As with all owners, we strive to acheive world class serviceAs mentioned, there was over growth on property, appliances in back yard, and a window that needed replacingOnce Diamond Realty was notified, within hours a game plan was immediately put into effectThis was during the weekendA visit was made to the home on Saturday and again on Sunday Within days, the tree limbs hanging above house were cut backThe yard was mowed, trimmed, and edgedAdditional maintenance issues were handled including replacing worn out deck boards and removal of debris from yardReplacement pane was ordered immediately for windowQuick note, as per the rental lease, the tenants are completely responsible for upkeep of their yard, bushes, and debris in the yardAll items were taking care of in a timely manner by our company not the tenant

We do recall the incident with this [redacted] When her car finished the wash she was told by the car wash attendants that tree sap doesn't come out with out a detail work (clay, compound and wax)She insisted that they would remove the excess because she did not want the tree sap to settle in and cause even more damage to her carThe car attendants on her request was trying to help her outShe was warned that she would need to detail her car to completely get it outWe are more than happy to service her car, but we can not do it free of chargeWe agree to give her as a courtesy a 50% discount on the detail work her car needs in order to remove the sap and surface scratches that she is referring toUsually we charge $plus taxes for clay/compound and wax, we could do it for $instead plus taxesPlease have customer call to set up an appointment

Helvetica, sans-serif;">In reference to a complaint letter dated July with an ID Diamond Realty has handled the misunderstanding and came up with a resolution to complaintThe only items left to repair or replace is a new stove knob, light, and a part for timerIn addition, I agreed to send a repairman to look at the sliding storm door to make it easier to slide back and forthIn completing repairs for tenants sometimes it can be difficult to get repairs done immediatelyAs a company, we would like to complete the repairs the same day however our owner requires several estimates and also prior approval before we can begin repairsMs [redacted] moved into the property on June 12, Upon move in, Ms [redacted] contacted our office and our staff, ( [redacted] r, [redacted] , J [redacted] ) immediately we went to the houseCorrective actions were implemented to replace the flooring in the hallway, repair the front screen door, replace some outlet covers missing, and repair the patio door screen In addition, the owner was not required but volunteered to replace carpeting, replace kitchen flooring, install a privacy fence around the back yard, and replace the refrigeratorAs many people are aware, normally when you begin to do many upgrades you run the risk of the rent increasingThe rent remained $under market rentThe reason the rental house was not ready was because of the quick turnover needed and requested by the renterThe house had been cleaned by professional cleaners and there were some items either missed or not done to the satisfaction of the tenantWe assured the tenant after becoming aware of her concerns that we would send the cleaners back out to address her concernsAs the owner and Broker of Diamond Realty, I have personally visited with the tenant and assured the tenant that we do not hang up on tenants and we are not racistWe would not be able to stay in business very long if that were the caseThe individuals visiting her home after her complaints were African American and CaucasianI feel strongly that race is not the problemI want always for a win-win situation for the fact that we work on referralsOur office staff has always been patient and professional when speaking to Ms***, as it is our ultimate goal to provide great customer serviceThank you

We assured the tenant after becoming aware of her concerns that we would send the cleaners back out to address her concerns. As the owner and Broker of Diamond Realty, I have personally visited with the tenant and assured the tenant that we do not hang up on tenants and we are not racist. We would not be able to stay in business very long if that were the case. The individuals visiting her home after her complaints were African American and Caucasian. I feel strongly that race is not the problem. I want always for a win-win situation for the fact that we work on referrals. Our office staff has always been patient and professional when speaking to Ms. [redacted], as it is our ultimate goal to provide great customer service. Thank you.
