We chose Diamond Travel for our tour package to see the Rose Parade and Rose Bowl and are we glad we did! The price was less expensive than some of the other companies, but the quality was way above average and more than what we expected. We appreciated the attention to detail, the immediate response to any questions, and the general attitude that they wanted to make us happy. The guides were very helpful in explaining each day's tour, and they gave us useful tips to make our experience even better. The hotel was all suites which made for a very comfortable stay. All in all, we couldn't have had a better experience if we had planned it ourselves; in fact, it wouldn't have been nearly as good because we would have had to all the work ourselves. I highly recommend booking with Diamond Travel, Inc.

Contacted Diamond Travel in November regarding the Rose Bowl. Received an immediate response, with options for seating location for the game, and hotel options. Sent a check, received a confirmation that the check had been received, and was advised that if MSU did not go to the Rose Bowl my deposit would be refunded. After it was confirmed MSU was going to play, received another email, confirming my reservation, and the balance due. Mailed payment for the balance, received another email confirmation. Finally, received another email advising that the tickets, hotel confirmation , and transportation to the game had been shipped Federal Express.

Start to finish, thiis organization provides Ritz Carlton service!

Greeted when we arrived at our hotel, provided with cell phone numbers to contact if there were any issues.

Top notch, and will be recommending Diamond Travel to my clients in the future.

I have always wanted to go to a Rose Bowl Parade after watching it on television for many years. Eldon D[redacted] was most accommodating in arranging the tour package including a tour of LA and Universal Studios, pre-viewing of the floats, the Parade - at which our seats were perfect, post viewing of the floats - which gave you a much better appreciation of all the work and detail on the floats, including lunch after the parade.
A most enjoyable experience all around and I would recommend the travel company and package to all my friends.

I purchased a Rose Bowl Parade package from them and it exceeded my expectations.When there was a delay they voluntarily offered a refund and did indeed mail it. All of the services were A+. I would use them again and will recommend them to friends and family.

Just took tour this year to tournament of roses parade and had a most seamless comfortable well organized experience. All was delivered as promised with seats to the parade 20 yards from the comfortable bus. Everyone was welcoming and assistance with restaurants perfect. The hotel was terrific and tour hosts available at the hotel for any questions. I've done a bit of traveling and tour taking and this was one of the highest quality. I would highly recommend Diamond Travel Inc. as this was an extremely positive experience!
