I finally received the rest of my order about a week and a half ago. This matter has been resolved.

The two dressers were delivered yesterday. I accepted them because the hassle of dealing with this company is not worth it at this point. They are impossible to work with.
I am canceling my request for a full refund since we received the...
items. However, they were delivered 3-4 weeks late and I was treated very rudely by their customer representatives.
I think that a discount on this order would be a fair resolution at this point.
