I ordered a dog bed . They pulled

I ordered a dog bed from Discount Universe in early April.***. I paid with a credit card, they accepted payment, but never sent the item.
I ordered and paid for a stress relief dog bed. the ad said I should pay for shipping and handling only. I gave them my credit card number, they sent me a order summary stating I would receive an email staating when I would receive the item.

I have not received my items and any efforts to contact them both by email and phone have been unsuccessful as they are no longer in sedvice

We ordered merchandise from this business and have not received it! No response to email or phone calls.
On April 3, 2020 we ordered (2) "Stress Relief Dog Beds", Brown Size XL, SKU-142-Brown-XL. Order #*** cost $17.95 paid for by a Vise Debit card. No account number was assigned to us and no tracking number was provided. They have no valid email, phone number and there is no other means of contacting them.

I placed an order In January and sent numerous emails to no response. Never received m order. See below:

I never received my order.
I placed an order (***) on Jan. 15, 2020 for a Stress Relief dog bed. SKU- 142. I never received my item nor have I received any responses to my emails that I sent them to ask where my bed was!
I paid $11.95 by credit card. Was told this was for shipping and item was "free"!
I ordered this item in good faith, and now realize it was a scam!

I ordered a bed for $11.95 in Feb. on the 16th 2020 and as today have not received anything from them even though I have Emailed them several times requesting information on the order # 8179... no response for those contacts I made at all.... If I could give some information check out who your buying from this company seems to be not a good one to give and I say GIVE your money to...

This company is a fraud. Thousands of people have sent them an order and have not received the product. They do not respond to emails or phone calls.

I ordered a dog bed from them on 1/26/20 and it is 3/15/20 and I have not received it or heard anything in order to track it.
