They came when they said they would. Workers were vary accommodating and professional. I am an engineer and they exceeded my expectations. They even cleaned up everything before they left even the driveway where they needed to do some refine cutting.

Four visits to install counter tops. Wrong cuts, wrong measurements, unprepared workers. The backsplash does not meet the end of the countertop in a very prominent place. The manager has not been helpful in committing to correction of the problem. I could not recommend this company for quality workmanship or customer service/satisfaction.

The template measuring was good, and the installation was good. The countertop is absolutely beautiful and I love it. But the communication from the company was terrible; it did not exist. When I would call I always had to leave a message, and no one ever was kind enough to call me back. My husband had to call company headquarters to get results since DSI had no materials for my job and wasn't ready to install the job as advertised. This type of treatment is totally unnecessary and totally unacceptable to me the customer..Shockingly deplorable lack of customer communication: shame on you DSI.

The guys did a great job on our kitchen and baths - I would certainly recommend them and use them again in the future!

Distinctive Surfaces of Florida, Inc. is a great business to work with. They answer questions promptly and are very professional. We bought our kitchen countertop from them and found that the appointments made for the measurements and installation were completed at the time given to us.......no delays. Their employees did their work in a neat and clean manner, leaving our home with a beautiful kitchen. I would definitely recommend them.

Overall the installation went very well. However, My countertops were templated Nov. 1st, and all demo had been done prior. The original install date was Nov. 28th, but received a call the Friday before that the material ordered came in defective and they had to reschedule. When I called back, it was rescheduled for Dec.7th and they look great. Installers were proficient, however did not speak English very well - hard to understand. I think this process took too long and especially after reading prior reviews where a customers was installed within less than 2 week period.

We ordered granite for our kitchen through Distinctive Surfaces and could not be happier. From start to finish, this company was service oriented, competent, timely and friendly - We were able to see the actual slab of absolute black, and the installation was perfect, starting with the measurements. We highly recommend this company!

We had a new countertop installed. From start to finish 10 days. The process was laid out clearly. The measurements taken. Several days for fabrication and the installers arrived. The installers removed the old countertop, disconnected plumbing, installed the new countertop (looks great), under-mount sink (looks great too), bored for the fixtures and cleaned up. Next day the plumber came to install fixture and reconnect. What I most appreciated was that the process was explained at the beginning and contact people were identified.

My husband and I recently purchased a granite bar top for our kitchen. We appreciate the service and installation from Distinctive Surfaces of Florida. The final product is beautiful.
