On December 19th,2013, I purchased a Landwave Skateboard Ramp via Discount Ramps' website for my 8 year old son for Christmas knowing that it would arrive a few days just after Christmas. The ramp cost $49.99 with a $20 shipping fee stating I would receive my product within 5 to 7 business days. After 10 business days, on December 30th, 2013,I called Discount Ramps because I had not received the ramp or the tracking number to track the shipment. I talked to [redacted] asking her if she knew when we should be receiving the ramp. She said she did not know, but would email me that information. I received an email the next day (24 hrs from when I called her) that simply stated, "Good Morning The Landwave Skateboard Ramp should ship 1/06/14. [redacted] customer service." I called Discount ramp as soon as I received the email and stated that their website said I should receive the product within 5 to 7 business days. They said they were sorry that it was going to take more than 2 weeks to ship. I asked the manager, [redacted], if they could waive the shipping fee to take some responsibility with the misinformation since they could not honor what their website promised. She said she could not doing anything for me and that they were already out $11 on the shipping fee because it was really costing them $31 to ship it to us. We still have yet to receive the product. I just hope it does all that it says it can do. We will not be purchasing anything else from this company. If I decided I want to add another ramp to add on to this ramp I will purchase from another company.

I purchased a Bed Buddy Motorcycle Tie Down Brace by CCR Sport from discountramps.com. There was no review of the item at the time I purchased. After one year of use, the bed buddy has rusted and is an eyesore. I wrote a review of the product on the website. The review was never posted. By acting like there are no reviews, instead of posting a negative review, discountramps.com is not providing an honest customer experience. Buyer beware.
