Thank you for letting me know of the last book I should expect to receive. At this point in just pending confirmation in writing from your team that BOTH Metrostyle and Chadwick's catalogs have been cancelled for me and I will NEVER receive another printed copy again. Please list my information as a "do not rent" as I also do not want my information listed out to receive any other catalogs. Thank you!

We have one book for each brand
that is already sent to the printer/post office at this point. It is the
Best of FW book in home on 11/30/15. That is the last book you may
receive from us before the suppression takes effect

For the umpteenth time, I do not have the return label I checked my spam folder as well as my inbox You have been feeding me that same lie since 11/09/ It either has not been sent or your people don't know what they are doing

I did want to add that I found one order number which is [redacted] but this is not the correct order pertaining to my complaint.  Chadwick's has the order number if they would only give it to you or me.  I cannot access my order number because I changed email addresses and it will no longer let me access orders prior to that time.  I will keep searching to see if I can locate the order number.  I am sorry they are being so difficult when the solution could be so simple.

I'm sorry for the frustration with your return. Can you send me the order number, date you placed the order and what you returned.
