Revdex.com: I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution is satisfactory to me Sincerely, [redacted] Complaint Details On 4-5-at 7:PM, I went to the [redacted] to visit my friend [redacted] who lives in Apartment ***I inserted a $bill into the slot for stall [redacted] which gave me over hours to stayHe was there when I placed the money in the slotThe bogus aspect with this method is there is no way to verify or confirm that a payment was placed in the slot since you cannot get a receiptI returned an hour later and leftA week later, as I went into my car to start it, I noticed a blue crumpled paper shoved under my hood, below the wipers where the windshield meetsIt was a ticket for $Your employees are either stealing from you or there is some kind of deception going on hereI went back to try to locate who Checker [redacted] (I assume this is the person who issued the ticket) and noticed that the steel slots where I placed my money were gone and instead they now had an electronic ticket machine that replaced itI assume it's because you have dishonest employees stealing the money and hiding tickets under the hood from legitimate,paying customers so they don't see they were issued a ticketI've lived in Hawaii for years and never had any kind of ticket whatsoeverDesired Outcome/Settlement Desired Settlement: Contact by the business I would like this ticket dismissed and my name and license plate number removed from your tow listThursday, April 21, Aloha ***, Thank you for the information you providedI apologize for the inconvenience this has causedI will go ahead and void your notice from our systemWe did indeed change the type of payment system at all stations that had this type of slot boxIf you have any further questions please feel free to contact me at anytimeThank you! Thank you for the explanationAgain however, I do want to reiterate that the signage for the section you are discussing is extremely hard to find, and the stalls are not very clearly designated as being separate from *** ***'s free public stallsWe accept the terms of the resolution and will assume this matter resolvedThank you

Do you have the Parking Notice Number that you received?  I would like to review and address it with my staff to ensure that this is not happening.  This is not common practice for Diamond Parking and I would like to apologize for my checker...
