I sent a payment to them on January 11, 2020 for a stress relief dog bed that I only had to pay $11. It has now been 2 months and I have emailed them 3 times and have never received a response from them. I would like my money returned as I do not believe they are an honest company. I had to copy and paste my receipt confirmation above as I could not get it from a file.

I saw the advertisement on my Facebook page. Their website advertised "Stress relief dog bed free just pay shipping". On Jan. 24,2020 I ordered two beds, and paid $17.95 for the shipping on my Amazon card. My Order number 4391 - both beds in size XL, one brown, and the other gray. I inquired by email several times, also called and left messages (786-***) on Feb. 10, Feb. 13, Feb. 21, Mar. 2, Mar. 5. I had not received any response or information about a tracking number.
The ad has since been repeated on Facebook, and there are many complaints. I feel that this is a SCAM. If the dog beds are really as they advertise they are, I would love to have them.
I think that it is a scam/fraud and they should not be allowed to continue. They should not be allowed to offer a product and not ship it, but yet collect the shipping fee. The offer still remains on Facebook. If the dog beds they offer are a quality product, I would like to have them.
I have tried to contact by phone. Left messages,no response.

I placed an order on Jan 20 and was charged... never received items and no response to my emails.
On Jan. 20, 2020 I placed an order for two dog beds. I have not received a thing. Site shows waiting to fulfill order. My charge account was charged but nothing sent. I have sent several emails trying to get an update .. no response.

I would like a refund of the $17.95
I placed an order on Jan. 28, have requested updates on shipping several times. No one replies to emails, and the phone is never answered.
I ordered a dog bed on January 28, it is now February 23 and I have not received the item, nor have I received a response to my many requests for shipping information. I leave voicemails that are never returned, have emailed them and never got a response. They seem shady and I'm not sure I will ever receive the item. It was only $11.99, but if everyone who has paid this amount does not receive their item, then this company is seriously cleaning up without providing the requested item or even giving updates on shipping status.
If the item can be delivered to me in a timely manner, I would still like to receive it. Otherwise, I would like a refund for the amount I paid.

I ordered it on January 26 and have no heard anything beyond receiving the confirmation email that it was purchased. I have contacted them multiple times and no one ever responds. The order number is 5352 and I paid for it with my credit card. It was $11.95.

Ordered products online and paid in full at time of order on 1/21/2020. I have not received products and they do not respond to my emails or calls.
Online order #*** placed on 1/21/2020 for 2 cozy-pet stress relief dog beds. I ordered these items during a "special sale" and paid with my debit card for $17.95. The payment was shown on my bank record on the same day. I have tried contacting them but get no replies.
