We do offer various promotions over any given time frame and some promotions can be combined with other promotions and some can not.? when they can not they are clearly identified on our forms and will state very clearly can not combine with x or can not combine with y.? We Absolutely will honor any promotion that we have within the guidelines of the promotion.? Our recent mail in rebates did not allow to combine a buy get promotion with a mail in promotion for the same products and the mail in form clearly states that, we will give one promotion or the other whichever is better for the customer.?

We did receive Mr [redacted] request for a mail in rebate and it was mailed out to his address he provided of [redacted] *** the gift card was mailed to him on 12/6/ that reward card number was ending in [redacted] and it was a visa card that card was activated at a later date I did receive a phone call from customer and called him back times, both times it would not allow a message to be left sayign the first time on 3/24/that per the subscribers request this phone does not take incoming calls and the second time at 2:pm on 3/it just kept asking for a password and would not allow me to leave a messageDiscount Tire Centers did full fill our obligation, we sent out the reward card, we did try to contact customer back but his phone was unable to be reached we are not responsible for lost or stolen reward cards as stated in the rules to the rebateIf customer is stating that he did not receive the rewards card , I would be happy to provide him a free oil change for his next visit but the card we sent was activated, we did pay for it and it has been used [redacted]

Alignment service was performed, customer has lifetime alignment policy and can return for additional alignments Our Regional Vice President [redacted] has been in touch with customer and customer is satisfied, and has agreed to return to us in the future for these alignment services

We have reviewed the complaint, and we have replaced the part on the customers vehicle for no charge At our last communication with the customer the customer is happy with the resolution

",serif">The customer admitted having work done elsewhere and came in with noise complaints and asking for an alignment because it pulled to the rightCSC [redacted] charged the customer $for a suspension check The strut on right side was loose and the sway bar link was brokenThere were also other problems on the suspension CSC [redacted] took customer out to shop and showed him the vehicle condition explaining what was wrongThe customer asked us to tighten the strut mount but [redacted] declined explaining he should take it back to where work was done or have it repaired.? Customer has filed a complaint with our office, customers claim has been deniedThe customer brought his vehicle into our store, and the vehicle's oil light was already on, the oil was very low and when the oil filter was removed it was found
in pieces due most probably to lack of oil changesThe customer was shown the problems at the time of the service, and our store did not cause the issue

Not only was my oil pressure light NOT on, they took the paperwork and receipts out of my car from the previous visit when they caused the problemThey have falsified these documents claiming my light was onNot only did they cause the oil pressure light come one, but they recommended I drive the car to try and "clear up" the debris they had dropped into my engineAfter I declined that idea they flushed the engine trying to clear the debrisThe flush did more damage to the engineIt thinned the oil viscosity and still wouldn't allow flow to major bearings and components causing extreme damage

I was not able to make another post to this complaint, however I found out that our Regional Vice President has already reached out to the customer and offered to give him the rebate, we will be sending the rebate to the customer in the next weeks*** ***

On Tuesday, April 3, I went to Discount Tires to purchase NEW HANKOOK tires because I was going on a trip the following Monday, April 9, to Monterey Bay AquariumMy daughter and I met with *** *** that afternoonHe took an extra long time to put these tires on and there was hardly any customers thereHe seemed rushed and upset about somethingHe did not appear happy to be thereI paid for the service and went on my way confident that I was safe with brand new tires
On Sunday, April 22, I drove to church with a flat tireI did not realize I had a flat tireFriends in the parking lot of the church said, 'you are riding on a flat'.To my surprise I did not feel it while drivingAnd I was shocked to know that I had a flat tire after purchasing new ones
After the meeting...Five men from church all helped and investigated the TireIncluding someone that had worked for a Tire shop and understands the ins and outs of that 'World'Upon investigation we saw a p

I would be happy to provide a free alignment service or a free synthetic oil change for the customer time, whichever he would like, however the cost of each of these is over the amount of the rebate so we could not provide both If the customer would like to let me know which one they would like , I would be happy to send them a coupon for the service
