customer's residence on 2/22/16. I have made several attempts to contact the customer and left messages in an attempt to ensure that this matter is resolved. I have received no return calls from the customer at this time. Although we would still like the opportunity to apologize for the experience this customer had we are considering the proof of delivery as resolution to this complaint.

Likewise, we thought it to be beneficial to the customer that we have a conversation to better define a satisfactory resolution. The customer also provided us an address to mail a refund to. However, we do have the ability to credit the labor fees back to them on the credit card they made their initial purchase with. We would like to find out what method of refund the customer would prefer as well. If the customer would like to provide that information it would be very helpful in resolving this matter.
