Mr [redacted] has been apprised of the obligations of both parties in this complaint.he has continually refused to abide by the terms and conditions he wasmade aware of during his payment process. we advise all customers that ifthey cannot meet the obligations of our terms and conditions/to let us know andwe can part ways.The issue here is damage to the unit after shipment. mr. brown refuses to understand that we still got his order out even tho our area was flooded out2 times and had 56 tornadoes in and around during the month of may and june2015. he as were all customers advised that we were closed for a period of4 weeks in June. we still got the order done and out in the 30 days we statefor custom work.We don’t use txt msgs or phone calls for official business. we have tried to contactmr brown 3 times by emails since last week to offer him the replacement turbo. he hasfailed to respond to any of our emails wholly.There are no and will be no refunds once work is performed and the services havebeen rendered and mailed out. this is also outlined in our terms and conditions locatedon our website. this will be our final statement to this complaint.
