Review: I have been waiting for a credit for a returned product within time limit allowed. The company no refuses to answer any phone calls and does not return msgs.

I have contacted the 2nd party payment center regarding a possible check that has been issued for a credit as indicated by St**e S[redacted]y at this co.

I have contacted and spoke with the Vice President of a company that provided advertising for this co who is also trying to help me.Desired Settlement: I would like for this company to contact me with a specific time in which my credit will be issued. At this time, they have indicated the consideration of issue but will not give any follow up, nor have any credits been issued.

Review: I purchased a Dura Milage fuel module for my Ram truck 5/26/15 for $397.00. Unfortunately the wire harness that came with the product was faulty so the module was never installed. After several months of trying to contact Diesel Domination, I finally got someone to return my call and received instructions via email to send back the wire harness in exchange for a new one. I followed the instructions but never received the new wire harness. I contacted the business and receive an apology and was told they would send a wire harness immediately; however, it never showed up. I emailed my frustrations to the business and asked for a refund of my money. I received an email with another apology and instructions to send back the module for a full refund. Several months have gone by and many emails have been sent and voice messages have been left and I have not had one response in regard to my refund. I have kept all documentation and proof from usps that they have received the module. My address has changed since this issue has occurred so let me know if my former address is needed.Desired Settlement: I simply want a refund of $397.00 that I was promised for the unused product I returned.

Horrible horrible customer service. Aaron A[redacted] won't answer his phone calls. It takes a phone call to him and an email before he will email you back, if at all. They take well over the 30 days for a refund and he doesn't have a clue what is going on with refund status. One month later and still no refund, multiple emails and phone calls (to which Aaron doesn't answer), finally lead to him saying to call another number and ask for Ron. Four calls to Ron and he is away from is desk. I had to escalate a claim in Paypal for this to get resolved.
This is not including their crappy products. As soon as I put on my truck it threw a check engine light. Spend your money elsewhere with a reputable company.

Review: I returned a product over 2 months ago and I have been getting false promises for the refund.The item came with a money back guarantee if not satisfied. I was not satisfied and am now losing patience.Desired Settlement: I have been promised $477.oo for a refund.
