lights will be delivered, but the date always comes and goes with no lights nor any communication from them unless I email them. It's been 6+ months now, and they have $1230 of mine (the cost of the 3 undelivered lights). They charged me for ALL the lights when I ordered them back in April. (I should have been suspicious then as most companies won't charge you until the product is shipped.) I have contacted them a total of approximately 6 times throughout this ordeal. I recently contacted them again and told them I was done waiting for my lights (as I now feel I will never receive them) and I asked for a refund. They have neither issued me a refund NOR contacted me back regarding this. In the past week, I have now sent them 3 emails regarding wanting a refund. Email is the only way to contact them as the phone number they provide on their website only directs you to their email, promising they'll get back with you within the same business day. Once I requested a refund, they stopped communicating with me. All my communications have been with an employee by the name of [redacted].Desired Settlement: I no longer want the light fixtures as I do not want to deal with a company that seems dishonest. After reading the other Revdex.com complaints against this company, it has confirmed to me that they seem to indeed be fraudulent and I want nothing more to do with them other than to receive a full refund of $1230.00

Review: They will not refund my money for a chandelier they charged me for, I waited for months and then finally was told it is discontinued. I have requested a refund multiple times. Review: On Feb. **, 2014 I ordered and PAID for two identical products online and received confirmation email stating an email would be sent upon shippment with tracking number. I received no such email. I called Designer Supply House on Feb. **, 2014 and spoke to "Maria" who stated that item would be shipped in a few days. NO email was received with shipping/tracking number. On Feb. **, 2014 I again called Designer Supply and spoke to "Crystal" who said 'items should be shipped by Monday.' This business is a ripoff. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THEM. Even if they do ship, their customer service and attitude in far below what consumers should receive. If I do not receive an email with shipment tracking number, I will contact my credit card company and issue a protest and contest the charge. Do yourself a favor, don't even think of buying from Designer Supply[redacted]Desired Settlement: Either send me the items ordered NOW, or refund credit card charge NOW!

Review: On January **, 2014, I ordered 2 pendant lights from the Designer Supply House website. I paid in full with a credit card in the amount of $175.84. The lights have not been delivered and there has been no contact regarding delivery or a problem with fulfilling my order. I went back to their website to inquire about my order (on 3/**/14) via their "contact us" link and have not heard anything from them. I would love to have the lights delivered, but if that is not possible, I would like a full refund.Desired Settlement: I would like delivery of the items or a full refund as soon as possible so I can purchase lights elsewhere.

Review: I purchased a couple chandeliers with this company in January. After receiving my chandeliers, I noticed that they were poorly packaged and part of the chandelier was broken. I contacted the company on February [redacted] and emailed pictures of the broken parts of the chandelier. I inquired whether or not I would be able to get a replacement for the broken piece of the chandelier. If not I would return the entire chandelier. I was told by [redacted] that I would receive a new part and that he would send it out immediately. I have emailed [redacted] a few times since and each time he says he will "inquire" about my replacement part and get back to me as soon as possible. To date I have yet to receive the new part and it has been 5 months since I ordered this chandelier. To wait 5 months for this company to "inquire" where my replacement is, is quite simply unacceptable.Desired Settlement: I would like a replacement of the broken part of the chandelier or would like a refund.

Review: On 8/**/14 I purchase a mirror from this company. Listed availability stated that item will ship in 7-10 days. Site states to check manufacturer lead time for availability. Lead time for manufacturer was 2 wks. After three weeks of waiting I contacted customer service on 8/**/14 after several emails went unanswered. The representative confirmed the order and stated that it was due to be shipped by the end of the following week. I have yet to receive the item that I have apparently already been charged $334 for and have no mirror, let alone shipping confirmation that I was promised by their representative. I've tried calling and emailing company again and message states that I am calling during non-business hours even though their hours are 9-5 and I have called four times since 9 am. I am located on east coast as they are so something is clearly awry. I would like to have my credit card refunded immediately!

Review: On August [redacted], I ordered the Chapman Gilded Table Lamp from Designer Supply with the estimated delivery of September [redacted], 2014. Without notice, they then proceeded to change the delivery date FOUR additional times, I only found out by emailing someone named [redacted]

###-###-####, and asking where my lamp was. I gave them until September [redacted] to cancel my order because on September [redacted], I was told I would have to wait until late October to receive the lamp and there was never any indication that this lamp was sold out or would have any problems being located. Several other stores online carry the lamp and have much shorter delivery times, the first time.

With no mention of an apology or even an excuse I was told that my order would be canceled and I would receive notification through email that I had received a refund.

I water two weeks at a time, emailing, asking where my refund was and when it would be given and never had a reply back.

Over the holidays, we had credit card fraud and I will be canceling the credit card we used-but the $345 for DESIGNER SUPPLY HOUSE was never refunded and I am sick of waiting!

I should have looked at the reviews of this business online first, but being an unsuspecting consumer, DESIGNER SUPPLY HOUSE literally banks on you not doing your research.

I want my money back. I will never get my time back or not incur the copious amounts of aggregation from this seller.

All I can do is worn others to NEVER BUY FROM DESIGNER SUPPLY and ASK FOR MY MONEY BACK-$345!

Review: I ordered two specialty fans from this website operator, and my first clue that something was a bit wrong came a couple of days after placing the order when NO Delivery commitment was sent. I had to email customer service in order to find out the status of the order. [redacted]. the manager replied saying that it would take about two weeks to get the fans. Two weeks turned into four weeks countless emails and phone calls, but the story kept changing and by the four week the story changed on a daily basis. The staff doesn't know much of anything except for giving excuses. [redacted]. is conveniently not around to answer any phone call and emails get answered in the middle of the night. I went ahead and opened a case with my credit card company seeking the refund of my money just to have [redacted]. email me cancelling the order, but no refund has been issued. This gentleman is also the manager or owner of Bath Kitchen Decor which has a LONG list of complaints for the same reasons. This is a shady company to do business with.Desired Settlement: I want my money back.

Review: I purchased a light in the amount of $415 from Designer Supply House on 12/29. My account was charged to "BathKitchenDecor" on 1/2. I contacted the store on 1/8 and was told my a [redacted] that [redacted] items take approx 2 weeks to get to their warehouse and that I should receive a shipping email soon. The charge to my account was from Bath Kitchen decor, another company that also has many bad reviews for the same complaint. I believe both of these companies are fraudulent.
