Diamond Enterprises Reviews (24)

Review: I agreed to subscribe to four magazines through diamond enterprises for around twenty dollars per month. And with that subscription was included a "free" dvd, on which I would have to pay 4the or 5you dollars for shipping charges. This was a couple months ago. I received the dvd, only the dvd. But when I had my banker help me review the past transactions charged to my account, we seen several charges from diamond enterprises for approximately twenty dollars each, yet I haven't seen any of the magazines. I emailed their customer service once asking a question about one of the magazines, but got no answer. I finally got a different bank card with a different number so that they cant steal any more money out of my accountDesired Settlement: I would like them to send me a check to reimburse me for the money for they have taken from my account. They cant refund it to my account since I changed the numbers on my card

Review: We continue to get calls from Diamond Enterprise even after telling them no less than 15 times to quit calling. They are calling the number that belonged to my late father in law, [redacted]. I have told them repeatedly that he died 2 1/2 years ago. He was 87 and wouldn't have need of their materials even if he was living. I have talked to supervisors, and their customer service department and was assured they would remove the number from their records, but we are still getting calls. I feel like this is a form of harassment and just want them to remove the number from ALL their records. Your help with this is appreciated.Desired Settlement: I want our number removed from their records immediately.

Review: It was the summer of 2011 when they first called me, while at a busy day at my previous place of employment. They tell me about a recent purchase on a website and ask me to confirm some billing information. Then, they ask me if I'd be interested in a free trial of a selection of magazines, to which I agreed to. Then, they started charging my debit card for subscriptions that I'm pretty sure I didn't agree to. When I asked them to cancel the subscriptions, the lady on the phone said that the subscriptions could not be cancelled. I am a college student who currently doesn't have a job, so I cannot afford the payments for these magazine subscriptions.Desired Settlement: I want to cancel the service and stop further charges. I also want them to delete any personal and billing info they have on me from their database, and never contact me again.

Review: They said that I ordered magazines which I did not and I continue to get billed through my checking account.

From January 2013 through now they have deducted $337.90 from my checking account because I was scammed into giving them my bank account info because they said my Playboy subscription was due to expire though my daughter had already taken care of paying the REAL bill.Desired Settlement: Refund of the $337.90 and no further charges!
