This customer brought this car in that he bought used from a used car dealer (not us) the radio that we installed was a brand new from [redacted]. (we tried three different ones to make sure) and even paired our own personal phones to make sure the issue didn't persist. We were informed by [redacted] that its an...

issue with his phone and not the unit. The replacement part was sent back to [redacted] as a core, so refunding the money is not an option as there is no unit to put back in his vehicle. We informed him that unfortunately he would have to upgrade his actual phone. As a courtesy we did give him and updated version of this replacement radio with the updated maps on the Navigation at no cost. Not sure what more we could do. Please advise I would like to solve this also.

I am rejecting this response because [redacted] was only able to provide me a copy of the contract once...

again and stated that they only have the name of the warranty provider. Both [redacted] and I will contact them for more information. Additionally, the copy of the warranty you provided is questionable as the handwriting of the salesperson is quite similar to "my signature" especi[redacted] the "R" and the "4". Please attach the original email so I can forward it to [redacted] for verification.

[redacted], I will refund the 200.00 or credit it towards to correct repairs. As we had offered to install for free the cost of the parts are $506.00 for factory parts or 338.00 for aftermarket parts. Either way you have a 200.00 credit please advise what kind of parts you would like to go with.

Thank you for your help. The problem now is I made arrangements to have new windows put in my house and the  bank denied the credit . I'm still waiting for the dealership to send the credit reporting companies a statement clearing my name. Now I don't know what is going to happen to my windows that were supposed to be started 12-15-15.

I am rejecting this response because:My salesman's name was Daniel "Danny" P[redacted]. Danny was the one who told not only myself, but my mother and my mother's husband, the deals that were being promised upon purchasing a car from DeSimone [redacted]. It was Danny that actually got on the phone with my insurance company ([redacted]) and told them that my deductible should be $1,000, because if I were ever in an accident and brought my car to [redacted]'s service center for repairs they would cover up to $1,000. He also informed me that this was beneficial for my insurance, because most people go with $500 deductibles and that makes their insurance higher. Calls are recorded at [redacted], and every time changes are made to an account they make notes of it in the system. The woman at [redacted] changed my policy to Danny's specifications because she spoke with him directly on the phone. My mom's husband also had questions about the oil changes and brake changes that Danny claimed were included because this was not something that he has heard of before. My mother's husband wanted to know if it were just pads that were covered or if it was everything and Danny ensured us this was included. I am not asking for handouts from [redacted]. I knew that when I bought a car I would be taking on a big responsibility, but I want what I was promised, and so far I have had nothing but trouble with [redacted]. I try to call the manager , Bob, on several occasions and the receptionist will never put me through. It was the same thing as when he told me to call him directly to speak about why it took four months for my registration to come in. It took me filing a complaint with [redacted] to get an answer. If I knew that I would be treated like this by a company, I would have never made a purchase.

I am rejecting this response because: I will obtain the parts from the mechanic who assisted with the repairs if necessary. Had I had a pleasant experience with your corporation up to this point I would brought the vehicle straight there. However, I've always been met with denials, regrets, and even accusations until I informed them of my intentions to sue which I found to be ridiculous and unprofessional. That is not how you build a rapport or lasting relationship with your customers.

I have forwarded the email from our business email. You should receive it from "elvin c[redacted]" [redacted]@gdsautogroup.com... you can see the email was originated from [redacted] banks representative "Rudy C[redacted]" with the PDF file of your service contract. The service contract was on your buyers order.. and law contract.. In three different occasion this was listed not sure where the disconnect is.

The loan is in both names, you  listed first for interest rate purposes. Just like a mortgage sir. The registration is in your sons name. Like you guys asked us to do. Not sure what else I can tell you. [redacted] motors finance customer retention systems automatically prints every form with you on it first.... that has nothing to do with motor vehicle and the registered "owner". Sorry I can not explain this any simpler. If you and your wife bought a house and your score was higher I'm sure your mortgage company would do the same. It's banking and lending 101. Stop making this a bigger issue then what it it really is. This sounds like buyers remorse and there is no solution to buyers remorse.Your score was in the 700's and your son was in the low 600's. Please contact [redacted] MOTORS FINANCE and verify what I am telling you is true. You would not have qualified for the rate you got with him first on the application. This is a [redacted] MOTORS FINANCE rule and not ours! Sounds like your dispute is really with [redacted] MOTORS FINANCE.
