Mr*** has been avoiding phonecalls, not responding to texts, not responding to emails in any substantive fashionHe has just been saying "I'll make this right" since AugustMeanwhile he has $50,plus a $10,"pay the workers to start" payment that was advanced in good faith for materials and laborI have asked for them to be returned repeatedly, but he avoids the issueEven when given the opportunity to provide a plan for the repayment of the funds, or "to make it right" he has yet to provide anything concreteI do not believe that Mr*** had any intention of providing services for the money at this point
The walkoff of the employees was because Mr*** chose to not pay them as corroborated by no less than five of his employees

The project had many unforeseen complications, including a new technology that the City of SeaTac inspector was unfamiliar with, which added cost and time as well as a walk-off by the company's...

Mr. [redacted] is a fantastic client who we most definitely want to make happy.  Hopefully, Mr. [redacted] and he will be able to resolve the issue.

Complaint: [redacted]I am rejecting this response because: some of the informations are not truth.
First of all, I changed the order because the company could not provide the material which costumer asked for as plan. It has to order and will take longer time to finish the project. At that time, the company should prepare and ready for the work they are planning to do. I have no choice to change the order to the simple and easy plan to finish as schedule, but it still took additional two more week to finish (frustrated). Moreover, the compay (contractor) never asked me to sign change of order until email recently (email attached)
Secondly, I sent couple notice letter for the company on November 30 2015 and December 14 2015 to offer the company for the settlement but the company fail to response to the time provided due to sickness and holiday excuse. That is reason why i file a complian to Revdex.com. 
Answer to the email that company has recently sent, I will provide them shortly.
