This is my response to the customer: Claim#[redacted]Please go ahead and discard the notice you received, when I am able to view the notice I will be voiding it from the system.    I also will be researching why the notice is not showing up in our system with the Software vendor....

Complaint Details On 4-5-16 at 7:15 PM, I went to the [redacted] to visit my friend [redacted] who lives in Apartment [redacted]. I inserted a $5 bill into the slot for stall [redacted] which gave me over 4 hours to stay. He was there when I placed the money in the slot. The bogus aspect with this method is there is no way to verify or confirm that a payment was placed in the slot since you cannot get a receipt. I returned an hour later and left. A week later, as I went into my car to start it, I noticed a blue crumpled paper shoved under my hood, below the wipers where the windshield meets. It was a ticket for $40. Your employees are either stealing from you or there is some kind of deception going on here. I went back to try to locate who Checker [redacted](I assume this is the person who issued the ticket) and noticed that the steel slots where I placed my money were gone and instead they now had an electronic ticket machine that replaced it. I assume it's because you have dishonest employees stealing the money and hiding tickets under the hood from legitimate,paying customers so they don't see they were issued a ticket. I've lived in Hawaii for 4 years and never had any kind of ticket whatsoever. Desired Outcome/Settlement Desired Settlement: Contact by the business I would like this ticket dismissed and my name and license plate number removed from your tow list. apologize for any/all inconvenience that this may have caused. The reason for the issuance is; [redacted] utilizes Diamond Parking to patrol the parking lot for time infractions and additionally, the back row has signage indicating reserved parking. This car was parkied in stall # 4, within the reserved area. Please note on any of your future visits to the parking lot. If we can provide anything more, please don't hesitate to contact our offices at anytime.
