First of all thank you for the communication.  We did in fact secure the relocation of the [redacted] family through North American Van Lines and loaded their shipment on 5/16/14.  The driver did run out of space on his trailer and left an overflow of 1,560lbs after loading 11,080lbs. ...

Included in this over flow were the mattresses as well as other items for their home.  We did have contact with both Mr. and Ms. [redacted] which I believe created some of the confusion.  I personally spoke with Mr. [redacted] after he contacted me with his frustrations and was told that if we did not get this resolved quickly I had no idea how much damage he could do to us.  He also insisted on being put in touch with an individual who could get things done which was when I referred him to the Manager of Customer Service with [redacted].  I have attached the email Mr. [redacted] and I received from [redacted] outlining their process for addressing the individual issues that were concerning Mr. [redacted].  We will continue to work through any remaining issues and am available for any concerns.
