I have reviewed the response made by the business in reference to complaint ID [redacted], and have determined that this proposed action would not resolve my complaint.  For your reference, details of the offer I reviewed appear below.Good day, Discount tires just playing games promised refund and playing phone and email tag.As I'm out work time and money they ask of me to waste more time with them over the phone..they need to give me a refund as I've asked them to and they agreed. customer's residence on 2/22/16. I have made several attempts to contact the customer and left messages in an attempt to ensure that this matter is resolved. I have received no return calls from the customer at this time. Although we would still like the opportunity to apologize for the experience this customer had we are considering the proof of delivery as resolution to this complaint.

Likewise, we thought it to be beneficial to the customer that we have a conversation to better define a satisfactory resolution. The customer also provided us an address to mail a refund to. However, we do have the ability to credit the labor fees back to them on the credit card they made their initial purchase with. We would like to find out what method of refund the customer would prefer as well.
