Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because:They are correct, I have begun to use the service because they were threatening to charge extra fees for not using the service I have spoken with them in the meantime and they refuse to cancel all contracts but made a slight change to what was being offered to me I did sign the contracts as I stated from the beginning of this complaint, and I did agree to the ONLY part of the conversation that was recorded, however I stated the reasons for that also When I was contacted by the sales person, the important part which was not recorded, I asked questions about fees and such on the contract and was assured they were not a concern of mine because it was for certain cards and such which I do not accept I asked about other things I did not understand and was clearly told what I was being offered which I have found out now is not true The salespersons lied to me to sell me the product, they continued to lie to me when I asked questions about the contract and fees which I did not understand It would be evident if they would have recorded the entire conversation and not just the part they wanted to have heard It would also be helpful if they would have saved the first recording when they started recording me and I stated that's not what I was promised so she sent me back to the salesperson I then asked the salesperson again and was lied to again about what I was actually agreeing to This company does not operate a fair business and should be held accountable for their business practices It should be considered a crime what they did to me I DO NOT WANT TO CONTINUE TO BE HELD TO THE CONTRACTS WITH THIS COMPANY!! Sincerely, [redacted]

Dear Revdex.com Representative: Thank you for bringing this complaint to our attentionWe have reviewed this matter and resolved all issues raised in the complaint The customer provided what she thought was a valid check when signing up for the services Unfortunately, the customer’s bank had changed the first two digits of her checking account after a fraud incident without our company’s knowledge The bank allowed the customer a grace period during which it allowed the use of the old account number and then forwarded deposited funds to the new account When the grace period ended, the funds were no longer forwarded to the customer’s new account and the processing bank was no longer able to debit the customer’s bank account for processing fees, resulting in the account being placed in collections Our customer service department worked with the customer to resolve this issue and the checking account number has since been updated Therefore, all deposits are now made into the correct account Additionally, we issued the customer a refund of $on 3/3/to cover past fees billed and issued her $on 4/5/to cover the missing deposits while her bank account number was wrong Our records show that the customer is still actively using our processing services and equipment to process debit and credit cards Terminating the agreements now would result in interruption to the customer’s ability to accept credit and debit cards We have been trying to reach the customer to determine whether she wants any other account adjustments made, but she has not returned our calls As a result of the above, we feel we have addressed and resolved all issues raised in this complaint and – as stated above – stand ready to discuss further account changes with the customer should she wish to return our calls Should you require any additional information in order to close out this file, please let us know Thank you

Dear Revdex.com Representative:Thank you for bringing this complaint to our attentionWe have reviewed the complaint and the customer’s file and have found no support for the customer’s claimsThe customer was sent and signed a Merchant Processing Application and Agreement (MPA) that sets forth all terms
and conditions of the agreement, including an itemized list of all credit and debit card processingAdditionally, the customer participated in a recorded verification call with the company’s compliance administrator in which he expressly confirmed his understanding of the primary terms and conditions of the agreement. Our customer service department has worked diligently with the customer to resolve their concerns. Due to lower processing volumes than stated when signing for service, their first bill was higher than anticipatedAdjustments were made to the overall effective rate, but the merchant stopped processing with us before being able to see the savingsThat said, we have processed the customer’s cancellation request and billed an early termination fee of $on June 20th, 2017. Subject: RE: Revdex.com COMPLAINT # *** *** *** VS DIRECT PROCESSORDear Revdex.com Representative: After further review we have found the customer’s account was closed on December 20th, without an early termination fee. As a result of the above, we request that you close out this complaintThank you

Dear Revdex.com Representative: Thank you for sending us the customer's rebuttalWe are willing to work with our customers to adjust their overall effective rate if it is not suiting their business needsIn this circumstance, the merchant opted for stopping payment, rather than letting us analyze his account to ensure savingsThe customer signed a Merchant Processing Application and Agreement (MPA) that sets forth all terms and conditions of the agreement, including the presence of a third party The merchant’s first batch with was withheld because it exceeded the daily limit for new accountsWhenever this occurs the funds will be held an extra hoursThese limits were adjusted to compensate for future volume on October 20th, However, our records indicate these funds being withheld on October 19th, and then released on October 20th, The system shows no withheld items at any time in January To clarify, the amount for cancellation of processing is $250, this is accurateThe $13,referenced by the merchant is if he chooses to separate early from his lease agreement with the Third PartyThis is not necessary, as the equipment is not proprietary to Direct ProcessorsThe merchant can utilize this equipment with many other providers As such, we feel we have addressed and resolved every issue raised in this complaintShould you need any additional information in order to close out this file, please let us know. Thank you

I am rejecting this response because:ear Revdex.com Representative: Thank you for sending us the customer's rebuttalWe are willing to work with our customers to adjust their overall effective rate if it is not suiting their business needsIn this circumstance, the merchant opted for stopping payment, rather than letting us analyze his account to ensure savingsThe customer signed a Merchant Processing Application and Agreement (MPA) that sets forth all terms and conditions of the agreement, including the presence of a third party Response: I had called in December to question the high percentage that they were charging me and I received no call back. Since they kept charging me and not showing any signs of help, the only thing I could do was cancel the contract so I was not losing so much moneyAlso I may have signed the page that showed there was third party but like I said before the copy was read to me, I asked about the equipment charge and they said there would be none but never mentioned I would be handed over to a third party. The merchant’s first batch with was withheld because it exceeded the daily limit for new accountsWhenever this occurs the funds will be held an extra hoursThese limits were adjusted to compensate for future volume on October 20th, However, our records indicate these funds being withheld on October 19th, and then released on October 20th, The system shows no withheld items at any time in January Response: again they can pick and choose any dates they want but those are still not the dates that were held for over a week. And if they had any customer service they would have called and tried to figure out what the problems wereTo clarify, the amount for cancellation of processing is $250, this is accurateThe $13,referenced by the merchant is if he chooses to separate early from his lease agreement with the Third PartyThis is not necessary, as the equipment is not proprietary to Direct ProcessorsThe merchant can utilize this equipment with many other providers Response: I am happy that something might actually be true with this company. As of now I have no idea of the standing with this company, what is the payoff to get rid of them? That still does not remedy the fact that I had no idea I was going to be switched to a third party and to be held in such a strict contract. I can only deduct this company gets a kick back when they sign people up to the third partyAnd when you do it dishonestly to make a buck, it is not rightAs such, we feel we have addressed and resolved every issue raised in this complaintShould you need any additional information in order to close out this file, please let us know. Thank you Response: they need to credit me from the third party since I was misled into signing the page the operator was describing to me. If they had been honest and told me I was going to be charged for the equipment (even though I asked) when it was being read to me we would not be having this issue, because I would have never signedThat is the only way I will accept a closure on this very misfortune-it deal
