I am a bit late in submitting this but the outcome is still the same....Eldon and Diamond Travel are exceptional! Each and every detail was taken care of from the pick up at LAX to the drop off. Our trip to the 2016 Rose Parade was #1 on my bucket list and with Eldon's guidance, it was everything and more. The accommodations were first rate as well as every single person associated with Diamond Travel! I would recommend Diamond Travel to anyone who asks.... We are are currently planning another trip through Eldon. Thank you again to help make our travel dreams come true!

We attended the 2015 Rose Parade booking with Diamond Travel.
We had an outstanding experience. Everything was well organized and ran smoothly.
Diamond Travel delivered exactly as they described. Excellent seats, pre and post parade viewing of floats, a luncheon, great accommodations and comfortable timely transportation all added up to a great carefree time.

We just got back from Los Angeles. I wanted to tell you we had a great time.

The hotel rooms were fabulous – fifth floor, ocean view (well maybe the sun setting over the Pacific each night was a little bright).

The buses ran on time, the seats for the parade were also great, and your local guides were very helpful.

The only hiccup on the tour (through no fault of yours) was that the float viewing area opened an hour late. Your crew adapted well by deciding to hold the buses for an extra hour to give everyone a full chance to see the floats up close.

And the parade was worth all the hype it gets every year.

We purchased a package for the BCS Championship game with Diamond Travel. I had never purchased a package like this before so I was a little nervous. I had many questions at the beginning and thought of many more along the way. [redacted] was always available to answer questions and quick to respond when I emailed additional questions. He was very patient and understanding with all the questions I had. It turned out to be a wonderful experience. He definitely went above and beyond to make sure we we're taken care of. Having everything included and handled before we arrived made all the difference in the world. This turned out to be one of the best trips I have ever taken and will definitely use [redacted] and Diamond Travel in the future. The whole experience far exceeded my expectations.

My mom and I went to the 2014 Rose Bowl parade and game. OH....what a great experience with Diamond Tours. Very well laid out with hotel and transportation to and from events. Tickets and information all arrived prior to leaving New York for the long drive to California. [redacted] and his staff were available for all questions and attended events with the group. I would definitely encourage family and friends to use his agency. Thank you for a memorable experience.

Diamond Travel made our "dream come true" trip to see the Rose Parade the very best it could be. All the information was sent ahead of time and was clear and concise. When we arrived in California, the staff helped us with whatever we needed and were always concerned for our well-being. I would recommend Diamond Travel to anyone who wants a great way to see the parade, the float viewing, etc. without all the hassles. Did I mention that our bus pulled up right next to our parade route seats? Loved it all!

My wife and I took the Rose Bowl tour this year. Diamond Travel, without our asking, refunded money to us when they saw that the float barn viewing was limited and they also refunded money to us when the tailgating group, Prime Sports charged us for food that had been a free service in past years. I cannot say enough good about Diamond Travel for their voluntary refunds when they saw problems arise beyond their control. This is going well beyond what one could expect in a travel agency. It is refreshing to see a business in today's climate standing behind their product.

I recently used Diamond Travel for a trip for my 12 year old son my father and I to a Notre Dame game on September 21, 2013. Diamond Travel went above and beyond to make my fathers dream of attending a Notre Dame game come true. All our travel and lodging need were met exactly as stated. This trip was for my father and [redacted] Diamond put a smile on my fathers face that I will never forget and always remember. This trip has even inspired my 12 year old son to strive in his school work to make the grades to attend The University of Notre Dame. Thank you [redacted] !!.

Diamond Travel set up our 2016 Rose Parade package including a Universal Studios VIP Tour. Everything Eldon and his staff did for us was FIRST CLASS - from the hotel to the tours we took. Tremendous reserved seats for the Rose Parade. Eldon goes out of his way to know all his customers personally and provides top flight service.

My husband is physically disabled, but we just returned from a wonderful trip to Green Bay, Wisconsin for a Packers game. He even went the extra miles volunteering to push my husband in the wheelchair to the stadium! He left no stone unturned and provided us with a trip that will never be forgotten! Our seats at the parade, just steps from our bus, were great, the coordination and efficiency of the pre-parade and post-parade activities was superb, and the lunch at Buca di Beppo was delicious. I contacted [redacted] at Diamond Travel last spring to book a Rose Parade package. He was extremely helpful, especially when trying to accommodate my elderly mother. Unfortunately, my mother's health deteriorated and we had to cancel the trip, but again, I received nothing but courteous and helpful service. I will certainly use Diamond Travel again when we are booking a trip.

[redacted] and his team provided a smoothly operated tour and vacation for me. Diamond Travel made my hotel arrangements, and offered things for me to do since I was coming in a day early in case of snow flight cancellations. Hotel accommodations were the best that I saw while I was in LAX. The hotel was across from the marina, with shops nearby and lots of places to eat. My whole vacation was flawless, and they give you all the info you need to be prepared for each days activities. I will go back to the Rose Parade again, and strongly recommend Diamond Travel. After being in LAX, I found even more items to see while in the area again.
