I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted] , and find that this resolution would be satisfactory to me I will wait for the business to perform this action and, if it does, will consider this complaint resolved Regards, [redacted] I do not agree that the damage was not done by discount tirethe wheel was not damaged when I took the truck to them I have also seen a smaller ding on the left front wheel that is very similar in location to the damage on the left rear I still believe that the installer was removing the old wheel weights with a hammer and screwdriver type of tool and he drove the tool into the chrome part of my wheel accidently I have received a used wheel that was supplied by discount tire and accept it as a replacement for the damaged wheel

So often everybody wants to complain and fuss because of a bad experienceHow about the good ones?!? I purchased a set of tire here and was given some bad information regarding rebates and what I qualified forI wasn't mad it was a mix up and I expressed the fact that I felt misledThe rebate department said they understood and put in for both for meI later got a phone call from the manager of the store that told me if I did not feel like what I got was fair or right, to come by and he would make sure it worked outWell, the rebate department authorized both rebates and thanked me for my business Too often we are so wrapped up in ourselves to remember to say the nice things about the people that treat us right, we only want to complainThere are NO complaints with my experience with Discount Tire in Mt Juliet TNThe service was great, the people were awesome, and they follow up on everything! Great job guys!!

Customer bought tires and got a receipt for themThe tires are correct and had nothing to do with the transfer case going badSounds like her third party warranty company is trying to screw her over ***, Discount Tire and Auto Service

The store manager took care of the tire purchase and another set was ordered Customer was extremely happy with our follow up and immediate action to get her taken care of

I asked Mr *** to bring the vehicle in so I could inspect it and take pictures of the damaged wheelAfter inspection of the wheel we determined that we did not cause the damage since the gauge in the wheel had yellow paint on itSee attached picture This type of damaged is normally caused
from a curb or parking lot block that is painted yellow by getting too close to it and hitting the concrete with the face of the wheelWe do not have anything on any of our equipment painted yellow and you are more than welcome to visit and verify thisMr *** disagreed with this statement and I explained that the Insurance adjuster would deny the claim once they saw the yellow paint after they verified that nothing on our machines in our back room would have left yellow paint on the wheelAlso all the contact pieces of our machine are made of nylon to prevent from damage to aluminum wheelsI did decide to help Mr *** out and order him a take off wheel at no charge or if he decided to buy a new one I would go half price with him to help him out He seemed happy with the decision and hopefully that would work outThank You *** *** *** *** ** South Hurstbourne Pkwy Louisville Kentucky ###-###-####
