The customers original emails were sent in response to their order confirmation which go to our NO REPLY marketing email address, as they state they were direct to our FAQ page which details our customer service email address and how to contact us....

Although directed to our proper email address we did not receive an email to this address until 2/2/17. The customer was responded to on the same day and a refund was processed immediately as the tracking information indicated the package was lost in transit. Please let us know if we can provide any additional information!

The customer had an issue with their item and we have refunded them fully for the earrings. that this package took longer to deliver due to issues from our old shipping carrier. In December we implemented a better shipping carrier that offer faster ship times as to not run into similar issues in the future.The order has been fulfilled and delivered to the customer. Thanks!
