Diesel Domination

I ordered a module for my 2018 Nissan Titan XD. My truck would not start after installation. I checked all connections and verified the complete installation process. The truck started when the unit and wiring was removed. I called the tech assist line and never received a call back. I finally got someone to provide a RMA, as necessary to return for refund. I am still waiting to hear when I may expect a credit to my credit card. I have left several messages and e-mails, with no response.

I have a 2018 dodge ram 2500 my mileage was not so good in it so I was looking for something to help me get better mileage I seen his commercial on Facebook it made sense so I purchased one of these modules from Diesel domination corporate didn’t notice any difference I am at Professional Mechanic working on motorcycles and cars and trucks I do all my own service work on my vehicle, I called and talk to Brian he said try putting another 150 miles on it after not seeing any increase in mileage I called back again and he said try changing the setting on it not seeing any change in Mileage I called Brian again to get a return authorization number to send it back he said he would email it to me not even taking my email down so I know he was full of BS at the time even know I did give it to him my email , calling the bank right afterwards with my problem reversing the charge and now I have to prove that he offered a 45 day warranty and show my phone bills this product they have the diesel domination module is BS a farce don’t buy it don’t waste your money there it doesn’t work and these people according to the BBB, RevDex.com if you read the complaints you’ll see that they’re not worth the paper they give you rip off my name is Barry Koven and you can reach me at my work phone number 818-353-9631 if you have any questions

I am rejecting this response because:These claims are not only inflated, but completely irrelevant to my issue. I was not refunded the full purchase amount and the product almost immediately failed. You claim a "100% money back guarantee" but I was 100% refunded even after thoroughly explaining my problem and mailing this back at my expense. You shorted me $64.65 and won't respond to emails. Obviously this isn't an isolated incident or you wouldn't have an F rating with the Revdex.com. Please give me my full refund.

Also diesel domination has changed names to power up diesel ! They still haven’t changed still the same old crappy business practices!

Review: I purchased a product from them with a 120 day money back guarantee. I was unhappy with the product and sent it back to them. They received it at the beginning of April 2015 and told me they would be sending out my refund of $447.00. After months of calling I was told to email the owner and so on June 16 2015 I did. The owner [redacted] replied to my email and said he was sorry that he had been really busy but he would send the refund out that day. It is now a month later and I have not received my refund and they will not return my email.Desired Settlement: To receive the refund I was promised

Review: Product did not perform as advertised. Ordered product 12/8/14. Tried to install but couldn't. Called tech support and [redacted] discovered they sent one that fits a newer model than mine. I got the right one and told the 120 day warranty would now start from that date. Tried it at all different tunes and it did not work. Sent it back 3/10/15 and have not received a refund yet. They will not return calls. I have an e-mail stating they could not refund back to my card so would have to issue a refund check but have not received a thing. It is now May 1stDesired Settlement: I want them to honor their warranty and issue me a refund
