She said I did, and you never answeredThen she said, I tried to fax you, and you never returned my faxesEmail the same wayYou never returned them to meI cannot beleive that she did all of this and I didn't receive at least some of itI have a real businessI return everything I getThis is how I get my orderes for orthotics, shoes, and copper socksThis is how I help people go through thier break in period with the orthoticsI give a year guarantee on the orthoticsIn other words I work with you the first years you wear the insertsIt takes to years for your feet to take the shape of the orthotics and stay in tha position even when you are not on themThis is a lot like braces on teethI am holistic, I do all alignmentNo Medication or surgeryThis takes care of the feet, knees, hips, and backI don't disapear of the face of earth after you buy something from me But, you do have to follow my instructionsShe obviously did notI told her again, ' I haven't received any orthotics'Yes you haveRemember the candy boxYes, I remember thatShe said, 'The orthotics were inside the candy box'Why did you do that?I askedYou could have at least put a name , phone number, so I would a clue on what I was dealing withI told her, 'I threw that away'She said 'my orthotics were in it.' I asked how did you do thatI box had never been openedIt was sealed shutFirst she said there was a letter in the box that held the candy boxI told her 'there was no letter'She said ok then, it was inside the candy boxI told her the box had never been opened, how'd you get in thereWhen she first called me, she interduced her self and that she had returned the insertsShe said I know you do not return money, thats ok becauseI say you had my most favorite shoe everI love all the Jamba'sI will take any style you have, and I want several pairs to make up for the cost of the orthoticsWhich with tax was $She was so happy I carried that shoeShe wanted me to send them right awayI did have pair in a size wShe wears a she saidI wasen't even familiar with the brandShe had to spell it for me I had to tell her I don't carry thoseThat was just one pair I got to show people you do not have to have orthopedic shoes to wear orthoticsI have sever different labels on the table for that reasonBut I don't have an account with them like I have with my orthopedic companysShe saw that one pair among over pairs if shoe I have on displayI mostly carry orthopedic companiesShe became angryAll of this happened in Febwhen she bought them and returned them MarchThe first I heard of all of this is on Aug months laterWhy in such a unconventual way of returning something back to a companyI can't beleive she had orthotics in that boxI was still sealed Nothing openedNothing buldgingShe could have at least put her name and a couple of words written on the outside of the inner boxShe could have even written a letter to meI own the companyI answer all my contacts, which ever way they come inIts true, I don't answer the phone after 9pmBut I do return the call the next day if there is a numberI don't accept calls, before amThere again, I return them after thatSome times they come in as unidentified numberThen I have nothingI get all my e-mails on my desk top and cell phoneI return all of thoseI take care of hundredes of people a year, through out the USAI have have a very high rate of sucessI have Dr.s that would be happy to talk o people to tell them what I do and what Iam aboutYou don't stay in business if you do not answer the corrospondence you getWhen she first called she was so happyVery broken englishVery heavy spanish (I assume) accentShe was hard to understandAfter she found out I threw the box away, a lot of her accent went awayShe began to repramand me in very good EnglishShe led me to beleave she is a business ownerI started to ask her, if she owened a business, and she hungup on meI personally think she still has the orthotics, and shes trying to get s couple pairs of shoes freeWhy did she wait months do do this? I don't think she made all the different attemps she said she did in trying to contact meI would have gotten something! I'm not like WallmartYou can give them any story and they'll give you your money backOr else why would she be so sneeky in returning themAll these alligations on me not answering anything is perpoterousI own the company! This is my living! I plan on staying in business to support my self for a long timeI have been working with feet for yearsYou can't do that, by not doing all the things she said I didn't do! I have been a private contractor for other companysI have sized for Dr.'sNobody has every accused me of these thing in the past yearsI still have no proof of receiving her orthoticsA sealed candy box inside another box with no letter or message anywhereIf you are going to return anything to anybody, you need to make sure they know its comeingYou may even have to write a letter and mail it first before you mail the insertsLet them respondThen send it in a traditional mannerShe spent more money on the box of candy than if she were to go to the post office, FedX or UPSThey always have boxes to sell youYou don't send a sealed candy box And then try to convience them there are orthotics in itWhat did she do, glue it back together againIf she is a merchant, she knows better than this nonsienceThis is probably something that happened to her Im asking you Revdex.comDid you have any trouble e-mailing me this letter? Mr*** came into my booth May 29th with the complaint of the pain in his feet , knees, hips and backI explained to him that what ever your feet do, the joints in the body do the same thing When they are not level, your joints are not levelThat is what wears them awayWith time you
