Complaint: [redacted] I am rejecting this response because: This should not be claimsThe vehicle was put in the repair shop because it was running hotThey originally said it was the air compressorThey told us the problem was fixed and I paid my deductable and received my vehicle backOn my way home the vehicle ran hot againI called them and they told me to bring it backI had it towed back to themOnce they looked at it they said oh it's the motor that's why it's running hotIt took them almost a month to fix itOnce it was repaired they said I owed another deductable because it's a separate claimIt would have not been a separate claim if they had fixed the problem to start withI should not have to come out of my pocket again because they did not fix the problem from the beginning Regards, [redacted] ***

Ms [redacted] bought a Kia Rio on February 28, The approval for the vehicle asked for $downMs [redacted] had with her and we were willing to work with her on the remaining $The deferred dates were $on 03/10/and another $on 03/17/Customer agreed to the dates and signed the contract(see attachment) She also signed an additional form the down payment agreement (see attachment) Ms [redacted] also signed up for recurring payments through ACH(see attachment) We reached out several times to Ms [redacted] to help with a payment due date change We have spoken to Ms [redacted] about sending her paystubs to the office and she refused Stating we have her bank statementDue to our policy for due date changes we must have an updated paystubWe tried reaching out to the customer to come in for the amendment with her updated paystubWe have not made any contact with her

Unfortunately our customer [redacted] was repossessed due to his account being past due 60 days.Our online system does not allow a customer to make a payment nor a partial payment online once a customer has become past due 15 days or has been placed out for repossession. We do not... take payments over the phone that is our company policy. Customer's must come in to make arrangements for any past due balances. We explained to Mrs. [redacted] that we cannot make a payment over the phone and that Mr. [redacted] must come in to one of our 2 offices to make a payment. Mr. [redacted] missed a payment on 9/28/2015 and 10/28/2015. He was sent out for repossession on 11/06/2015 and was repossessed on 11/09/2015.

The vehicle, was driven in order to verify repairs done at not cost to the customer, no accident was reported, customer is complaining about a repossession based on a past due payment clearly stipulated on the sales contractIf a copy of this document is needed, please adviseBest Regards Discovery Auto Sales

We offered to fix it under the warranty (it has a $deductible signed by customer), but she didn't wait for us, we called her back and she is refusing service.We are willing to comply with the contract, but customer is not cooperating and putting at risk the vehicle by not getting

Tell us *** *** came in on Monday March 20, to take advantage of the offer we proposed in our previous answer, which was to help her find a new finance company with the remaining funds after TT&L and fees were removed. In our meeting we went over the amount that would be used for the new agreementFrom the $down payment that was received from *** *** we deducted TT&L $1357.49, Buy Back fee $and $Repo FeeWe didn't discount the expenses for the installation of the Stereo, which was $nor the detailing fee of $150.Unfortunately, we couldn’t find a new finance company that would match the terms of our previous deal, due to *** not having a valid Texas Driver’s License.We then extended a new offer in which we would help her get into a less expensive vehicle with a lower down*** did not like the options presented to her, so she preferred to come in the following day Tuesday March 20, to look at additional options*** called stating she was on her way in right before closing time, *** our salesman let her know the General Manager had already left and that she would need to come in before our closing time 6:pm He set her an appointment to come in the following day, Wednesday March 21, but she fail to show up We are sad that Ms*** didn’t like any of our options, but we think we were offering her a fair resolution, even after her breach of the contract which resulted in a repossession and the miles that she put on the vehicle.We wish Ms*** all the luck in finding a vehicle that fits her needs at another dealershipOur doors will always be open if she would like to come back in the future. why here

Customer had to appointments for us to take a look at the problems, but the customer didn't show up when the customer e brought the vehicle on the third appointment, the engine had a knocking noise and we decided to replace the engine and assuming 70% of the total cost and helping the
customer differing the reminding 30% in future payments.please note that his vehicle was driven close to miles without changing the oil, that void any warranty, and specially our warranty that cover months or miles.vehicle is ready to be picked up since 08/30. thanks

As stated previously Discovery Auto Sales only repossessed the vehicle after *** *** defaulted in paying her deferred down paymentThat is listed and fully explained at her installment contract If at any time customers cannot reach anyone by phoneCustomers are welcome to come to one of our convenient locations in *** *** We are open from am to 6:pm Monday thru Saturday. We have open doors for Mrs*** and we will use part of the money collected towards a new vehicle with Discovery Auto SalesTaking in consideration the expenses that were incurred

I am rejecting this response because: This is an outright lie, I have proof that no calls were made to me, and of my callsWhen I called to try and make my "deferred" down payment, *** said there was no account to post a payment to and I should call *** This is when I started calling her repetitively with no responses The only message I received was from the reposession manI still have that messageThe finance Company they gave me to give to my insurance guy said they never funded a loan in my name And I do consulting and am at different offices *** instructed me to put the office I was at and they would call me if there was an issue NO ONE EXCEPT THE TOW GUY EEEVVER LEFT ME A MESSAGE I have requested an itemized call list from my cell carrier which is the only phone I use This will clearly prove they are lying The Car was picked up before my first payment was even due

