Revdex.com:
I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.
I have tried many times to make contact with the company to discuss a solution.  I only ever get voicemail. I understand that my work hours contradict with their office hours and have done my best to communicate.  I leave messages detailing when I will be available and when I will call back only to get another voicemail.  This problem is far from being resolved as I am unable to make contact.
Regards,

(Following is an e-mail comment to Revdex.com staff - LST)[redacted]The consumer alleges that she was not informed regarding a multiple stage process for her investigation, however, this is simply untrue as our company takes several measures in written form and verbal confirmation conveying to consumer our 2-stage process. Our company is ready to proceed with Phase II of the investigation for this consumer. However, company incurs significant costs and expenses and therefore requires payment before performing additional services. Our company provided the consumer with a Phase 1 report. The client is unsatisfied that phase II process has an additional cost but this was in our authorization form stating that each portion of the investigation is separate, with unique costs, which consumer signed and agreed to. The reason we have two phases is to protect the consumer from additional costs, because in some situation phase 1 has enough evidence or disproves what the client is seeking, thereby ending the investigation. Thus, if phase 2 is not necessary, we save the client cost of performing unnecessary services. In this case, we offer the consumer a price of doing the Phase II at the cost of compensating our employees for their time without any markup, which the consumer declined. It is simply impossible for us to provide an additional report for no cost. In summary, we are willing to work with the consumer a price for phase 2, have offered the consumer a greatly reduced price without any added markup, but cannot do this extensive additional service for free.

[The consumer gave Revdex.com permission to take his rejection via phone.]The consumer said he feels the company is not going to give him the refund he thinks he's entitled to , he said he feels the company did a bait and switch with him and led him to believe they could uncover something they couldn't. The consumer said he wants to warn others about this company.

Hi [redacted] We have tried to reach out to you today at various times via a couple different contacts we have on file for you. Please respond back at the number we provided on your voicemail, so that we can reach an amicable agreement in regards to your case.

We assisted this client with a web based investigation, and produced factual information that was present in our investigation. The client was unsatisfied with our results, thus we offered a $1000 refund in great efforts to please the client. We asked for the client to sign a refund agreement that...

essentially protects her and us from any further action and establishes that our business has concluded. The agreement part about reviews is simply on new reviews, we do not ask our clients to remove reviews as we see them as opportunities to become a greater company, however in the agreement we ask for an understanding that if we are refunding that our business has concluded and the client will not continue to bash or slander our company after they have collected their funds. We would still like our client to walk away from this happy and we are more than willing to work with her.

A senior account manager has made email contact but we have yet to connect via phone for a resolution.  Until then, this complaint is to remain active.

The claims made by Digital Forensics were that the emails, photos, etc., mentioned in the Phase I Report would be fully readable and valid to be used in court, if I paid $3700.00 for Phase II.When I received the Phase II Report, nothing on the Report was readable. I had 2 Team Viewer Sessions with Digital Forensics.I have spent hours going through the Report, corresponding (by phone and email) with various “experts” at digital forensics. My time is also valuable and the court date has passed.Believe me, a different computer will not show anything new. If the information (email content, pictures, links, etc.) is available on a “loner” laptop, they should print out the info and mail it to me. They were paid, in full, to do a job in a specific timeframe. They should have never promised what was available in Phase II.I have every email that were sent and received, by multiple “experts” at Digital Forensics promising what they did not produce. As I stated earlier, I’m not being paid to do their work.I request a full refund, $3700.00, of the Phase II Report . The $499.00 that I paid for Phase I is a small price to pay for a good lesson. I should have “shopped around” for a better quality company.Live and learn.

Our company provided a “cyber harassment” service to this consumer. Our company spent considerable time and resources to uncover the anonymous harasser, including helping legal counsel to file legal action to compel social media online platform and reveal the perpetrator. Our company did determine...

who the anonymous harasser was, however, the consumer did not elect to proceed with payment for this service. Certainly, it was conveyed to the consumer that we have multiple stages for an investigation of this magnitude where a legal process is involved and time frame for results is not certain. We remain committed to working with this consumer and would like to provide the consumer with results of the investigation upon payment.

I am a client. Digital Forenics has been corresponding with we, directly, since I paid the $3700.00 for the Phase II Report. If I was not “the client” why did I have multiple email and phone call contact with them? Why did Digital Forensics have multiple “Team Viewer” session with me, [redacted], on my computer? Again, they promised readable emails, photos and court approved information. They provided nothing. I would be happy to send the Revdex.com the emails and device they sent to me. The information is garbage. Sending one of their laptops is a joke. If I cannot access any info and their “Team Viewer” session could not access any info, what’s the point. They are wasting my time which is also valuable. I want my $3700.00 refunded. Period.

