DHL Worldwide Express

Dhl is the worst shipping xompnay and shopping experience I have had. My order was 15 min away from my home when they decidex to ahip it randomly to new york. They had no answers as to why, when it would be resolved and were extremely rude..laughed at me and wouldnt let me file a claim even after they said thwy didnt know where my package is. I paid for 3-5 day shipping and its been over 7 days. I pretty much gave up pn my order and am very mad they would make such an error and have the nerve to trwat me poorly.