I am rejecting this response because: Ive contacted not only the finance company and the repair shop and I still have the same problem The person who wrote the response I dont know who that is and he missed some facts I contacted the finace company who told me to call the store where I purchased the car to see they could get me into another car The salesperson was named Juan and he said I couldn't trade the car unless I had another downpayment or of I had the car six months So yes Im late with my payments because they are HIGH to the repairs I keep telling everyone this and nothing is happening My car still has the check engine light on when the power steering got fixed the guy not Joe the other manager said the shop fixes small problems first then they fix the big problems Well all my problems have been big and nothing fixed Yes I dont return thir calls because Im at work and try when I have a break or when I get off but no answering machine or nothing Also when they came to pick my car up one night the tow truck driver tore up the inside of my car and then text me another customers information on what car they were going to pick up It was another customers personally information I have how my car was tore up and the information that was text to me I called and told that to finance company So from dat one its been issues that havent been resolved but they are very stern when they don't get paid I just want to see if they can fix the problems without me paying more money because the check engine light has never went off since the first fix or if I can trade my car end without having to pay another downpayment use my current car for the downpayment

I am rejecting this response because:My contract did state total down payment of $4,400.Initial down: $1,600Coupon credit: $400Deferred down payments: 12/30/2017- $$30001/06/2018- $70001/13/2018- $70001/20/2018- $700 All down payment was given and my agreement with Discovery was fulfilled. Discovery ruined any chance I had with fixing my arrangements with Lobel because they went ahead and picked up the truck before Lobel was notifiedI would like to know what time the "buy back letter" was faxedAfter talking to the Manager *** I did not decline to find another lender but let him know I would speak to my husband about itWhat they are offering is not fairFor the same truck they are telling me I have to give over $4,down payment again and they are wanting to charge more for the same vehicle than what I initially paid forThe prices for everything seems to be raisedWhy am I having to pay more for the truck and more for the down payment and mothly paymentI tried working it out with them but it seems I will be spending more money than beforeAs I said before everything they are offering seems very unfairThe loan is now showing on my credit report that I owe a little over $15,to LobelMy credit is ruined and am out $because they are not really giving me any fair optionsWhat I would like is proof of the time the letter was sent and my refund back because the options they are giving me are totally unfairSomething fair needs to be worked out

*** *** bought a Chevrolet Silverado on December 22, Her contract stated a total down payment of $4400. The costumer paid an initial down $cash and had deferments of: $due 12/30/and paid on 12/29/2017$due 1/6/and paid on 1/6/2018$due 1/13/and
paid on 1/13/2018$due 1/20/and paid on 1/20/2018. First payment was due on February 5, due to Lobel Financial. Lobel financial issued a Buy Back order(see attached) on february 27, and the vehicle was repossessed by Discovery Auto Sales on February 27, 2018 because her first payment was days past due. After the repossession, *** called our office and talked to ***During the conversation The customer stated that she did not have the money to make the payment until March 2ndWe did try to resolve the problem and help the customer talking to the San Antonio Branch representative but it was out of our hands. Finally, we offered *** to find another lender to finance her vehicle using all the down payment minus the TT&L*** declined the help in seeking another auto lenderWe would love to help *** and her husband get another loan for the same vehicle and we will keep our offer until the day letter expires

This vehicle was sold on 1/7/2017, with month or 3000k miles limited warrantyThe repairs performed to the vehicle were: water pump and intake manifold, Those repairs are note related in between, and they are also part onthe maintenance of the vehicle.01/water pump (no charge, no
deducible)05/Intake manifold.Customer has had two different extensions on her car payment this year 07/and 08/Also, repairs have been created as side note divided into several paymentsCustomer is unreachable and is recurrently behind on payments.We are more than happy to check the light that the customer is mentioning at no cost, but any repair needed has to be cover by the costumer, but needless to say, we will do our best to help her on any way that we can.*** ***

I am rejecting this response because: This should have never been two claimsI understand that is the warranty policy, but if the problem had been fixed the first time it would of only been one claimThe vehicle was brought to you guys because it was running hotWhen I picked it up I was informed that had been fixedI was not even able to make it home due to it running hot again, this means the original problem was not fixedI would be saying this if it was something newRegardless of the warranty policy if you did not fix it correct the first time you guys should have paid the deductable yourself the second time since I already paid a deductable for it to be fixedA second claim would not have been needed you guys had fixed the problem to start withThe car would have not ran hot and I would have been able to make it home instead of it stopping on me at a gas stationThe reason is was brought in was because it was running hot, that problem was not fixed correctly the first time

This vehicle has two different claims, the first one is already done, the second one is the one in process. please keep in mind that every claim has to be approved by your warranty, and it has several stages before we can complete the work. ouw goal is to finish the work as soon as
possible, but please understand that we have to follow your warranty protocols. We we will keep you posted on this issue, and sorry about this misunderstanding

I am rejecting this response because: I am retaining a lawyer, they straight up some my money and my income tax...I do not need a car I had too buy another when they wouldn't return calls and I couldn't drive there with out a car I had the car less than a month and tried to pay the deferred down payment and was told there was no account....it amazes me that this is allowed and the Revdex.com is not asking them to show proof of funding and the actual account that at the *** location Chuy told me I had no account when I called to pay the deferred down....this company outs a scam...they have done this to other people Thieves!!!

And even then Ive just paid $554 car note 3 days prior. Im out of cash, then I have to pay more cash to have this car fixed. I no longer wish to give money to this company any longer. A complaint has been filed with the attorney general office, DMV and now the Revdex.com.

I am rejecting this response because: This should not be 2 claims. The vehicle was put in the repair shop because it was running hot. They originally said it was the air compressor.
