I had contact with this company this evening and wanted to have someone come out just to go over equipment options and to give me a price The first guy I talked to wanted my social security number I would not give it to him He got someone who said he was the manager, he wanted my credit card number to pay $for them to come out and give me a price quote Just to get a price, they claim they need my social and credit cardOn their website it has the Revdex.com logo but when I put in the business on your website it says it is not Revdex.com accredited I just want to warn people about this company

They have there installers tell you one thing ( your price will be $per month for the first year) and will tell you to sign here (different price), when you question it the will tell you will see the difference in a check sent to you You will never see the checkAnd when you talk to there customer service they will tell you there is nothing they can do because of the contract you signed says a different priceBig scammers!! But ADT corporate is wonderful, they can't switch your contract but really work with you

In summary, Ms*** states that due to misinformation about her draft date, she was overcharged and accrued an overdraft feeShe states that she attempted to be proactive about the billing, but was misinformedShe would like clarification and refunded
After further review of account, it was determined where the miscommunication took placeA representative contacted Ms*** on December 5, to discuss the account details and offered her a $Visa gift card to assist with the overdraft feeAt this time, this resolution offer was accepted
I apologize if Ms*** was inconvenienced during this process, but I appreciate the opportunity to address her concerns and help come to a resolution

We purchased our ADT system through Home Defenders one month agoAfter a month, our alarm went off and we noticed a low battery signalWe attempted to call ADT (who we thought the sytem was purchased under, and they explained that our agreement was actually with Home DefendrersWhen we called Home Defenders to fix the problem, we were told that a technician would not be able to come out for a full week after our callHow is it that a system that costs us $a month and is supposed to make us feel protected 24/cannot be serviced for a week, allowing for a weakness in the system for that week? When we expressed this concern, we were told that a technician was in our area and would call us after he finished his jobNo call was received, and when we called the following day, they told us that there were no notes in our file about that callWhen we requested to speak to a manager, no managers were available and they promised a manager would call back within hoursNo one calledWe waited days, and called again, and again were told no supervisors/managers were available and that they would have to call us backWhen we requested to stay on the line until a manager was available, we were told that was not possible, and were not given information for manager names, direct lines, email, or any other contact informationBecause we have signed an agreement that has locked us in for years, there is NO RECOURSE for us on this poor customer service, even though they are not meeting their promise to protect our homeWe are STILL waiting to hear back from them

client also had the option to relocate the system to a new place of residency
The argument fails to be substantiated, as client has agreed to our offer of a reduced
BOCClient was obligated to remit a payment of $918.33, however, negotiations
resulted in the amount of $being agreed uponAn “after-the-fact”
argument is dismissibleWe will not consider any form of refund, as client’s
dissatisfaction with the terms of a legally binding contract (post consent) is
not feasible ground to revoke financial relief.We
