[To assist us in bringing this matter to a close, you must give us a reason why you are rejecting the responseIf no reason is received your complaint will be closed Administratively Resolved] Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:My salesman's name was Daniel "Danny" P***Danny was the one who told not only myself, but my mother and my mother's husband, the deals that were being promised upon purchasing a car from DeSimone ***It was Danny that actually got on the phone with my insurance company ( [redacted] ) and told them that my deductible should be $1,000, because if I were ever in an accident and brought my car to ***'s service center for repairs they would cover up to $1,He also informed me that this was beneficial for my insurance, because most people go with $deductibles and that makes their insurance higherCalls are recorded at [redacted] , and every time changes are made to an account they make notes of it in the systemThe woman at [redacted] changed my policy to Danny's specifications because she spoke with him directly on the phoneMy mom's husband also had questions about the oil changes and brake changes that Danny claimed were included because this was not something that he has heard of beforeMy mother's husband wanted to know if it were just pads that were covered or if it was everything and Danny ensured us this was includedI am not asking for handouts from ***I knew that when I bought a car I would be taking on a big responsibility, but I want what I was promised, and so far I have had nothing but trouble with ***I try to call the manager , Bob, on several occasions and the receptionist will never put me throughIt was the same thing as when he told me to call him directly to speak about why it took four months for my registration to come inIt took me filing a complaint with [redacted] to get an answerIf I knew that I would be treated like this by a company, I would have never made a purchase Regards, [redacted]

I am rejecting this response because: I never went to *** On The *** to purchase a vehicleI made this very clear in my complaintsAt the end of the two transactions that *** conducted I then somehow became the owner of the ***I f you don't believe me ask *** Consumer Affairs, who are also conducting an investigationI clearly stated to all parties that I was a co-signer on my son ***'s loanYes, my credit score was higherIt was NEVER explained to me that the higher credit score is the owner of the vehicleIt was agreed upon that my son *** was the car owner (leasee) and I was merely the co-signer on the accountThe car insurance has since dropped my son ***'s car insurance because of the this confusion*** on the *** makes it sound as this is business as usual which honestly is quite disturbingI have credible witnesses that were present during this transaction that can confirm my version of eventsPlease contact my ex-wife *** *** at ###-###-####, she will then provide you with my sons ***'s phone number along with her boyfriends phone number to verify the truth in this matterI would not be complaining if the paperwork listed me as the co-signer on the auto*** employees after this sale have become arrogant, ignorant and rude to our family and do not return any phone callsI only want the paperwork corrected to reflect my son *** as the car owner, if not then we can return the vehicle back to *** MotorsThere is no buyers remorse, my son loves the car, its a complaint of *** making me the owner of a vehicle that I have no control over, do not possess and do not ownAgain, I stand firmly by my complaint that I NEVER entered *** on the *** to be the owner of a ***, only a co-signer on an account for my son

TO THE Revdex.com, THE FACTS ARE THESE--SHE DID CALL MONDAY--WE RETURNED HER CALL MONDAY AFTERNOON--I EXPLAINED THAT MY COMPUTER WAS NOT WORKING PROPERLY FOR ESTIMATES & I COULD NOT WRITE AN ESTIMATE.SHE CALLED AGAIN TUESDAY & MY COMPUTER WAS STILL NOT WORKING PROPERLYI HAD COMPUTER TECH
COMPANIES TRYING TO FIX THE ISSUE[AS OF THIS MORNING ITS STILL NOT FIXED] I AM SURE SHE WAS FRUSTRATED BUT OBVIOUSLY SO WERE WE.ON WEDNESDAY MY COMPUTER WAS STILL NOT WORKING TO GIVE AN APPRAISMY BOSS & I LOOKED OVER THE DAMAGES TO THE CAR AND TOLD HER IT WOULD BE PROBABLY BETWEEN $3500-$SHEEXPLAINED THAT SHE COULD NOT AFFORD THAT & WANTED TO MOVE HER CARWE TOLD HER FINE COME IN & PAY THE CHARGES AND TAKE YOUR CARSHE SHOWED UP AT 4:ON FRIDAY AND DID NOT WANT TO PAY ANYTHING[PS WE RELEASE CARS MON-FRI 9-ONLY] TONY EXPLAINED TO HER THE CHARGES & THAT IF SHE WANTED HER CAR THIS IS WHAT SHE HAD TO PAYSHE REFUSEDSHE SHOWED UP SATURDAY MORNING EVEN THOUGH WE DO NOT RELEASE CARS ON THE WEEKEND-TONY RELEASED THE CAR FOR $545--I BELIEVE WE WERE MORE THAN FAIR UNDER THE DIFFICULT CIRCUMSTANCES WITH THE COMPUTER SITUATION & THE FACT WE DID STAY IN CONTACT WITH HJUST DID NOT GIVE HER THE ANSWERS SHE WANTED TO HEAR--THANK YOU DESIMONE AUTO GROUP

** *** was advised several times of times that HIS tag that he is trying to transfer has an F stop on it with motor
vehicles witch has nothing to do with us and was advised that he needed to proceed with a new tag and pay the difference we have called numerous times and explained this to himHe has yet to come in to replace the tagOnce again this is HIS tag that has the motor vehicle issues not ours