will have pain in these areasThis is standard of what I tell everybody who comes in with feet, knees, hip, back, shoulder and neck pain If they want, then I do a print of their feet and in comparison I look on the bottom of their shoes, to show them the comparison to the print we just did on their feetThe darker the ink means, the more body weight is in that areaThe light the ink means, less body weight in that areaIdeally you want the same color all the way aroundThat means the feet are level, More than likely all the joins are level, and you're not wearing them awayThere are exceptions to this from accidents, birth defects, and surgical mess upsI try to find all of these things out from the customerThe print, and the wear on the shoes shows Mr*** is flat footed in both feet Left foot show very heavy on the heal, this goes to the lower back with tightness and or painHe is in a pronation positionThis means he is walking on the inside of his footWhich goes to the knees, and hipsThe right foot , still doing the comparison of his shoe, he is too heavy on his heelThis goes the the lower back with pain and discomfortThis foot is flat also (this means no arches) Too heave on the metatarsal, causing the toes to go into a claw toe positionThis means the toes are bent over hitting on the endsCan be painful along with causing nail bed damage I then went on to tell him, this means you are out of alignment, causing pain in your knees, hip, and back I have many different kinds of inserts, and all do different things(You can't put everybody on the same kind of insertEverybody has different problems.) Inserts are never according to shoe sizeThey are to the instep of each footMany people have different size instepsI size each instep individually, even if they take different sizes.I chose an insert that is particularly good for pronationI like to introduce the people to the insert that will do them the most good right at the beginningI sized both of his feet, I let them walk in them for awhile to see what they feel likeEverything up into now is free, NO obligation to buy anythingAnd nobody is going to call him later to try to get him to buy anythingAll my insert are from $to $a pairI have a year guarantee on themIf I need to replace them, Its no charge to them for yearsThis is for fitNot dog chewing, loss, or lawn mower grindingThe inserts I chose for Mr*** last anywhere from to yearsIf he fall apart, or grows out of the (weight gain) or shrinks out of them (weight loss) I replace them free of charge for yearsHe obviously did not ask about money backNo money back in on my bannersIf he read the banners at all, he would have seen this before he sat downI told him everything my guarantee coversI don't like wasting my timeIf people are mind set against it or are not interested in actually making their feet, knees, hips,back feel better I tell them to go to someone who does more of what they wantI also tell them, this is not instant gratificationWhen you start out wearing the insert, you have to be very carefulYou need to follow these instruction real closeThere are not very many square inches on the bottom of the feet that hold up the whole bodySo when we change the position, even going into a right position, you could feel itThis is why you do it slowlyI also explain to them about their shoesThis is something I do throughout the entire fittingDo not wear worn out shoesIn other word, the shoes you have been wearing, because they are worn the way you are walking, which is wrongTo start out , you need to have hard sole shoeShoes that fit the insert and your foot comfortablyNever buy a pair of shoes without having your insert to try on , to see if everything fitsIf you need to go to a different size, go to a different sizeI have orthopedic shoes for sale in my boothSo I demonstrate with them for the fit and the hardness of the shoe, even in a walker or runnerEverything is brand newAny time you put anything inside of anything, you take up roomThis should not be surprising to anyone.My instructions are start out wearing the insert in a proper shoeWear them up to minas you are casually standing or walkingNo running, treadmills, weight lifting, nothingJust walking or standingIn other words, If you feet, knees, hips or back get tired of them is less than the minutesTAKE THEM OUTDo not make you feet wear the the full minutesYou will get thereThen take them out for at least hour It can be longer, that;s ok, but no soonerDo this until when you put them back in after they have been out,and everything goodOnly then do you add minutes to itSame process with the minWhen you are ok with min., go to min., when good go to minNever continue to a longer time when you have pain anywhere Once you reach 60minyou can add more time a little at a time until you can wear them all dayYour feet will tell youThis is NOT a