This customer purchased this item on our websiteUnfortunately this is an item that is a Special Order that we do no accept refunds or returns on.On our Return Policy located on our home page it clearly states "All toddler rails cannot be returned or refunded and are a final sale." I am rejecting this response because: I find it inexcusable that Direct Buy Baby has cancelled my order without my consent or agreement I still wanted the dresser that I was told who be shipped on Tuesday and I would have in to daysNow that the order has been cancelled, I would have to reorder the dresser again and wait even longer to get the dresser I have recently contacted the company again when I did not receive the dresser this week and learned that my order was cancelledThey have broken a legally binding purchase agreement because they are mad that I reported then to youI think this shows that they should not be allowed to operate any longer and should be finedI have filed a second complaint with Revdex.com regarding thisI hope you will be able to shut down this company before they cause any more expecting mother's any undue stress.mothers undue stress for their awful business practices

ordered on October 14th, on December 3rd, For weeks I was giving the run around by the same customer representativeI received a kit but the kit is a different color than my baby bed and the conversion kit didn't fitMy $bed looks cheap because of the discoloration and alignmentI went through so much to even receive this package that I didn't even bother to complain againIt wasn't worth my energy and stress

and we should offer her a specific discount. We initially offered her inside delivery but she refused. Then I offered her $125 which was refunded to her on December 7th. We will ship the item to her free of charge with curbside delivery. If she is not satisfied with this we will refund her the remaining balance of the chest.
At the time the customer purchased this item we were quoting a 1-2 week Estimeated Ship Time for this product. Following the order being placed there was a 1-2 week delay on this item with the manufacturer, which our company was not informed of by them. Upon the customer calling in to receive...
an update on her order we called the manufacturer for an update, and then relayed this new information to the customer. Again the timeframe she was quoted was simply an estimate. We do reserve the right to ship this within 1-2 weeks after the estimated time as these are imported product and sometimes there are port delays due to U.S. Customs & Border Patrol checking the shipping containers upon entry. We will honor this customers request for a refund. In the future we would recommend she clearly read the order policy on our website before ordering again.

I am rejecting this response because:The response is untruthful. When I placed this order on February 26th I was told the order would take 2-3 weeks. I asked if it could be delivered the first week of April which they said no problem. I then called the company on February 28th and told them to disregard the request to delay the delivery and to deliver as soon as it is available. I waited and waited and received no email confirmation or any information. I called several times and received recordings which I left messages that were not returned. On April 11th I received a shipping confirmation email with a fedex tracking number. When I pulled up the tracking number it was for a delivery going to TEXAS. I am located in Maryland. I called Direct Buy Baby over and over again for days until I FINALLY got a person on the phone on April 13th. I was told that was sent to me in error and my order was shipping any day. They then gave me a $99 refund for all of this trouble and the delay of my order. On April 14th a delivery arrived. It was only part of my order which I was never informed that only a couple of the items would be arriving. I called Direct Buy Baby and did get a person right away who acted surprised my order was incomplete and asked that I email the packing slip which I did same day. The following week I received an email stating the dresser was on back order and would not ship until May 10th. I then spoke to a man claiming to be the manager who said the LATEST the dresser would ship would be May 10th if not before then and that the crib mattress and rails would be shipping within a week. On April 28th I received an email stating the mattresss shipped. I asked for a tracking number at least 10 times which I never received and as of today, May 16th I have yet to receive anything else. Also the 3 piece crib set has been reduced in price by $100 since 3 months ago when I paid for it. This has been the worst buying experience of my life to say the least. I have never had a company just drop the ball on so many levels and provide such poor customer service and just directly lie to their customers. So it's May 16th and I am still missing my items, what am I suppose to do??
