If you are looking for punctual and friendly plumbers these are your guysother than that DO NOT CALL THEM We have a problem with our pipes vibrating in the walls when we flush the toilet and our water vibrates as wellwe called them to come out and inspectwe were advised it was a FREE INSPECTIONAfter hours he could not figure out what was the problemso he recommended another guy from BFP come outhe said someone would call me with a time.as he left he wanted to charged me $I thought it was a free inspectionhe stated he had to do work so it was not longer freeI asked how were you going to determine the issue without workingso he said no problem and I didnt pay the fee next guy comes out on the friday and thought it found the problem within minuteshe stated the water meter was bad and call the city for a replacementcalled the city while he was there and not only did they send someone out but the manager of the city's water dept came outto my house He stated the meter had nothing to do with the water banging in the housethe plumber from BFP looked stunned at that timethen the BFP stated I need to add a water pressure guage to my water pipeline because the pressure is PSi and it should be between PSI 50-the fee for that was $with a year warrantythe city manager states that is incorrectthe water pressure is fine at PSI it states there is nowhere written that the pressure has to be between psi 50-the managers pressure is psi at his houseso now the BFP is shocked againhe doesnt know what to do at this moment it does not cancel the warranty on any appliances or fixtures as the BFP would like you to think..So for dayS the BFP's did not fix anything and did not know what they were doingI also had to pay $to the second guy for misdiagnosing the problemHe also stated he had to do work so there was no free inspection.I pulled them off angies listI will contact them as wellI DO NOT RECOMMEND USING BFP AT ALL

likes to hide behind the anonymity of a computer and send harassing emails late at night rather than confronting people personallyThat's obvious from his filing this complaint at 3:am and sending emails to my office after hours. As an agent for many companies, their procedures are for all policy service to come from the agentI don't work for Farmers or for any companyI own my own agency and simply have a contract to write through multiple companiesThat's why they pay me a commission for writing and servicing their policiesAny cancelation sent to them is forwarded back to me to processThat's why I've instructed him to forward his questions or cancellations to meIf he contacted corporate then he could just have as easily gotten a phone number from them but am sure he was told to contact his agentI have been in the insurance business for years and run across a few but not many people like *** ***They always look for people to blame for their errors in judgment rather than accepting responsibility. He bypassed our service department and went straight to Farmers to cancel a condo policy. They contacted us for triage and we reached out to him but he never respondedAfter a period of time Farmers went ahead and processed the cancellation per his written requestAfter they processed it he contacted us to adjust the cancellation which we were unable to do since he bypassed us initiallyHe became very disrespectful to my staff over something with which we had no controlThat's why he's been told not to contact my staff; me onlyI'm the agency owner
Instead of contacting me to resolve the problem he insists on trying to cause problems for my agency by contacting "Farmers Corporate" or Dennis *** a District Manager for Farmers or filing a complaint through the Revdex.comHe's simply looking to cause problems rather than seeking a solutionAgain, I am not an employee of anyone, I own my businessHe's more than welcome to contact me directly and I'll handle it personally to make sure his concerns are addressed

I had a rusted toilet flange which needed to be replacedBenjamin Franklin sent out a kid who had flange on his truck to make it fit they would have to jack hammer up my bathroom floor!! Re[air estimate $6278.00!!!! Called a different plumber who went to Home Depot and bought the correct part for about $total repair less than $

We have a problem with our pipes vibrating in the walls when we flush the toilet and our water vibrates as well. we called them to come out and inspect. we were advised it was a FREE INSPECTION. After 2 hours he could not figure out what was the problem. so he recommended another guy from BFP come out. he said someone would call me with a time.as he left he wanted to charged me $117. I thought it was a free inspection. he stated he had to do work so it was not longer free. I asked how were you going to determine the issue without working. so he said no problem and I didnt pay the fee.

next guy comes out on the friday and thought it found the problem within 30 minutes. he stated the water meter was bad and call the city for a replacement. called the city while he was there and not only did they send someone out but the manager of the city's water dept came out. to my house. He stated the meter had nothing to do with the water banging in the house. the plumber from BFP looked stunned at that time. then the BFP stated I need to add a water pressure guage to my water pipeline because the pressure is PSi 81 and it should be between PSI 50-70. the fee for that was $788 with a 2 year warranty. the city manager states that is incorrect. the water pressure is fine at PSI 81. it states there is nowhere written that the pressure has to be between psi 50-70. the managers pressure is psi 95 at his house. so now the BFP is shocked again. he doesnt know what to do at this moment. it does not cancel the warranty on any appliances or fixtures as the BFP would like you to think..So for 2 dayS the BFP's did not fix anything and did not know what they were doing. I also had to pay $125 to the second guy for misdiagnosing the problem. He also stated he had to do work so there was no free inspection.I pulled them off angies list. I will contact them as well. I DO NOT RECOMMEND USING BFP AT ALL.
