I called Destination NIssan to ask if they could get a Red Nissan NVwith back windows and backup camera I explain that I had a HORRIBLE experience at [redacted] Nissan - (including test driving an NVwith low air pressure, that the sales rep knew about)BRANDY tells me it takes about a week from the time I put the deposit down and I would have to come in and talk to a sales rep and manager and I could take a test drive in one with air in the tires....Oh Boy! We book an appointment for 7:p.mthat night I drive 1/ to get there in degree weather First the door slams like the window is going to shatter I cannot tell the sales people from the customers...no one has a suit of dressing clothes on A young girl asks me if she can help...I tell her I have a 7:p.mmeeting with Brandy...she disappears and comes back with "MIKE", who says he's in the process of delivering a car but what he can do for me With a big dumb look on my face I say "Um, Brandy didn't tell you anything about why I'm here." He says "No", and then proceeds to tell me he was actually supposed to be out of here by 6:and once again reminds me he has a car to deliver and knows nothing of why I am there and they don't have a red NVin stock (I knew that already!) I shake my head in disbelief, tell him "I don't have time for this nonsense...apparently you don't want my money And you don't deserve it." Turn and walk out the door that I am pretty sure the glass is going to break on one of these times Why would they send someone out who couldn't help me I would have bought the NV...It must be nice to have so much money you don't need customers

Is he insane??? "Demand"? "Suffice"??? The flat screen TV was a promotional offer to purchase a new/used car in the month of January 2014 (our 3rd car purchase from this company). We had no idea there was even a promotion going on until after the purchase! It was one of three promotional options advertised on TV I happened to see one morning getting ready for work!! We had to physically GO there to get it as they denied it to me MULTIPLE times via [redacted] over the phone and NEVER mentioned it when we bought the car!! The $100 referral rewards is for REFERRING customers to THEM! These are TWO SEPARATE THINGS! We referred TWO and they tried to do the $75 thing TWICE to us. HOW DARE [redacted] ACT AS IF I AM AN IT! They even offer the referral rewards on their website. Please see link below. I AM FURIOUS with his attitude!!!!!!!!!!!!! And quite honestly I believe he should be called out on what he is doing after stating I demanded anything. I demanded what I was advertised!!!! Cost them more in gas and payroll! He didn't trust us enough to just put it in the mail. I am completely disgusted with this man. I suppose that's where the "used car salesman" mentality comes in...boy does he fit that bill! YOU NEED TO FIND OUT WHO ELSE HE IS DOING THIS TO!!!

the staff at destinastion nissan stepped up and reimbursed me for a portion of my out of pocket cost.....to be quite honest I am still in the red for approx $before tax but it is what it is and to me a reimbursement of more than 1/the out of pocket cost is better than a total loss so at this time I will call it done and put a mark in the agree to disagree column and learn from my mistakes please bring this matter to a close and enjoy your day my friend

This letter is in response to a complaint made by MrZach Fromm (ID #: 11463510). After taking delivery of a used Nissan Xterra, MrFromm stated that he discovered the spare tire and wheel was missing from the vehicle. We purchased a used wheel and ordered a new tire to fulfill his request. Unfortunately, the tire and wheel did not arrive at the same time. MrFromm is now in possession of the wheel and new tire that he requested

I accept the $owed to me and they can send that anytime - really However, I do believe that this is not an isolated case as they tried to do this to me in January also - along with denying me a TV that was offered as one of three incentive gifts to purchase a vehicle in January My husband and I each took a day off from work to personally address this at the dealership as *** continued to tell us we "that ain't gonna happen" via phone conversations The only reason I even KNEW about it was AFTER the purchase of the latest vehicle as I watched it advertised ON TELEVISION! When inquiring about the other $referral check for another customer I sent them, *** tried to give me $then also How many others are being taken advantage of?? Seems to me Revdex.com needs to dig a little deeper
Not only did I fax (after calling twice for the fax number because nobody seemed to know what it was), I left the GM a phone message to be expecting the fax and left all my contact information
I will be expecting the $to be mailed promptly and I will never do business with them again nor will I ever refer anyone to them again.