day by day thingYou don't do minone day, min the second day and so onYou stay with the minutes until the feet, knees, hips, and back are goodThe most crucial time is right at the beginningIf you get real sore, you may have to stop wearing them until the pain goes awayThen start againPLEASE CALL ME with any concerns, likes or dislikesLet me know whats going on if you are having troubleDON"T take them to someone who doesn't know anything about this kind of inserts and what they do.Every body gets the same type of instruction that pertain to what ever their feet concerns are, whether they buy the insert or notPeople need to know what is involved in aligning their feet and what it doesIf people choose not to listen to me and not to do what I suggest and don't want to call meI can't help thatI can't follow them around making sure they do the right thingI have a person company (me)This is why I do the step to explain everything to peopleI try to avoid those who are interested in buying something this week and getting their money back next weekA small company cannot survive thatThey need to go to the walmarts of the worldAnd for those who don't have a phone and can't call meI'm sorryYou had the money to buy the inserts, buy a phone I am a senior, trying to give percent to my business and the people involved.EVERYBODY THAT SITS DOWN, ARE ALL GIVEN THE SAME EXPLANATION OF THEIR FEET, KNEES ,HIPS AND BACK.When I called Mr*** back, he told me everything that was going on (which was less that a month) from the time he bought themI asked him, why didn't you call me? He said 'I had no idea where the pain came from'I just went to my DrI said that what our entire foot exam was about, is where does the pain come fromThen he quite sternly said 'YOU DID NOT TELL ME THAT!' So along with not paying attention to what I said, he couldn't follow instructions eitherI then told him I have many kinds of insertsI put you on one that would do you the most goodI have less aggressive insertYou have a year warranty with meOr if you like, you can use the cost of the inserts up in shoes, and copper socksHe then yelled at me I don't want any thing from you! I just want my money back! I no money back signs are up on my bannerIf all you are interested in is your money back, you shouldn't have stopped or bought themThen he hung up on , as he was saying I want my money backI will report you to the Revdex.com and Attorney General! I'll ruin you! So I tried giving him a less aggressive insert, or shoe exchange, sock exchange.....he would hear of having any of itHe said he didn't anything to do with meIn all the years I've been doing inserts, I've never had this happenI size a lot of Dr., Surgeons and nurses and not to mention all the other medical peopleA large majority of them tell me my demonstration is great, right on, and are very impressedThey ask me what my warranty is and meansI tell themThey say you can't do much better than thatI am holisticI do alignment, not medications or surgery.I am asking you, what should I do?

I am rejecting this response because:
There are either several missunderstandings, or forgotten information on the facts by the business ownerThe fax machine sounded busy everytime I tried to send a faxMy attempts to contact the business was within the two week period as per her procedure should there be any problem with the insolesI bought them in 2/my attempts occurred days following and attempts to faxing, sent emails, and phone callsI left two voice messagesThere is a "No Refund" policy but the procedure to respond back to me, to call me back, didn't happenMy emails were not answeredWhen a person receives a package which contents seem confusing and there should not be any confusion because A LETTER ACCOMPANIED THE INSOLES, I have a copy of the letter, and the receiptsThe outer box was a regular box, the insoles were protected in the inner boxFull contact information was on the way bill by Fedex and she has a record of the transaction with my information as wellMy phone number was never called, she didn't her own procedure, but rather was unavailableThe insoles were sent in MarchThere was no response, all the rest of March, June, during these time I tried to call but there is no answer or the line sounds busyWhen I called from Schwab she answered the phone right awayThat's how I got to talk to herThere is a "No Refund" policy but what is the policy when she is unavailable to treat a problem with the insolesAnd then she threw away my $dollars insolesShe has different types of insoles, she grabbed them from a drawer, they are not designed for me exclusivelyI think that another person would benefit from that particular shape of insole and perhaps she could have seen me again and assign me a different type of insole of exchange it for a couple of pairs of shoesThe Jambu brand shoes I was interested in which are not my size cost anywhere between to dollarsIn the Google search box you can see the variety of the pricing, but she is pricing the items at I only wanted two pairs which would be approximately dollars to dollars in shoesThe price I paid for the insoles is $But she wont accept this resolutionI need shoes in my size which is to