Dear [redacted]   We are sorry to hear about your complaint. Our goal is to find you a satisfactory resolution. I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this does not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Digital Forensics DID NOT try to contact me , THEYT tried to AVOID me, I HAD TO CALL THEM SEVERAL TIMES, only the last time after I actually contacted Revdex.com did they now call me back, as a matter of fact, Adam m[redacted] specifically told me they were not rated with the better business buries and he sold me this bill of goods under false parentheses, otherwise known as lies, Adam m[redacted] said we are not under the better business buruea we are a government agency and have a government license and will lose it if we scam anyone, he gave me this license number, even sent me a link of something that matched it in order to get me to sign on, can they provide you the matching link that goes to this govern, meant license number that they provided me early on to sign on and spend 3800.00 with them after they lied and said I had the most infected computer they had ever seen? Government contract number he gave me is [redacted] I have the original note I wrote it on while we were speaking, I have yet to see my contracts, did they provide you a my contracts, I would like to see if they are using the forged signature, I did sign some electronic things but I could never get them to print out or EVEn ghet a legible copy to read, I have a witness at office max, every time we tried to print the document the shrunk to 125% of a normal page size and blurred out, but when I called this company back they said don't worry about contracts right now just pay the fee so we can get you the IP address and you can take it to the police. It sounds pretty convincing to me, Adam m[redacted] is the one who made all these guarnatees, I don't expect to get any money back, I have been in customer service in banking for over ten years and now own my own pet sitting service and trust is most important. I cannot and will not sit by thinking that old people or worse yet young kids like my daughter will get [redacted] by these [redacted], It's not right that they are using fear and living, its my own fault but he said she said, I'm not going to sit by and let them take advantage of anyone lease. I [redacted]s's they will have to use a new business name if they are going to lie and cheat to get business

(Following is an e-mail comment to Revdex.com staff - LST)[redacted]We are sorry to learn about this consumer’s dissatisfaction. To provide context, this consumer engaged our services but then refused to sign our contractual agreement, citing that he was wary that our company is working with his former employer and the government against him. We have gone to great lengths to assure this consumer that we have no affiliation with his former employer, however, the consumer insists that we are part of a conspiracy.

(Following is an e-mail comment to Revdex.com staff - LST)[redacted]We have made numerous attempts to resolve this matter to the consumer’s satisfaction. However, the client is alleging that the information is “garbage” and in a follow-up response also stated that “I cannot access any info…”? In summary, our company devoted time and resources to provide the customer a service per contractual agreement. Because the consumer had an issue with viewing the information, we have strived to resolve the matter by offering her a laptop to use for viewing the information. Despite our best efforts, the consumer has outright rejected our assistance and claims our product is garbage. We remain committed to helping the consumer view the report, and providing unlimited support, however, our company also recognizes that we need the consumer to actually consider our resolution attempts.

Mr. [redacted], Our Customer Service department is in talks with you to reach an amicable agreement. We are awaiting your response to our most recent offer sent via a custom release agreement which has been sent to your email multiple times. Please let us know if this offer is acceptable, and...

our Customer Service department will be in touch shortly after.

[Digital Investigations is continuing to be influenced and working as my former employer's agent on behave of their interests. The reason that I hired Digital Investigations in the first place was because my former employer placed spyware and malware on my home computer, as well as wiretapped my phones for their own benefit; citing Human Research Protection Program (non-consent Human Testing). This past week, Digital Investigations claimed to have provided me web portal access to my phase II report and clean data, which was not the case. This is just another example of Digital Investigation's actions being influenced and coordinated by my former employer's Deputy Counsel, who thinks she can manipulate the outcome of the court case in her agency's favor; particularly for her own career enhancement. As a result, I am no closer to receiving what I paid for.]

I spoke with, at least 4 reps from Digital Forensics and have numerous emails. I did not know I should have recorded the phone calls. I was promised that the Phase 2 Report would have readable emails that could be presented in court. The report contained numerous references to emails but none were readable. Mulitiple associates assured me, verbally, that the scattered information on Phase 1, would be usable if I paid $3700.00 for the Phase 2 Report. I was directed to Digital Forensics by a private detective in Florida. I intend to contact that agency and tell them that they should not recommend Digital Forensics to anyone. I would have been happy to pay the fee if there was any info in the Phase 2 Report.
