[ I have made SEVERAL requests to this company to stop mailing me correspondence, yet I continue to receive their itic catalogs on an almost weekly basis.  I've heard this response before with my initial and subsequent requests.  Why did it take over a month to respond to a simple request.  I want some type of guarantee and/or assurance that I will not receive any more of these stupid catalogs!!!!!  I have kept everyone of them by the way as I now feel like this company is harassing me.  Give me a guarantee that I have been officially, finally and for good been taken off the mailing list.]

I will see if I can locate the original order.  The problem is that I just retired as a high school principal and I placed all of my orders under that...

email address which was [redacted] and now I use my personal email at [redacted].  If they could transfer that information to my new email address so that I could view all of my prior orders before retirement, that would help me locate it.  I know I have the order number here somewhere.  I had a death in my family and now my daughter is very ill and when I was principal I worked from 6:30 a.m. until 8:00 p.m. unless there was a ballgame and then it was until approximately 10:00 p.m. every night so I was extremely busy.  Would you mind seeing if they can transfer my information under my school address so that I could locate it?  I returned some items to [redacted] that were ordered at the same time and returned at the same time as to Chadwick's and it was done with the greatest of ease.  Chadwick's has been most uncooperative and I am amazed.  Thank you for your time and effort in this endeavor.

I would like confirmation in writing that I am also being removed from the Metrostyle catalog this company also owns and how long should I have to wait for these changes to be processed.  I just received more catalogs this past week!