May I repeat my instructionsThey are to wear the orthotics for up to minutes in your shoes while you are causually walking or standingIf your feet, knees hips or back get tired of them or have pain, stop wearing themDo not push them to wear them the full minutesIf they feel wonderful at the end of the minutes, Take them out anywayLeave them out for at least hoursYou never wear orthotics until you have pain, this is too long alreadyBest to take them out before you have painDo this untill you have no stress in your feet knees or backNO NOT KEEP ADDING TIME IF YOU ARE HAVING PAIN IN YOU FEET, KNEES, HIPS, OR BACKif you are having pains, concerns or anything, CALL MEHe stated he wore them for weeks IN PAIN before he saw his DrHE NEVER CALLED ME! I have many different kinds of orthoticsI size the people to the orthotic that will do them the most goodIf I find out an orthotic is too aggressive for them, I can substatute to a less aggressive insert For this he would have to let ME knowSome people I have them just sit with the orthotics in their shoes for a month or so, before they start walking in themAgain they have to talk to METhe rest of the instructions are the same as for the minWhen you have no pain and everything feels good, go to minsame way as for minSame for min, and minAlways a minamun of hours out in between I go over this several time while they are in my boothI tell them person to person, face to faceI make sure they understandHe was also told there is no money back, exchanges onlyI have orthopedic shoes, copper socks, and many different kinds of insertsHe knew this at the time of purchaseThis is why I give a year guarantee with the orthoticsIm not trying to rob them of their money, or be underhanded, or take their money and run and give them a day guaranteePeople have to be honest with me too and follow my instructionsOnce they feel they are special, and don't have to follow instruction, they get in troubleThen they go to someone else, NOT ME, who don't know anything about the inserts I haveThen one day he calls me up and doesen't care what the guarantee is, He is DEMANDING his money back.I am also a seniorI am very lucky to own my own businessIt would be very difficult to live on Social SecurityFor this reason I try to do 110% for the people with foot issuesBut the have to contact me, tell me know whats going on before I can help themI give them year guarantee so they don't feel like they are being pushed or going to run out of time soonHe's right, I can't be with him 24/This is why it is important he helps me help him.Everybody gets my cell numberHome addressFax number and e-mailAll thye have to do is use them

[redacted] said I did not reply to any of her attempts of trying to contact me for two weeks. This is impossible. This is my business. This is how I get my orders. Until I answer I don't know who's calling or what they want. She could have written me a letter. She waited for 5 to 6 months after the fact to send me supposedly the Orthotics back. Whether you go to the post office UPS or FedEx they all have appropriate mailing material for whatever you're trying to mail. I know I thought it's in shoes out just about every week. And there's no guessing on anybody's part what's in the package when you open it. She said she went to a grocery store and bought a box of candy and put the orthotics inside the box that had Candy on the outside. There is nothing written on the box of candy like what may be in the box if it's not Candy. There was not a letter anywhere in the box telling what might be in the candy box. There was not a return name on the outside of the box. I should be hoping to another person, their thoughts were about like mine, throw it away! And the candybox had never been opened and it was completely sealed all the way around. Nothing written on it to give a clue there maybe something in the box beside Candy. She wants Jambu Shoes. I had one pair of jam blue shoes in over 200 pairs of orthopedic shoes I had in my booth. Has she saw it,I have no idea. I do not have an account without your company. From time to time I go online and find shoes at a discounted price. Then I look at the retail value of that shoe, if I can make some money I'll buy to put out with the rest of my shoes. This is to show the public that you can wear my Orthotics with regular kind of shoes, you don't have to have orthopedic shoe. My guarantees are if I need to change your orthotic I say st to him to a different kind or work on him to modify them I do that at no cost to you for three years. If you would like to trade them in and get the shoes that I have in my possession you welcome to trade them for the shoes. And I am not going to get Jambu shoes in again. And when I told her this and we talked on the phone, she got very angry. She lost her thick Spanish accent and told me that when her customers are not happy with what they bought, she give them back their money. Then she hung up on me. And I personally feel she still has the orthotics, And is trying to get a couple pair free shoes in her favorite name brand. The whole thing just does not make sense to me. And I answer my phone my emails my fax and my messages. This is my business, this is how I make my living, this is how I pay my bills. You don't do that by not answering anything. You don't wait 5 to 6 months after the fact and try to send
